Customer service was excellent. Someone was at the door when we walked in to assist and show us around. Had not purchased a mattress in 8 years and the staff there walked us through the process of finding the right bed, along with pillows. They were with us for over an hour, showed patience, encouraged us to lay on each bed for at least 10 minutes to really get the right feel. Prices are more than competitive with a dynamic selection. They were sweet to my two young kids who can be insane and have an overflow of energy. I recommend them to my friends and family! read more

My fault, I should've gone somewhere else with the reviews here. I purchased a freezer motor from the parts department, gave them the brand name and model number. Well it wasn't even close, needless to say they do not take return on electrical parts, I specifically asked at the counter if they would if it was the wrong part and they said no. They stated because I don't know if it would still work or not, when all they had to do was do a bench test on it if it was returned. I was charged $75 for a part I had to modify, Crossing my fingers it works. Oh and when I checked online and it could've been shipped to my house within 24 hours it was only $60 with shipping and tax. Looking at the picture of the part it was the oem. I just wish I had the old part taken out before I went up to buy the new part in person, but I will never be using these people again. read more

Called to verify they had the appliance I was interested in seeing on display in their showroom. When I got there they did not have it in the showroom. However the sales woman did offer to set up an appointment to go to another showroom to see it. That would have been great to know prior to driving to the store. She then proceeded to try to sell me on an appliance that I didn't want. A fuel I didn't want. It really felt like she wasn't listening to me. So we checked it out on the computer. Website has a banner that says "in stock take home today!" It's a little misleading when that appears above the items you are looking at. The appliance happens to be on back order until November. Covid, I get it. However all the misleading info is very frustrating. Set a proper expectation. We will wait until Best Buy gets it in stock and purchase it there. read more

I have had the worst experience EVER. I purchased a fridge, stove, microwave, and a dish washer. I purchased everything on Tuesday and the BRAND NEW fridge didn't work. I have been without a fridge now for a week. I am going to the corner store twice a week to get my daughter milk and eating tons of fast food and boxed food because I don't have the means to keep anything cold. The sales agent Jesse treated me like garbage after selling me a defective product stating that, he's "not the one that went into the warehouse and picked a broken fridge". I didn't either. I purchased a new chest freezer that failed in the first month of owning it. After getting the run around between the manufacturer and appliance factory on who was to repair or replace the unit it was decided I would have to pay the difference between the one I already had and another one because they didn't have the exact same one to replace it with. I was told when I payed the difference that the freezer will be delivered in about a week on a day we arranged. It took over 2 months for the freezer to be delivered from their warehouse because somehow it was lost but for some reason every week when I would call to ask why it wasn't delivered they would just re-schedule the delivery and say it will be there the next week. That have good prices but will lie to you about delivery dates not communicate with the other departments on figuring this out delivery and do nothing to correct it until you demand for a refund and talk to corporate. read more

Horrible place to buy an appliance..I bought a out of box washing machine and it came with the door seal ripped which they did not tell me about ,delivery drivers ruined a wall and a corner of my kitchen counter then lied to my gf and had her sign sheet just to say we received it but it really meant we signed for delivery and everything was good with it cause there no returns after we sign accepting it... they wouldn't take it back after I opened it to do a load and the seal was ripped leaking water all over my floor! they referred me to their warranty repair dept and now I have to wait 3 weeks to get it fixed..WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER 2200 with these people ever again horrible customer service!! read more

Bought an "open box" GE dishwasher a month ago which supposedly was only scratched on the door panel. Paid extra for extended protection plan and installation. They sent out an inexperienced installer who used toe-nailed drywall screws to keep the unit from tipping, instead of the factory supplied clips and left with the door grabbing the toe-kick and ripping it off the frame. And upon his start-up, it leaked water through the door panel. The manager won't take the machine back and won't refund our money. The Appliance Factory President doesn't respond to phone messages. GE Customer Relations puts you on indefinite hold. A repair man GE sent out tells us parts won't be available for another month. We're sorry we ever walked into the Appliance Factory in Westminster, CO. read more

This is not a trustworthy company. I bought a high end refrigerator and also purchased a 4-yr warranty in Oct 2018. The refrigerator started leaking in June 2020. The leak damaged my floor and cabinetry. Their supervisor and legal counsel arbitrarily decided to fix the refrigerator but not repair the damage to my kitchen. They said they "did not feel responsible for that damage". Needless to say, I vehemently disagree and intend to pursue legal action. read more

