So if I bother to leave a review, my rating will always start at 3. If I go to a gas station and get gas, it's a 3. The rest of the interaction will go up or down based on my experience. With that being said, here goes. I love Arby's. It's nostalgic for me. There used to be an Arby's in Windward Mall. I'm totally not dating myself at all. It starts off as a 3. I wanted a Beef and Cheddar, and that's what I got. The 4th star comes because I dined in, and I could have all the Arby's Sauce that I want. The caveat is that if you are doing takeout, I would have only been allotted 2 packets (at no charge), but there is a sign that clearly states that. The 5th and most important star goes to the order taker / cashier. She was a little younger. I thought she could've been a high school student. I immediately (and incorrectly) pre-judged her. The long artificial lashes and "brows on fleek" were giving me brat vibes. I stand corrected. This young lady was taking the order of a female in a wheelchair. I couldn't hear what the customer was saying, but the cashier said, "Aunty, you can have regular fries or curly fries with that." Aunty gave her answer. The cashier then asked her what size she would like and then pulled out 2 different size cups for Aunty to look at and choose. Once Aunty chose the size she wanted, the cashier said, "I'll get you a new cup." Aunty was paying cash and seemed to be a little short on the coin side. The cashier grabbed her tip cup and said, "Let me see if I have what you need." The cashier was patient and gracious. I, on the other hand, am very jaded by people in the cashiers age group. We eat at Arby's maybe once a year, but this visit might just entice me to come a few more times before the year is over. The 4-star rating is just for the Greek (lamb) gyro and for a fast food establishment it was good. I would go back and get it again. It's just shy of more lettuce, and cucumbers would take it to the top. They probably shouldn't wrap it like a burrito too because it just collects too much moisture for the pita to hold its quality. YUM!!! Arby's is my fave place to eat at in PearlRidge!!! With all of the restrictions now, they have stepped up to the plate and made the changes/additions needed. You are directed to enter through one walkway and there are 6 ft distancing stickers leading you to the register to order. If you get a meal with a drink, there is a worker waiting by the machine to make your drink for you. Many tables are closed off due to maintain social distancing, but there are enough open that you maybe able to dine in. Your food is packaged to go - which I appreciate - and you can ask for as many Arby Sauce, Horsey Sauce, or ketchup packets as you need. There is a new menu - so while you're waiting to order 6 ft apart, try to find your fave meal number. I was surprised last time I went as I was next in line just about drooling because of the yummy smells and I didn't see the french dip meal!!! #7!!! Where did it go??? Did they stop selling it??? An Arby's offer caught my attention, so I thought I would check it out. I ended up driving all the way from Downtown to the Pearlridge Shopping Center, only to be told that this Arby's was not participating in the offer. Are you kidding me? I know the small print says "At participating locations", but come on you are part of a franchise. You get me in the door with an Arby's ad only to tell me "sorry"? At least list the states that are not participating, I still wouldn't like it, but I think I would have found that a little more palatable. A better appeasement would have been to provide an alternative offer, so I didn't feel like I completely wasted my time. Like a drink upgrade for my trouble. It only costs pennies and would have garnered at least some goodwill. As it stands I will not be visiting Arby's again... at least until they change this particular practice. read more

How have I never left a review for Arby's?? If I'm at Pearl Ridge & hungry, it's gotta be about a 99% likelihood that I'm at Arby's. Located uptown, second floor, 2 spots over from the satellite city hall, I love that they aren't located in the main food court & so are not normally as crowded. Their menu is pretty basic but I love that they offer a few things that typical fast food spots do not (loaded baked potato! Well hellurrrr there!). Loaded curly fries, mozzarella sticks & jalapeño bites round out the side menu & every one is pretty amaze. I can never tell when they will offer it also but the chicken salad sandwich is hands down my FAVE, along with their Brisk Peach Green Tea. Sure, they offer burgers but it's not the typical beef patties like other spots. They have stuff like angus steak, peppered bacon, brisket, corned beef & roast beef instead. BOOMMMBBB! So it looks like Arby's didn't have much of a remodel. The middle chairs are opened a bit to make the space look bigger. They did not address the difficulty with trying to figure out where the line is, who's in line and who isn't. The front space is still misleading. I was disappointed that they had taken away the deli sandwiches. They were a nice break from the everyday sandwiches you get from most fast food restaurants. The rest of the food is still regular Arby's menu choices. I like them because it is different from hamburgers and tacos. In my opinion they could have done more with the remodel. Very ecstatic that they renovated their