Adam, Seth, John, and Joe weren't able to fully diagnose the issue from the beginning and had to self-diagnose myself to fix the problem. My car was aligned in an hour after I scheduled an appointment with them. I give them a star for the service and info. However, I still had a pull. I did a second service with them, told them my issue, and gave them information about the tire wears. They worked with me and rotated the front two tires to see if that would cause a pull in the opposite direction. It did not. If I knew that the alignment wouldn't have fixed the issue from the start, I wouldn't have paid for the service. I put my 100% trust with them and wished they at least give me a partial refund. I paid a $90 service with no fix. read more

Been going to ARTire for close to 2 years now and haven't gone anywhere else. No matter what, I've always had a great experience and customer service has always been amazing and friendly. Usually go in for a common alignment, mount & balance etc. and have never had issues. Service is always consistent. I usually go in to transfer my tires from my stock wheels to my 2 Piece BBS's. They always take care of me and my wheels/car. Service is also quick, in-n-out usually within 1 hour to 45 mins. I've recommended people to go here as well. So I have a lowered Honda with wide aftermarket wheels that rub the fender wells and makes loud shocking noises. Well, I did, but not anymore because AR Tire rolled my rear fenders where they were rubbing and now they don't rub anymore. Now driving my car is so much more of a pleasure. All the staff here was super fast to answer my questions and they were really polite. I waited in the waiting room and they had a restroom for customers to use. Look at the photos and look at the awesome cars they deal with here. They are super knowledgeable and they care about your car as much as you do, and that is super rare and I really appreciate them a lot. I would definitely go back. As of recent I've been getting more into cars, and I don't know too much about anything at all as far as modifying my vehicle goes, but you gotta start somewhere. None of my friends had any tire shop recommendations so I just looked out for what was nearby, and what place seemed cool, and I came across Artire. I'm glad I did because I did a lot of my own research online, and figured out which tires I wanted to run, and once I went onto their website it was pretty easy to navigate to figure out if they had the specific tires I wanted in stock. They are real transparent with their pricing, and easy have a crew that's personable and easy to talk to. I had a good experience with these guys shoutout to Joe and Patrick and the rest of the guys there, they were able to get my tires to the shop and mounted and balanced them the very next day. I was real glad that they were able to fit me into their schedule it really shows that they value the customer and their time. Once I was at the shop it took about 30 minutes or so to mount and balance all 4 tires. I recommend these Guys 100% and will be going back for an alignment as soon as I get my camber kit installed. I've been going to this place for a few years now and the service is definitely not how it used to be. Ardeine really was the heart and soul of this place and all those great reviews back then are all because of him. I've taken my two cars here a number of times for alignment, new wheels mount, and new tires mount and I've never had any issues before. The AR staff is no longer friendly and may judge you for being a woman. The service for alignment now takes at least one hour and I'm not even running crazy stretch tires or camber. I've been running air lift for over 4 years now. And both cars are on bags with height sensors. Thank you for questioning me as if I didn't know anything about adjusting my drive height and how driving on the wrong height will effect the alignment. When I'm sure there's many other ways to go about questioning the customer's knowledge. I came back in Feb 2024 to get my new tires mounted, alignment for the car, and alignment for my other car. And this was when Ardeine had already left. I was allowed during this visit to adjust the height to how I wanted while the car was on the alignment rack although the worker was reluctant.. The ISF turned out fine but my daily started to rub after a month of driving. So I asked if it's okay to come back to realign the daily. I did not beg for a discount or blame them for the issue. I just simply asked and they agreed to half off. So that part was fine since it's my fault for choosing that height. Either way I was more than willing to pay for my own mistakes. But today.. I understand it's customer safety to not be allowed to go back there but I just ask for a few short minutes to adjust my own height to how I feel and see the car. No shop has denied before. But I got denied and now my front of the car height is almost as high as my going over driveways height... then I was told if I want to change it again it'll be another $90 charge. I was very sad to hear Ardeine had left and still wanted to give this place a try and now I know I won't be coming back. read more

I had brought my sisters car in due to a nail in her tire that American Tire was unable to patch (it was a really big nail, practically a bolt!) Someone from AR Tire had said over the phone that they were confident that they could patch it, so we went in expecting them to say that it couldn't be patched. I arrived to the appointment and was able to get checked in quickly and hand over the car key. 20-30 minutes later I got the keys back and checked out. After seeing all of the great reviews I decided to give this business a call. I had a nail in my tire so I needed it to get patched up so I called AR tire and someone picked up almost immediately which was a great sign. Scheduled an appointment for 10:00am today and they took my car around back to get it patched up. The whole appointment was about an hour long and they discovered another nail in the same tire so they charged me $45 for the service. I felt confident in their service because of all of the great reviews but when I got home I realized that they forgot to put my tire cap back on. I live pretty far away so it's going to be a hassle for me to go back there and get the cap (and who knows if they still have it). Now I have to spend more money to buy new caps which sucks. Edit: The owner of the shop Ardeine reached out to me and offered to send me reimbursement due to the valve cap and also offered to deliver the missing cap but I already bought a new set. Last week, I went to Artire to adjust my camber setup and get an alignment issue corrected on my 2017 Crosstrek before an autocross event. I mentioned what the car would be set up for, and when it was returned to me, they explained the adjustments they made and how they would benefit the handling. I also supplied front camber bolts for installation, which were ultimately not installed, and Artire explained the reason why they weren't needed in good detail. I recently lowered my car on coilovers and installed a rear sway bar and end links. Eventually the rear of the car started making a clanking noise and I suspected the car was too low and the rear sway bar was hitting the control arms. Scheduled an appointment with ARTIRE for an alignment and rear ride height adjustment to eliminate the clunking noise (I sprained my wrist and was unable to work on the car myself). They took my car for a quick test drive to diagnose the clanking noise - one of the bolts ended up being loose. Instead of raising the ride height; they took the car back to me and told me they didn't want to raise the rear ride height without asking me, since they fixed the clanking noise. I expected to pay for the ~15 minutes they spent test driving the car and fixing the loose bolt but I was only charged for the alignment. Alignment was done in only 30 minutes and they briefly explained what was corrected on the car. They easily could have charged me by raising the rear ride height of car (as I requested) or for fixing the loose bolt but choose not to in good faith and because they're just honest people. Will be recommending any friends or family to come here and will be supporting their business for as long as they're open. Thanks again guys. read more

Brought my wife's car in for an alignment. Made an appointment a week in advance for a Saturday. Plus points for being open on Saturday. We were greeted outside and the person who met us was very nice and friendly. We had our two dogs with us to take to the dog park after and they let us bring them inside while they worked on the car. Really fast turn around time. Finished in about 45 minutes. Came from Oakland and will make the journey next time. Plus that the dog park is down the street as well. read more

I badly needed a alignment on my 2014 tacoma. I was referred to ARtire from multiple friends and family members. I went on their website and requested to schedule an appointment. I was then contacted to by Patrick who scheduled me in for my alignment. When I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman By the name of Joe who then asked me for my keys and took my truck into the shop for it's alignment which only took about a hour to be completed. He then finished up the paperwork and I paid for the invoice. Once I drove away I could noticeably tell the difference in the way my truck was working. 2 weekends ago I was helping a buddy clear his new shop Out and my dump trailer got a nail in a tire and it went flat. Luckily I had a jack and took the tire off and headed to AR tire.