We purchased a refrigerator from Appliance Factory in Thornton, Colorado with salesman Jorge. We understood that installation was included. However we subsequently learned that we were lied to about the installation by two people: salesman Jorge and manager Terry. Shown below is the timeline for the purchase and issues with respect to delivery and waterline installation, which was not performed by Appliance Factory. 8/18/20. Refrigerator purchased with Jorge. We paid the $50 fee for delivery within 2-4 days. We were told the water line would be hooked up. We told Jorge that the connection was underneath the kitchen sink and that there was a copper line already there for the existing refrigerator. We paid $30 for the installation kit which is stainless steel hose. Jorge never mentioned that the delivery people are not able to install a water line when the shutoff is below the sink. Jorge told us that we would be getting a $40 VISA or Mastercard gift card 4-6 weeks after the refrigerator purchase. 8/20 or 8/21/19. We got a call stating the delivery date was on a Saturday. Jack did not realize that the date of the installation was 8/29, thinking it would be 8/22. On one of those days Jack called Appliance Factory to confirm a detail. He spoke with Jason who checked on the delivery and told Jack it was the 29th. Jason could see that we had paid $50 for what Appliance Factory calls emergency delivery. I said that if the refrigerator was being delivered 11 days after purchase instead of 2-4 days that I should be refunded the $50 fee. Jason managed to get a delivery on 8/24/20 and refunded the $50 express delivery fee, which we appreciated. 8/22. Received a call from Juan about the delivery. He informed us that they do not connect the water line when the shutoff is below the sink. I called Appliance Factory and asked to speak with Terry, the manager. I was told a message was given to him. After not receiving a call back we drove down there and spoke with Terry. He said that the store has a person who helps out with such installs. Terry submitted a work order to hook up the waterline and inspect for leaks. Terry stated that there would be no charge for the installation. Jack removed the existing copper line because some different installers use different types of lines and Jack wanted to save them some time. 8/24. Refrigerator was delivered. We did not get a call from Terry's install guy. I phoned Terry to let him know we had not received a call from his install guy. Terry said he would put in another work order request. 8/27. Still no call from Terry's install guy. Jack called Appliance Factory and spoke with Jorge. Jorge said that Appliance Factory never installs water lines for refrigerators when the shutoff is underneath the sink and a copper line is needed.Jorge stated that a licensed plumber needs to be hired by us. I asked that Appliance Factory pay for the licensed plumber; Jorge said Appliance Factory would not pay for the installation by a licensed plumber. 8/31. After no response from two calls to Appliance Factory's president hotline Jack got a response from the Thornton store after third call to the hotline. The person Jack spoke with said we could have the install done by Brandsource. I asked if I would be charged for the installation and was told that I would indeed have to pay Brandsource. We decided we did not want anyone affiliated with Brandsource in our house and would have our usual licensed plumber perform the water line installation. We feel deceived by Appliance Factory. We appreciate that they nicely dealt with the delivery snafu. However we do not appreciate the lies we were told about waterline installation. We felt Jorge committed a lie by omission since he was informed that the water shutoff was under the sink yet he never told us that Appliance Factory does not do water line installations in this case. In the past we have purchased refrigerators from Lowes and Home Depot and they installed the water lines. We felt that Terry was stringing us along by seemingly submitting a work order to have the water line installed but we never got call from his install guy. Plus, we paid $30 for a water line which arrived in a torn package which could not be used for our situation. We have to wonder if they sold us a used water line. We now wonder if Jorge was telling us the truth about the $40 VISA or Mastercard gift card. We need to purchase another kitchen appliance now and it definitely will not be from Appliance Factory. While they made the sale they lost a customer. We could never trust them with another purchase. One would think that with the economy being in such a bad situation during the coronavirus pandemic that a store would appreciate a sale and not lie to customers. I purchased a refrigerator at the Thornton location on 10/28/2022. It was sold to me as brand new, out-of-box. It was delivered on 11/4/2022. The water line did not function. I called the store and they sent an e-mail to the delivery people asking for someone to come back out and help me. Never heard back. I called several more times until I finally spoke to someone on Wed. 11/16/2022 who ordered a service call from GE. They came out on Saturday 11/19/2022 and diagnosed the problem as the water system/pump not getting electricity to it. Not only was the water and ice line completely non-functional, but when they opened the back panel to diagnose the problem they discovered the inside was absolutely filthy, showing that it was a USED refrigerator that was sold as brand new. I have been trying since 11/19/2022 to just get an answer about getting this unit replaced. No one will call me back and when I call the store to ask, they say it has been "escalated" but that their hands are tied until they get a return e-mail from corporate giving them permission to do something. I asked if they could call the corporate office and the answer was "no". The store manager is unable to resolve this and has tried resolving it with the warehouse with no luck. read more

