After making an appointment with someone else, someone I assume is Roger called me finally. The call did not go well. I stated: well, sir I never got a call back from you, so I arranged an appointment with someone else. He claimed I didn't leave a message. I said I did, yesterday... He then said "Oh, yeah...I was just about to call you back about that"...to which I responded, I needed the work done, and 20 hours had passed. He then said he didn't respond because I left the message "after hours"... I pointed out: I left the message at 10AM the previous day. He then acquiesced and stubbornly said "have a nice day". If you want business, return messages. If you want business, make sure you have a single phone number people can reach you at. (there's about 3 for this guy if you search the web)...but most importantly, if you want business...don't argue with a potential customer, or make excuses.
