I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again

I would not recommend Hot Tub Pros due to their unprofessional and poor communication, poor service…read moredelivery and inconsistent pricing. I hired them to do a year's contract including three maintenance cleans back in June. I prepaid $1120 and had one service provided. Due to my tenants moving out and no longer needing the hot tub, I asked if it was possible to repurpose the unused balance to instead drain and winterize the tub, assuming I would maybe get a little bit of a refund back after the winterization was taken into account. They ignored my multiple emails and I felt like I had to harass them to even just acknowledge receipt of my emails. When they finally responded, they said my first drain and fill was a filthy job and my tub was covered in ants and hence they should be charging me more, but they never mentioned this until now. It was rude and out of nowhere. They also said the website pricing was wrong and that the winterizing would cost more, and that they were also booked out but could maybe squeeze us in a few weeks and would check in later. It was strange to me that 1) they never mentioned the alleged issues with my first hot tub service, 2) they had inconsistencies in pricing between the email quote and their website, and 3) they didn't want to preschedule a standard service that was time sensitive and needed to be scheduled in advance. Finally, when they did actually come out do the winterization (after I pleaded with them to get it scheduled), the tub was left with water in the tub and we are unsure if it was properly winterized. I wrote again asking for clarity and he said he took video of the service footage and would send it to me; it's been over a week and still haven't received it after a couple of follow-up emails requesting it. I am nervous there is still water in the plumbing that would freeze and have no confirmation that the winterization actually was completed. This company is hugely unprofessional and needs to get their act together. I hope this review will prompt them to reply to my unanswered emails and send me the video footage.

When they showed up they did a good enough job, but reviewing my invoice I see that they charge seemingly random amounts of money. When they didn't show up there was no communication as to why or when they would come. They repaired my controller last year and used the wrong part so I can no longer use all jets. And it took over 4 months to get them to screw that up. Obviously, I would not recommend them.

Honestly, my last time here was back in 2022 when I needed furniture myself, so I don't come here very often. The building itself is massive and huge, housing many sections filled with furniture and tools of different kinds like for the kitchen, living room and bathroom, along with rooms for lighting and the warehouse where you can grab your stuff. This isn't even the bulk of it, and we spent a while in here while also getting some dessert! DISCLAIMER: If you're here for just food and/or know how IKEA works, you can skip the next two paragraphs of this review. When you get in, you can pick up a brochure outlining the approximate layout of the building's section and a small pencil. For almost every room, the larger furnitures have numbers on them that correspond to the parts you pick up yourself from their warehouse section, which comes just before the cash registers. There are smaller objects like small lamps, nuts and bolts, fixtures and pots that you can just pick up and put in your cart/bag. Even though each area is numbered a certain way and the map on the brochure looks linear, you can skip sections via shortcuts placed throughout. Otherwise, you follow the nicely placed arrows guiding you through all the sections and just enjoy the placements of some of the things you wanna get. I found myself oogling over the kitchen and bedroom setups every once in a while! Once you're done with all of that, you can purchase your items either through self checkout or at the registers where staff help you. Some of them also stay by the self-checkout areas and assist those who have trouble with some of the features. Some simple tips I have for grabbing objects: - Depending on what you get, make sure you grab ALL the parts for the stuff you get in the warehouse! They're usually clearly labeled but it's easy to miss some of them. - My friend used the IKEA app and came prepared ahead of time with a long list of items he wanted. He used some of the computers spread around the store to help him find which specific room carried the object(s) he was looking for. - Writing the numbers for larger goodies isn't always helpful as you might not remember what an object looks like when you reach the warehouse. I usually take photos of that number along with the object so I can gauge if I'm getting the right things. After doing all that shopping, we stopped by the small cafe just after the cash registers and got ourselves their frozen yogurt, which essentially tastes like vanilla ice cream but has a slightly different consistency from regular ice cream, something I can only describe as being a lot smoother than ice cream and a little tart. The cone it's served in is your standard ice cream cone. From friends who love going here, they advise to go during weekdays when it's not as packed, and to not try the overhype Swedish meatballs either. Since I'm a foodie, I'm gonna do the latter next time I come here!
