Absolutely terrible customer service. Never received the rental but want to charge me anyway to sum it up. They were outside their own window of delivery by 12 min with no response to our texts for over 30 min because their phone was in "eco" mode. Unprofessional and unacceptable. In that time we got a rental at the Six Flags itself which btw was cheaper by about $30+. What would you do if you were waiting on a delivery for over 30 min with no response? Chalked it up to being a scam and got another. Now they want to blame me for changing the delivery time, blame the prior customer as well, even though they were the ones that agreed upon the time. Clearly understaffed, unprofessional, and horrible customer service. Idk on what world they live in that someone should pay for goods not delivered or services not rendered. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Update: +1 star. They have agreed to a refund (& future discount--though doubtful I'll use it after said experience) through their escalation team. Cloud of Goods was hired to deliver a knee scooter for me to use for a weekend when I traveled to Memphis Tennessee for a business conference due to a broken foot. I arranged for them to drop off the scooter at the hotel by 12:00 (who was made aware that the scooter was going to be dropped off). We got there at 1:00 and the scooter wasn't there. I called the company and got lost in their automated system. After 3 calls I finally figured out how to talk to someone. The guy was very hard to understand with a thick Indian accent and was very nonchalant about the issue. He called their local vender who was supposed to drop off the scooter, who said he would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later I called back because he still wasn't there. Same thing. Was told that he would be there in 30 minutes. He finally showed up after 4PM. OVER 4 HOURS LATE. They tried to appease me with a $20 refund which I declined. The scooter itself was worn with 2 pieces of duct tape on the knee pad. Very disappointing. Should have been an easy delivery but obviously their execution sucks. read more

I shortly thereafter was told by Cloud of Goods that the "partner" had cancelled due to improper equipment. Turns out the "partner" only had 1 wheelchair to rent and it was reserved over a month ago. The only help I was left with was that the Indian guy "Adam" who couldn't speak English was gracious enough to provide a full refund (enter sarcasm). I was left with 24 hrs to try and scramble to find something for my elderly family member coming into town for post-Christmas. I rented a heavy duty scooter in NYC. I had fractured my pelvis a few weeks earlier and wasn't going to miss my trip. Can I say this was a very easy and well worth the money transaction. My heavy duty scooter was at my hotel fully charged when I got there and it was picked up the evening of my departure. I did have a heavy duty one. Unreliable! We ordered a wheelchair for our elderly mother who is visiting from out of town and it arrived without the foot rests. We had to have her hold her legs up when using the wheelchair and she couldn't do it for very long. They did say that they would send a new one which is good, but why not attend to that detail in the first place and let us have a better day? I also easily extended my rental from 2 to 3 days because they're great at communicating via text. Pick up and drop off at bell desk was a breeze. At $10/day + delivery we were able to borrow a sturdy, solid stroller which saved our family trip from angst, frustration and exhaustion. First, I don't normally write reviews. However, i couldn't have been more pleased with their service. We went to Disneyland with our two kids. The stroller we had was a Phil and ted double decker so one child was always behind the other and couldn't see. Disney not only didn't rent double strollers but if you wanted to rent two strollers the cost would be $35. I am super pregnant with twins and the thought of pushing around something other than me (lol), seemed exhausting. So when I found cloud of goods I called them asap. It was like 10p and they responded! I was shocked!! I needed a double stroller where the kids could sit side by side for the next morning by 8a. And they said yes!!! And it was only $11!!! After 10PM they sent a text saying they weren't coming pick up the wheelchair that night but would come Sunday, the following night between 7-10PM. Zero stars, if I could. Filled out their basic form online that supposedly would show you the price.... Did not actually show the price on the next page but instead required you to enter your credit card info to make the booking request, still with no info on how much it would cost! The hidden fine print also briefly mentioned you were agreeing to the booking terms, which could very well have included that you agree to pay the full booking cost once the request is accepted by them, who knows. They also don't own their own rental goods and it said they'd be searching for a partner to fulfill the request, so they're just a broker, and I doubt there's any standardization of quality or what you're actually receiving from their many brokers. At this point I bailed out because they were clearly shady (there are plenty of other companies that have clear pricing tables on their websites, just Google around for alternatives). Then I check my phone again a few hours later and I have two emails reminding me I didn't finish checking out for my reservation AND a text message saying I forgot something in my cart, and neither method has ANY way to unsubscribe. (I mean reported to the BBB and local consumer protection department AWFUL). But working with Cloud of Goods was like taking in a breath of fresh air! I rented a wheelchair for 3 days to get around a little more easily, and not only did they provide the excellently-maintained wheelchair on time and picked it up on time, but each representative was incredibly kind and helpful. Do not use this company. I ordered a scooter because I am in my late 70s and disabled two weeks before my planned trip to Hawaii. They do not have a customer service number so I ordered on line. i was told I would receive an email with confit. After a week I sent an email requesting my confirmation. No answer. I sent several emails. Bo answer. The day before I finally was able after a lot of research I was able to find a number a call them. I was told the oder was canceled the week before because they did not have any scooters. I asked why they didn't notify me or what they did not answer my email inquiries. No explanation. I was finally able to rent one at a higher coast because the only place that had one wasn't close to where I was staying with a much higher delivery fee. Very poor customer service.