I purchased a set of kitchen appliances, but wrong microwave oven delivered (right box but wrong product inside). The store at Zuni st. sent me to Thornton store for exchange. It took me about 1 1/2 hours waiting at pickup dept, even I was the only 1 customer at that time. There were about 11 employees busy chit chatting. Finally the manager came out with 4 employees took turn to inspect the microwave, then they found out they were all wrong in their stock. And they refused to have it returned there and ask me to take it back to Zuni store for returning. And more, before picking up the merchandise, they asked me to signed a form to waive their responsibility for any damages to my vehicle when loading. This is their policy !!! My wife and I decided to buy a complete kitchen set (brand new) for our rental property. The overall experience was TERRIBLE! Multiple appliances had to be sent back multiple times due to cosmetic damage. The staff never knew what was going on with my order. I finally had to call and deal with the head manager (Todd) to get things moving. The delivery teams would never communicate with you about the status of your delivery. One crew did not call me to inform me that they would be over two hours late due to mechanical issues with delivery truck; I had to call them to figure out what was going on. You can read the other 1 star reviews to understand who they are as far as doing business with them is. I had a terrible experience too. What people don't know, is that they are owned by a shell company called A&A appliance in order to isolate the owners from liability when someone finds out what they are up to and comes after them for real. Social media lists all the officers as "former" owner, vp, etc. of appliance factory. When the brands find out that they are buying discarded damaged or otherwise non-operable machines and attempting to sell them as "new" with a factory warranty, they are in for a good time when GE, Samsung, Maytag, etc. all decide to sue them for the damage that they do to all these brands and the industry in general. How these guys are not in jail, is a testament to the loopholes that lawyers can find to keep some businesses operational. They have just a few executives and one of them is General Counsel, C'mon, but I guess they need a full time lawyer when they are working at the edges of what may or may not be legal. I am not an expert or lawyer, but when it smells like a duck and it quacks like a duck, usually, its a duck! I did get a refund but only AFTER filing a dispute with my credit card, who contacted them and then they called me to come in for the refund. They have big huge retail centers for one reason only, to give you the impression by their size that they are reputable. Lorraine was my sales associate and did a good job taking care of me. Their new f*#% ing system charged me the wrong tax and then their f*%#ing warehouse personnel caught the disrepency. I owed $20 on the taxes but I couldn't straighten this out due to system failure. This store has been helpful in the past but this is just unacceptable. I have been waiting for 1 hr just for them to get the system back up. The manger acted like he really didn't care. The sales staff were very nice but couldn't do anything. I purchased a washer and dryer and during the install they forgot to put a washer in the hose we later found it in the driveway a few days later when we returned from a trip. We had major water damage to ceiling and floor which they did not pay for. The damage costed me as much as the appliances. The problem with this company is there is no accountability once you purchase. On a side note, when they do the delivery the expectation is that you inspect the product while it's outside of your house. Once it's in your home and you find that it is damaged in any way they will charge you a 25% restocking fee. My husband and I went here to get a washer and dryer through progressive lease on 3-28-2019. The salesperson sold a set to us but told us it was cheaper then what he put in. Luckily I caught it and I went back back and ended up with a cheaper set. Then when they delivered it my address and zip code was incorrect but my phone # was correct. The Sales person did not tell us we had to purchase cords separate either. The sales person told us payments would be taken out once a month, but last month it was taken out 3 times. So I called progressive lease where they told me payments are bi-weekly. I went back to appliance factory and they told me everything he charged on there was right. So he can't change anything. I bout a washing dryer combo it is a lg model. the unit shakes very bad and washer moves all around the place. makes noise. I bout this unit on3/16/19 day I installed it. it has had a problem ever sence. I have called lg several times they keep telling me its probably because the way it was installed. I call bull! all is required to install. hook up hot and cold water hoses. plug in the cord to a 110 outlet. take 4 bolts out of the back. and level it. this was all done!!! I rebuild transmissions for a living and have for 35 yrs. hooking up a washer dryer I could do this with my eyes closed. have called lg no help wont call me back. Never buy at this store. We bought a gas stove and needed to return it. They would not return it at all. They fought with us until we had no choice but to exchange it. My wife bought a brand new Electrolux washing machine and had it delivered and installed. They did not confirm it worked and the first wash would not complete its cycle. The store keeps telling her their hands are tied because they have to confirm it doesn't work before getting s new one and it could take a while before they can confirm it doesn't work. We ordered a Built-in refrigerator panels from them , upon asking before payment was assured of the condition and complete kit as shown in the picture, when the box was open the upper panel covering the compress box was missing. We tried to call and write to the company, no response finally had to put a dispute claim with paypal and learned to send the kit back for a full refund but the catch is we now have to spend almost $200 to ship the kit back. read more

