If I could leave 0 stars I would. Tried the Spanish latte and the Kyoto latte and thought they were mid, would not come back. Honestly I got rubbed off by the rude customer service, the person taking my order was snippy and already left a bad taste in my mouth before I tried the coffee. The only reason people come here is for the view of Brooklyn Bridge not the coffee. One of the worst coffee shop experiences I've had.
This is an urban/hip coffee spot with various types of coffees from different countries. They got really nice view of bridge and cross street. The coffee was great but the only thing I can say about the container is the lid. It was a paper disposable lid that interfered with the coffee taste. Almost the same taste you get from drinking from paper straws. Other than that, place and coffee was gooood!
In my opinion this place is one of the best coffee spots around the area. The coffee quality is excellent, everything tastes fresh, and the flavors really stand out. You also get a great view to the Brooklyn Bridge while zipping a delicious coffee. Definitely one of my favorite spots, it's worth trying out.
Ordered the Kyoto Latte which was just sweet enough. Great coffee, location, vibe and branding with the "%". It was a good stop right before we embarked on our Brooklyn Bridge trek.
I visited % Arabica everyday during my New York trip, so saying that I like this spot is an understatement. I tried a few things on the menu, but my go-to was the matcha latte. The menu says they use a high quality matcha from Kyoto and I feel like it really makes a difference! My husband got the Americano here and he is very particular about his coffee but was blown away by the beans that are offered here and the taste of the coffee itself. The store has a cozy and warm ambiance. There's some seating inside to enjoy your drink, however, it is a bit limited and fills up quickly. Service is friendly!
Food/drinks: dark latte!!! It's like a hot chocolate and latte mixed, not too sweet!! Atmosphere: very cute, tiny seats with bar seating and pretty busy with tourists Service: can take a bit to get your drink especially if they are busy, but I didn't mind Price: $$ as normal for NYC
Haven't had coffee from This place for a long time .. went to get the Kyoto latte and is good as ever!! Very strong coffee flavor and not too sweet just perfect!! Will come back for more
I think this place is good, but I wouldn't consider it to be my top choice in terms of coffee in the city (which there are TONS of choices). One thing I do have to say is that I enjoy how none of the drinks are sickly sweet, which makes it enjoyable to drink. The matcha is also smooth and not "grassy" tasting which is great as well.
My first visit to this café was excellent. The food was delicious, the service was warm, and everything came out quickly. The coffee ice cream was especially tasty. I'll definitely come back again.
If you are looking to take that perfect snapshot with the Brooklyn Bridge in the background, do yourself a favor and check out "% Arabica". Located directly on Old Fulton St. and just a mere few blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn NY, this place has been serving up handcrafted coffees, espresso drinks, and matcha beverages dating back to mid-2021. This is one of 4 locations in New York while they have 1 other location in Los Angeles. However, they are more prominent globally as they have a strong presence in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. I came here during the afternoon on Thursday 10/9/2025 at around 3:30pm. As expected, there was a bit of a line but did move rather quickly. The interior layout of the building was bright, cheerful, and upscale while utilizing as much natural light as possible. The neutral earth tone colors flow well as beige, gold, and off-white flow freely around the entire interior. Seating was tricky to find but my lady and I did find two available spots that gave us that million dollar view of the Brooklyn Bridge. As for our beverages of choice, she went with a "Hot Vanilla Latte" while I opted for an "Iced Matcha Latte". Since they were busy and the flow of customers did not ease up, we got our drinks in a timely manner, under 5 minutes. I will say that the overall taste of the matcha was good (but not great) as I've had much better. But from an aesthetic perspective, this place had a great New York vibe as the staff and demographic of customers hit all the high notes for me. All in all, "% Arabica" was a good above-average place that allows you to slow down from the daily hustle-and-bustle grind that we encounter on a regular basis. With decent hours; 7:30am-6:00pm 7 days a week, fast Wi-Fi connections, and squeaky clean restrooms, this location does what it can to stay above some of the better coffee shops in the area. Service, location, atmosphere, and ambiance was amazing while the coffee/matcha is just slightly above average. With that said and done, I am giving % Arabica a solid four stars.
Perfect cup of coffee. I arrived at the perfect time just before closing so there wasn't any line and few people in the building. The server was attentive and produced the perfect cafe latte. The ambiance was nice with a huge focal point of the view of the Brooklyn Bridge. I'm happy I went during the evening for the photo opportunity. The coffee beans were fresh and aromatic, the sip was smooth, the flavor was robust. I was super excited for the fast prep time cup design. Overall 5 of 5
Performative HQ. Great coffee, great vibe, great location, great cups. This is where you go to try and impress the local manic pixie dream girl but realize you're just the 1000th man they've seen that morning in the same North Face puffer and Arc'teryx toque beanie. This place is lit.
After some freezing weather I stopped by this coffee shop and decided to get something to warm up with. The staff was friendly and helpful and we decided to try a seasonal drink of theres. In the photo you'll find a coffee with white chocolate and a plain croissant. This was perfect! As someone who doesn't like overly sweet food and drinks this was the right amount of flavor. The croissant was nice and fluffy and everything you expect. It is on the pricey side but to be expected. My total was $12.50. My only complaint is that I wish it was much hotter, it was luke warm at best. Coffee 8/10 Croissant 8/10

