The prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area. I got a gel mani and classic pedi. The two nail techs who worked on me knew what they were doing. My nails are simple, as requested, and they are beautiful. I like a neutral nail and the lady who worked on my hands gave me two coats, which I appreciate because sometimes nail techs lay it on too thick. My pedicure was perfect and if I had more time I would've paid extra for a longer massage. Her hands were magic! I took off a star because the towels they used were stained and the UV lamp had dried up nail polish on the inside. The white chairs had handprints and stains. Keeping the space clean would really elevate the experience for future patrons.

So, I was a little sticker-shocked when it came time to pay. They also charged $2 for credit card (which I get) but they didn't have that written anywhere either. And Venmo was only for existing customers. It had been a few years maybe but it wasn't my first time there. I thought well, at least the color is nice and it looks good so I'm ok with it. Then, it started to chip as soon as I got home. The middle finger just peeled right off as I was washing my hair this morning. I don't do any manual heavy activities, just daily activities like cooking, laundry, etc. 100% of my nails are at least 1% chipped. For that price, I would expect it to last at least a week with minimal chipping. I understand that price goes up with supply costs but quality of service should still remain high. My pedicure still looks good. (Hence the extra star).

She even did a couple sample nails first on some extra acrylic nails on the side, just to show me what the color/ full design would look like when finished and we could look at it on my skin tone. (I really wish I could upload videos. So you can see how beautiful they are in the light and how the color changes with the cat eye design) What really stood out to me was the customer service and how welcoming they are for their customers, making it feel like home to them. There was an elderly woman getting in a pedicure done and even when she was done, they didnt rush her, instead they told her to relax and feel free to get a massage an close her eyes.
