I have nothing but praise for this honest company. Twice in one year they saved us a lot of money to their detriment. They came out to put in our new Bosch dishwasher and they refused to install it due to the guys from the original company dropped it from their truck and they (Appliance Guys) would not install it and they were not reimbursed for their visit. We got a new dishwasher from Bosch and Appliance Guys put it in going the extra mile. Next, 10 months later, our dishwasher gave us a code and Bosch corporate sent out a work order to the Appliance Guys and they researched it and found out it could be corrected over the phone which they did and they didn't get reimbursed. I used this company early this year for Washer/Dryer issues, which were handled perfectly and to my full satisfaction. When my ice maker went out, I called them back. As with my initial experience, this second time was also a complete success. The appointment process was smooth, the repairman was on time, and the repair was made quickly and easily. Extremely unprofessional company. I have numerous complaints, but the biggest one is how slow and inefficient they are. My dishwasher has been broken for going on 6 weeks now. I called Appliance Guyz immediately upon realizing it. Of course they couldn't come out that day; I had to wait almost 5 days before they could even take a look. Then they ordered the wrong part and tried to blame the manufacturer. I'm still baffled that my dishwasher is not fixed. They never answer the phone and I'm forced to play phone tag with them. The receptionist is very passive aggressive. I would never recommend this company. read more

He came out to diagnose a wash machine issue. He was at my house for 15 minutes, I paid him $100, he was supposed to figure out what was wrong and get back to me to schedule service. It's now over a week later and I have not heard back despite leaving in excess of five messages. I am reporting him to the BBB. Stay away! He's a crook! read more

Have had about 3 other appliance company's out( won't mention names) Then called Appliance GuyZ, they came out , diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts we needed and a few days later were back and have fixed my Five Star range perfectly!! ..horrible service and professionalism by owner/manager. Had a leaking washer and called these guys out. Put in a new motor and seal. Washer was leaking the next day. Wiped up water for 3 weeks and had them back out. Was told it wasn't leaking and water was from previous leak. Washer leaked for another 3 weeks. Called them back and was told 30 day waranty was expired and I would have to pay another service charge and any parts. I expressed my displeasure and was spoken to extremely disrespectfully and endured one smart/ wise remark after another. After a heated exchange I was called a name that I won't mention here and was told maybe I should get a job repairing washers since I knew so much. Horrible customer service no follow up at all Very combative by all employees and the owner spoke to me very disrespectfully.My warranty company gave them approval to order the part at which time they said it would arrive in three to four business days. Today two weeks later I find out they never got around to ordering it. Had an awful experience with this company! The owner is disrespectful and very rude! We had an issue with them not showing up when they confirmed the appointment day. When we questioned why they didn't show up we got the run around. Bottom line: The owner said we shouldn't be upset that they didn't show up, be glad that they came at all to fix it the next day. I am a Realtor and found them to be very helpful during a complicated situation. My client's oven went dead the day before closing. We were able to get the closing extended by a few days while we tried to get the oven fixed. Mike came out the same day we called when others were scheduling us 5 days out. He diagnosed the problem and a part had to be sent out for repair. Tasha in the office dealt patiently with numerous calls from me and my client and was really on the ball in getting the part shipped out and returned quickly. She did everything she promised to do and was always friendly about it. When the part came back, Mike came out right away to install it. Unfortunately, there was another problem that was out of his control and we eventually had to order another oven. But he stayed and worked with the old one trying to get it to work for a long time. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because it couldn't be repaired in the end and we were bummed about that. But, as a Realtor, I would call them again for another client if I needed someone.