Super modern and aesthetic inside with lots of seating! Heard a lot about % Arabica and glad I got to check it out. I got their Spanish latte which wasn't too sweet, but still delicious. You can grab a seat inside or walk 5 minutes and see amazing views of Manhattan while sipping on your coffee. read more
Aesthetic interior design. Delicious Spanish latte. Breathtaking views of the Brooklyn Bridge. What's not to love about this cafe? Service was a little slow though and there weren't that many people when I went so I can only imagine how hectic it would be on a busier day. I don't usually make my way out to DUMBO but if I'm ever in the area I'll definitely be back to try their matcha and Kyoto lattes! read more

As sad as it is, it really has been quite awhile since I've had a very good cup of coffee. With so many little mom and pop coffee shops popping up nowadays where I'm from, it's sad to say that many of them have been very mediocre and overpriced. Cut to % Arabica. First off, service was super friendly and they were really patient with me and my friend as we had difficulty deciding what to order. I finally decided on the Kyoto cold brew and my first thoughts were THIS is what I'm looking for in a cup of coffee. None of the super acidic brews I'm used to paying an arm and a leg for back home. Sad to say, we don't have a % Arabica back home in San Diego, but I'll have to continue the search for something comparable back at home. Chill vibes and a perfectly balanced cup of coffee is all I want. Please open a location in SD! read more
3.5 stars, rounded up for nice vibes Got the iced Kyoto latte which has a unique flavor. It has a bit of condensed milk that pairs nicely with the bitterness. But man the croissant was sad. Location Location Location. This coffee shop is perfectly situated between the Brooklyn Bridge and Dumbo waterfront park promenade. Very busy as is the rest of the area, don't expect to grab a seat right away or at all. Indoor and outdoor tables available. Service was not really friendly or helpful at all, so figure it out for yourself and don't ask questions, or for water. I ordered an Iced Americano, it was pretty good and got all the stars of this review. The interior decor was clean and modern but too busy to take in and enjoy. We got the Kyoto Latte and Iced matcha latte, both delicious I would say. The cashier was super nice to me, and answered my questions in a super kind way. The aesthetic is super cute, and you could get a prime view of the Brooklyn Bridge. We came here after getting some pictures at the DUMBO viewpoint, and I am not disappointed!! Great spot to sit inside, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenic view of the brooklyn bridge and the streets/people. The decor of the coffee shop was beautiful! I would say it was a bit bougie as it does have a toto toilet in the restroom. We tried the spanish latte, kyoto latte, kouign amann and canelle. The lattes don't have strong coffee taste but they were tasty. The spanish latte was a little sweeter than the kyoto latte. I liked both. The kyoto latte had some coffee taste to it and the spanish latte ended up being a sweet milk coffee beverage. The kouign amann and canelle were delicious with the drinks but they were not the best I have eaten but still good. This cafe is on the expensive side as it is located at a very touristy area. Hey rent in NYC is damn high! I think coming here once in a while is ok if you are in the area. Nonetheless, I was very happy to try this place and really enjoyed the scenic view. came in on a rainy monday so it wasnt so busy! lots of space inside and great view of brooklyn bridge. we got the kyoto and spanish latte which were delicious! id definitely come back for those. Lattes were nicely done and staff was very accommodating. place was clean and have ample seating options both inside and outside. Was excited to try this coffee shop after hearing great recommendations from friends discovering that % Arabica is a chain from Kyoto. I ended up getting the Spanish latte while my friend got the Kyoto latte. Both were pretty good but I prefer the Kyoto as it's made with a darker roast and has more of a punch to it. Both are made with condensed milk which is reminiscent of Vietnamese coffee but definitely was not as sweet. We also ended up getting an apple tart and canelés to share. Both were really yummy and I appreciated that the apple tart was not too sweet and had the perfect amount of spice for a fall treat. read more

The cafe is beautiful. It is a little bit out of the way for me, but I'm glad I came by to try it when I had the time. The Kyoto latte wasn't overly acidic, and it had a strong coffee taste. It wasn't too sweet, but the sugar all sunk to the bottom. The sugar could've been incorporated better. The drinks are kind of expensive, but given the neighborhood, it makes sense. The space is very open, and they have large windows. It was nice to just enjoy a cup of coffee and look outside the empty street on a weekday morning. It wasn't too busy at the time I went, so it made for a perfect, relaxing coffee break before starting my day. read more
At first I didn't like this spot. I felt their target audience was the elite, and maybe it is. So I would either opt not to come here or turned off by the energy. Then one early morning we were walking off the promenade, not far away by the way, and we walked in for a coffee. I found it so relaxing and the coffee was delicious, rich flavor. The staff is very diverse, and the location with the water front, NYC, and DUMBO area views is beautiful. If you come now for the winter season, there's even ice skating near by. I recommend coming real early in the morning before the area wakes up. Be well read more

