I'm so happy to have found this company! They cleaned our 2 Mitsubishi air conditioning units without using toxic chemicals! I've hired other cleaning companies in the past and they usually spray a foam cleaner and then have you run the machine for an hour while it smells like chemicals. I fortunately stumbled upon Aqua AC Clean and didn't know there was a way to clean without chemicals! They did an amazing job. Well-worth the 5-star rating. As mentioned in everyone else's reviews, Aqua AC Clean is prompt with their arrival times. Prices are comparable to other vendors (I messaged 6-7 of them) and only one came under, but Kaji is very thorough and responsive in his communications compared to the rest as well. You can feel pretty comfortable in knowing the quality of service you're getting is top-notch for the dollar. I messaged Kaji on a Thursday night after having my final straw with my AC. Contrary to other ACs I've had in my life, the mold actually gave off a smell in mine which was the cross between a big guy sweating and spoiled Portuguese sausage. Anyways, their first availability was on Monday and I used the ol' set the AC to the coldest temp and run it with the windows/doors open to get the smell out temporarily - at least enough that you can actually use it (over the weekend). Service was quite remarkable. I was concerned about the tape on the wall potentially stripping the paint, but it worked out fine. They covered my furniture before starting the cleaning process. Warned me of some minor noise that would occur (from the compressor) and they were in and out probably within an hour and 10-15 minutes. My AC was far from "dirty" from appearance, but the smell is horrific. If it's something you can afford and health is important to you, I would advise everyone to get a routine professional cleaning done. It helps the AC blow colder and you're just not inhaling nasty particles. Highly recommended. read more

I should have took before and after pictures. When we moved in 2 years ago, 4 split AC units were brand new. 2 years later with constant use, they looked 10 years older. Full of mildew and dust build up. The insides were literally black. The units weren't keeping the rooms cold and were blowing out nasty air that we were breathing in.
