Eric (who's the business owner) was super responsive when I first reached out to Aqua Logic for a quote on installing a water softener at my house. After we agreed on the installation price Eric and his partner showed up on time at my house for installation. The installation went smoothly except that my floor was flooded a bit during the process of flushing out hard water with newly softened water because my house had considerably old sewer drainage system overall. Eric went above and beyond to help us drain the overflowed water on the floor very quickly. The next day I noticed that there is a small leak at one of the water pipe joints where the water softener was installed, and then I reached out to Eric for help. Eric and Jake were very responsive to accommodate my request and they showed up next morning for inspection and completely repaired the leak under their warranty. Prior to getting a response back from Aqua logic, I had another plumber who came out and told he he was going to cut into the metal wall support in the garage to install the water softener. Luckily, I refused and Eric from Aqua logic later came by and installed the Fleck 5600 softener with the sediment filter and hose bib so that I can use the pre-filter water for the plants. Eric and his partner found the right wall to cut into and installed it properly with minimal space so we can still use our wall for the storage shelves. He even patched up the wall nicely that the other contractor left behind. my old RO stops working and my main kitchen drain also seems to clogged, I requested a service and ordered a waterdrop 600 base on their website's recommendation, originally when I ask for service the quotation includes $50 for old RO removal and $50 for frig hooked up, but upon arrival Eric said I already had a frig connection and the RO was easy to remove so didn't charge me for either, my drain clog was also a pain and they'd to finally snake it from the garage cleanout and got it done.
