Ok- I have to amend my review. I referred my elderly mother to have her ice maker fix. Steve came out and stated that the ice maker was not turned on and turned it on. He charged a service fee of $65.00. Why would you charge someone a service fee for turning on a ice maker? Well, the ice maker didn't work. My mother called him back out and he worked on the ice maker again and once again charged a service fee of $65.00. The ice maker is still not working. My mother is scared to call him back out because he will most likely charge her another fee of $65.00. So my mother has paid $130.00 and her ice maker is still not working. read more

I live in Coarsegold. I have an older Lady Kenmore washer that had a washer selector broken. I took some photos and model number I gave to Stephen. He took the time to research the part number and He got right back to me with a quote for the part, labor and travel. I decided that I might as well buy a new machine to replace the old Kenmore, which also had issues with the water temp gauge, I select hot, water is cold. I don't know how old the Kenmore is but my guess is at least 15- 20 years old or more. read more

Stephen is awesome! I had a broken dryer and needed it repaired. I contacted Stephen on Yelp, he replied the same day, but I let a week go by because of the holidays and couldn't get away from family stuff. I reconnected with him and he replied quickly and knew exactly who I was and what I needed help with. He and I set a date for him to come out. Over the phone, I gave him an overview of what my problem was, he told me he may have the part in his person but would need to take a real look at the dryer. Turns out it was something else. Stephen made some calls the day he visited, drove in rush hour traffic (on the 41 at 430PM), got the part and came back to my apartment to make the repair. Since then, I've and no problems with my dryer. I truly recommend him because he went out of his way to take care of me and that's the best kind of customer service. read more

Incredibly fast response to my request for a quote! My washing machine started acting up last night, and I was able to schedule an appointment for today. He arrived within the time frame given (on the earlier side too!), checked out what was going on with my washer, but was up front in saying that it was better to not fix it, because it would be best to replace it due to the age of the machine and the cost of the repairs. He also gave me some good guidelines for buying a new machine so I can get a longer lifetime out of the new one. Amazing service! Steve and the other guy (I'm so sorry, I did not get his name) showed up right on time for our next day appointment and were able to diagnose and fix both my washer and dryer immediately AND had all the parts on them necessary to make the needed replacements! Final price was less than the estimate I was given and they were done within an hour and have really helped clean up my washer (it had been sitting for about a month unable to drain, so... gross). Great (and more importantly) honest service! My disposal stopped working and then effected the draining of my dishwasher. A friend told me I needed a higher horse-power disposal - which I bought. Steve and his brother (didnt catch his name) were on-time, and went right to work. They immediately found that I had some wayward piece of metal stuck in the disposal and removed it. They COULD have just said whatever and charged me more to replace it (I wouldnt have known the difference), but they were honest and recommended I send the replacement disposal back...saving me about $250!! I was in a situation where I had just moved into a new house and started to have trouble with my refrigerator.
