The leak was coming from a rodent bite in a water line coming into the tub from the hot tub pump, in an almost inaccessible spot inside the rear wall of the outer shell of the tub. He crawled way under the bowels of the tub, past mouse droppings without a wince and identified the problem. Spa Doctor ordered the part and was back in 4 days to install it. Now a problem that has been nagging at us for over a year has been solved, and an area outside the tub causing rotting and dampness is entirely dry. Very fair pricing (one-third of the price that had been quoted by my previous service person who turned out to be unsuccessful with this one). Which ended up being fall of 2020. We decided to not open the pool before the winter and push it off till spring. During building process never communicated when people would show up. Excavating showed up without knowledge to dig hole. Same thing happened through whole process. People would just show up with Arthur Edwards project manager showing up when wanted payments. Then when opened pool in spring cleaning crew had to be called back twice, liner also was not installed properly that actual company that produces it had to show up to stretch it properly. Never got demo of how everything worked and called twice. And recently ran into issue with permits expiring because they used there email address. When called to discuss was told sorry to bad. No ownership, asked to speak to the owner and he does not take calls. He was in Florida. I was told "If want to write a letter and mail it to the office they will make sure he gets it, BUT not sure he will respond or even read it ". That was Manager that told me that. No responsibility to customers. Seriously think hard if want to use a company that the owner is not accessable
