They also charge $10 to remove remaining gel that they applied, even if you're getting another gel service with them -- most places waive that fee if you return. I had a very disappointing experience with Sirena, who was not only rude but also displayed a clear lack of professionalism. This was my second time giving them a chance, but unfortunately, the outcome was just as bad as the first. She suggested I get longer nails but I don't like long nails, & the length has nothing to do with design painting. If the nail artist isn't able to do the requested designs, they should simply be honest about it, rather than proceeding with the service and delivering nails that are poorly done, and nothing like what was requested. I never leave reviews, but after having to return twice to fix nails that were peeling, (done by sirena) I felt compelled to share my experience. Joanne fixed them and did a beautiful job and is so nice and sweet. But this service by sirena was bad & I paid $85 for this and received trash results that were nothing like what I asked for--absolutely unacceptable. Literally only 3 nails look good. 3. She also asked me if I like them and I said "mmm doesn't look like the foto", I was uncomfortable by her attitude, & decided to just leave a review and call. I love this place, I always come here for pedicures and manicures. They charge fair prices and the staff are very good at what they do. Everyone is always really nice, I've been coming here for a little over a year now. They take covid precautions well, I'm an EMT at a covid test site so I should know, haha. They take your temperature and have you sign in with your name and number, very standard. Find a different place! The person who did my gel mani filed my nails down to my skin trying to shape them. Each of my nails were a different length. I stumbled upon this place in a last min attempt to get a lower cost mani pedi. This place was extremely accommodating and were able to take me the second I walked into the store. They did a great job with both my hands and nails and am very happy that I gave them a try. I rated it 4 stars due to I asked how much a mani pedi would be and they told me $28. I was charged $43 but am not sure if that was because I got gel on my fingers but either way... didn't make sense to me that gel would be a solid $10 more. Honestly, the worst nail experience I've had in a while. I went to have my gel removed and to get a basic mani. Henry proceeded to only wait five minutes before taking off the acetone wrap and taking a nail file to file off the rest of my old gel. I had to ask him to stop, because I was worried about nail damage, he was going that hard. Then when he finally could get the gel removed he tried to shape my nails and I asked for the same shape I had which was almond and he proceeded to file some uneven and others square. I left mid manicure because I wasn't confident he could finish properly. Just don't come here. read more

Ritz nails is open again! Helen (owner) said we were the first clients on her first day of reopening! As you come in you get your temperature checked at the door and sign a paper stating you understand new guidelines. Then you are asked to put hand sanitizer on before picking your nail polish. Not only are you 6 feet apart and behind plexiglass, the nail techs have face mask on and face shields! I wasn't even allowed to sit next to my daughter, they are really following the rules, I appreciate that so much. You can't sit to get your nails dry anymore per new guidelines.