Appliance Factory Outlet I am not satisfied one bit. I feel as though I had to settle for crapy, damage items. My only other option was to be inconvenienced and pay for items for 6-8 weeks that I did not have. I was met with "Im already doing this for you" instead of understand the situation and correcting it. 1st error that was made; there was NO communication as to when I was getting my delivery. I had to make a million calls just to find out my items weren't going to be delivered on the day I scheduled and paid extra for. Thats part of the 2nd error.. 2nd error; the NEW dryer I paid for could not be found by the delivery department and was delivered to someone else. 3rd error; So, I had to wait 5 days for another dryer to come from the warehouse. 4th error; The delivery men were very rude and left the machines filthy after installing them. And I believe scratched the NEW Dryer I paid for. 5th error; After calling the store manager about the "scratched" dryer, he tried to tell me that I purchased an "out of box" dryer.. INCORRECT.. I specifically asked the salesmen for a "NEW Dryer to match the out of box Washer I knew I was purchasing" the salesmen stated "yes in the back and this is the price" . . 6th error; after 4 days of back n fourth with the store manager, I was told I could get a new dryer (which I originally purchased) in 6-8weeks.. 7th error; in the mean time, I could NOT use the delivered dryer therefore being inconvenienced and could not do laundry at home for 6-8weeks.. However I was still expected to pay for such items.. After spending 4 hours doing laundry at a laundry mat, I felt I was forced to settle with the delivered dryer if I did not want to spend my weekends in a laundry mat for 6-8weeks.. So NO, I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY ONE BIT... I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN... Terrible Experience Appliance Factory as well. We purchased a washer on February 21st. We were informed it was discounted because it was scratched. We paid for next day delivery and installation. When the washer arrived the installers came in our home with mud all over their shoes, and made a complete mess. After they left the floor was cleaned, and we noticed that they scratched our floor next to the washer. When we used our washer for the first time it would not uptake the soap, the washer gave an IE error, and the clothes were just drenched in water since the spin cycle did not work either. We phoned Appliance Factory and Karima informed us she would return our next day delivery charge. We paid for a brand new washer, so we would get one that worked. She informed us we would receive a call on Monday for delivery or the very latest Tuesday. We did not receive a call Monday nor Tuesday, and no delivery as promised. Wednesday my husband called to speak to our sales person Karima, and he was told she was on the floor and she would call him back. Again, no return call or delivery of our washer. Thursday my husband called again and Karima informed us we would be receiving a call for our washer to be delivered on Friday. Again, no call and no delivery. Therefore, we called today Friday February 28th corporate and left a message and are awaiting a call back. In addition, we called the store again to speak with a general manager.  When we finally got hold of the manager Michelle we had to call her back 7 times to try and get a refund once they picked up their broken washer.  It was February 21st when we received the broken washer.  They picked up the washer in February and we BARELY received a refund in April.  This is unprofessional and unacceptable and we will no longer do business with Appliance Factory.  If you are in the market for any appliances this is the worst company DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. read more

BUYER BEWARE: I would like to think I am writing a fair review .... keep your money and shop elsewhere! First Experience: I originally bought a front load LG washer and dryer from this place. The dryer was a complete lemon. Service was called a half dozen times and they replaced circuit boards etc. To this day it still leaves water spots on my shirts. Manager told me they would give me a free 2 year extended warranty for the trouble. It was never added on my account. Second Experience: Recently, in Feb 2016 I decided to give them another chance to earn my business. Big mistake. I paid a little over $1,300 for a GE refrigerator. Paid extra $35 for delivery. Day of delivery, warehouse calls - they can't find the refrigerator. Driver comes later that day with a different refrigerator (not the one I bought in the store). After all that, the delivery people REFUSED to set the refrigerator in my front room. They left it on my driveway!!! Forget the fact that I paid for delivery. That to them means the curb basically.
