    I met with Joey after three days of having his phone number and messaging with Yelp unfortunately…read morean agreement was not made on work as to the condition of my laptop an exessivly rough estimate was n made on my celeron hp laptop without any diagnostic equipment and without having to open my computer up. essentially Joyey arrived I was in the restroom and he needed to wait roughly 10 minutes with my care providers who were aware he would be here and what it was for after he explained that there was a good chance that a new or refurbished module might be a good option he showed me that I was going to need to pay him before he left with my machine He explained that there was a diagnostic fee that I owed him and how trafic was terrible during rush hour when was the only time he could communicate or arrive. He said that he s driving for over two hours and I told him we were ~50 miles away I told him I could afford his diagnostic fee through the shell messager and that I did not expect him to not request this but that I do not carry that much cash and I offered him as much cash as I had to begin the job but they the rest he requested ($300+) would have to come from my care providers office and that I might not chose to negotiate any more with out them my handy capable condition has insisted that I might not be in full mental faculties to handle heated negotiations over money but that it is healthy to have interactions with business to get better I assured him that I worked give him 2 bags to take my machine but that I would like to have a buisness card or documentation that I had left him the machine with a little bit of an idea on the amont for his hours of labor. He told me how he was busy and that I could always just buy a new one out of a catalog it sounded like we were going to decide not to Continue working together despite my assurance several times to pay his diagnostic fee and any associated labor 115 for known problems and $125 for unknown I would have liked to have spoken on the phone before he had the need to make that trip saving us both time and anguish I will continue to look for other businesses to work with on this problem

It was screeching They said that they charge $119 diagnostic fee that…read morewould go towards the cost of the repair --fine I understand labor isn't free, but now I feel like they lock you into paying a way overpriced labor fee because you're not going to back out after you're already committed to $119. Technician was on time for appointment. He said just based on the noise it was the rollers. He already had a kit with him. It took him 30 minutes to fix- it cost me $320 - just looked up the roller repair kit on Amazon- it's $25. I just paid $300 for 30 minutes of labor. I got ripped off.

After calling a different…read morecompany, she was told by phone that it was a known warranty issue and to call LG for service. She asked me to do that for her since she was working and taking care of 2 sick kids. LG referred me to Lee's Appliance Repair, and we couldn't be more grateful. They are so responsive and helpful. Erin, who answers the phone and makes appointments, was a pleasure to work with. She ordered the part and set us up. When the technician looked at the fridge he quickly realized it was a different issue. They worked with LG, got the part and rescheduled quickly. Alex came out with the new part, wore a mask and shoe covers, and had the fridge fixed in no time He was friendly and efficient and made sure the area was cleaned up before he left. They call and send texts confirming everything so we never had to guess on timing. They fix all appliances - not just refrigerators, and I will definitely call them again. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate and highly recommend this excellent company.