This has to be one of my favorite cafes in dumbo! You guys must go because of the great scenery and their lemonade fizz was always super refreshing! The cafe itself is so cute with their minimalistic decor and the line gets pretty long in the weekends so make sure to come in a weekday to snag a chair and take some cute pics with the Brooklyn bridge scenery in the front. Tip: they accept cash and card. Also has bathroom and ample amount of seating. Not ideal for brining laptops. read more

This is a super nice spot right off the Brooklyn Bridge. If you're in DUMBO and doing touristy stuff or waiting for restaurants or just strolling around, I would recommend coming here. I love coffee and espresso to a fault, my husband not so much, but based on his opinion, this coffee is so rich and flavorful that it can easily satisfy those who aren't usually fans; we both thoroughly appreciated our drinks. This cute cafe also benefits from the killer views, good pastries, and had a cool collection of friendly and passionate baristas that were happy to tell us more about how their beans are sourced. My favorite coffee shop in NY. Came here for a two week vacation and it was so hard to find good coffee in NY, until we came here. I had several different drinks and they were all amazing. Their coffee is so smooth and rich. They have amazing flavors and matcha. I kept coming back I think I came here like 7 times during my stay and I plan on coming back when I go back to ny. I wish they had more seating but for their coffee I'll stand if I have too. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area, they are so worth it. read more

Not too much seating inside but plenty to do in the area. They also didn't have their cute % cups when I went. Such a cool place to go for a coffee run. It is an larger, open coffee shop with a huge coffee machine in the middle. It is very bright inside because of all the windows! They are located in Dumbo Brooklyn right by the water. You can easily come here before starting a day of touristy activities. I got their Spanish latte. Super good you can tell they use great quality coffee beans. The line moves along very quickly as well so do not get discouraged if there is a long line. A few fun facts: This is the only location right now in America! They started over in Japan and have the majority of their locations in the Middle East. read more

Of all the coffee shops/ roasters I visited most recently in Manhattan/ Brooklyn, Arabica stood out as my favorite for flavor and ambience. They can roast beans to order so if you are visiting and are a coffee collector like myself, you can take home some freshly roasted beans to enjoy at home!! Wish we had a location in Chicago! Of note, the seats are not the most comfortable and it seems the shop isn't meant for long- staying customers who study/ work, unless you are okay with these seats! Seating was also quite limited despite the large space. This is not a complaint from me, I prefer shops to encourage customers to rotate out more quickly. read more

Iced Americano The coffee is roasted fresh in store that brings strong coffee scent when entering the store The coffee tastes really good with the strong taste and the caffeine wakes me up!! There's a display of coffee beans with clear labels that we can play with the beans. Also, the coffee self service station with the cute symbol % on the milk and sugar packets. Why so cute. The coffee shop is the cutest store on this street. Lots of live plants in store. Located in the Dumbo area, it has the best view of the Brooklyn bridge and the widest window for the best photo. This place was soooooo good!! My friend and I both got the Kyoto latte and it was nice, creamy, and flavorful! This latte had a lighter flavor according to the barista than some other drinks, and the coffee itself was light and flavorful. The place was a bit busy on a Saturday morning, but speedy. We got in line and got our coffee within 10 minutes. The barista was really helpful when we asked about the different drinks and what the Kyoto latte was lol All their pastries looked so tasty too, though we didn't get any this time. They have croissants, cinnamon rolls, and some small cakes. I will be coming back here anytime I'm in the dumbo or downtown Brooklyn area and can't wait to try their pastries soon. The hype is real, came here since I've been to other locations in Asia. The only NYC location was great since it's in DUMBO with a view of Brooklyn Bridge. I really liked the outdoor seating. My friends and I ordered the Spanish latte, iced Kyoto latte, and regular coffee. Their coffee was great and service was friendly. There's always a line though so definitely come here early or prepare to wait. There's also a Japanese bidet in the restroom. I'll definitely be back! read more

Absolutely delicious lattes and situated in prime dumbo, with an open view of the Manhattan bridge no less! I came on a Sunday afternoon, and though there was a line, it moved quite fast. A great place to catch up with quality caffeinated beverages, but im not sure it's the best idea to get some work done here. Seating is not ergonomic and mostly line just the windows. Passed by and stopped for a cup of coffee and pastries. The location was great, right by the Brooklyn Bridge and the ferry. Modern decor, efficient service, nice and quiet atmosphere. Gos the kyoto latte and Spanish latte. Definitely recommend trying both, but I personally liked the kyoto latte the best. The drinks are pricey, but it's a prime spot to chill and hang out. The dumbo is right next door, so lots of tourist drop by. The service is comparable to other coffee shops and clean. read more

Great location with an amazing view of the Brooklyn Bridge. I've tried % Arabica's coffee and matcha latte in LA already so I wanted to try something new, a sparkling lemonade. It was surprisingly very good. Tasted like they put some kind of a lemon preserve in it. It was sweet and refreshing. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because the restroom cleanliness was awful. There were no toilet papers and it smelt like an abandoned porta potty and the lady staff was pretty rude from the time of order to when she was replenishing the toilet papers. read more