restaurant! Definitely looks much better in there. New table booths & high top tables. I remember from the last time I went, the booths were torn up and would scratch me when I would sit down. It looks much more spacious in there, enough room for handicap scooters and baby strollers :) CUSTOMER SERVICE -- Does need some work! We were waiting in line and a worker called me up to the register then walked away. As I was waiting there, another working on the left saw me and continued to do what she was doing (writing something) and did not acknowledge me. The worker that called me up, went to the fryer to do something and looked at me but did not come back. As I was waiting, still no acknowledgement from anyone. Until finally, a 3rd worker who came from the fryer area, asked me to move over to the left register and took my order. Also, the workers need to check the receipt before they hand over the order. Had to walk back because they forgot my honey mustard sauce that I paid $0.30 for :/ FOOD -- My fiancé ordered the Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon Roast Beef meal and I ordered the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Out of the two, I liked the roast beef the best. The bacon was very very tasty :) the chicken sandwich is like any other chicken sandwich. I was never a fan of Arby's because the deli meats they use seems so processed like the really cheap sandwich meats they sell in the markets. We came to try the Pearlridge Arby's because this location always seems to be really busy. I ordered the Greek gyro meal and my wife ordered the roast beef and cheddar sandwich meal, and yes it was busy. The employees here seem to be really on it because although they were very busy it didn't take long for our order to be ready. All of our food was served hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the gyro and was surprised on the generosity of the meat, lamb I think, because the NEX Arby's don't put as much in their gyros. The fries were piping hot and crispy. I tried my wife's roast beef and cheddar and thought it was just OK. They put a lot of roast beef in their sandwiches, but like I said I am not a fan of the deli meats they use. I've been to Philadelphia twice and sampled various versions of their Philadelphia cheese steaks - but as it turns out, coming to Arby's here in Pearlridge, Aiea seems to be one of the exceptions. Or so I seems. On a whim, I came here to Pearlridge shopping center on a casual Saturday in late January 2019. It was the weekend of the release of shiny psyduck in the Pokémon Go universe. As luck would have it, I got my first shiny psyduck while waiting in line here at Arby's. What luck!!! My experience here at Arby's seemed typical at the start, although finding that shiny Pokémon in the game certainly added to the happiness factor for the day. Arby's is your stereotypical fast food chain. It was nice to hang out here and I didn't know that they had curly fries than regular standard French fries. I thought only Jack in the Box served curly fries in the fast food realm. With that said, my experience here at Arby's Pearlridge started around 12:30pm and it was a fairly long line. I noticed at the menu board that they had a Philadelphia cheese steak combo for around $12, which sounded terrific. I knew that my previous experiences with Philadelphia cheese steak in Philadelphia wasn't as thrilling as this one in Honolulu was. In fact, this version of Philadelphia cheese steak made by Arby's in Honolulu tasted a notch above what I had experienced so far. More cheesy flavor than I knew what to deal with. It was one of the best Philadelphia cheese steak experiences ever! It was one of the most cheese tastic times I've ever been apart of. That's how you do a Philadelphia cheese steak!! Definitely come and check it out! The overall experience here at Arby's Pearlridge Aiea here on the island of Oahu, Hawaii was decent and average. What you can expect from a fast food joint, to be honest. The ambiance was nice, mostly quiet, and casual and we actually found a booth to eat in, amidst the hustle and bustle of daily mall life here in Pearlridge. For the most part though, my friend and I spent about 1 hour here from start to finish and headed out after that. I was happy that I found a place that makes legitimately good Philadelphia cheese steaks. Sorry to the folks who live in Philadelphia, but this Arby's in Hawaii serves up some good stuff!! The service here at Arby's is very typical of the fast food industry. Quick in and out and you're on your way. I'm just happy about the shiny Pokémon that was captured that day. Arby's is one of the many merchants located at the Pearlridge Shopping Complex in the heart of Aiea, Hawaii. They accept major credit cards, which is always a good thing - and cash. Since I arrived by car this time, Pearlridge shopping center has a generous helping of parking spaces for you to come and shop to your heart's content. If you are like me, public transportation options are here for you too. I believe routes Express A, 40, and 42 come through the area - off the top of my head. I'm sure that routes that go to Mililani and Wahiawa come through this side of paradise too. Check google maps for your best route possible, bussing it or driving. Sometimes, having both options can really be the difference maker. While Arby's can be a good choice for a quick lunch, dinner, or any time snack choice, I wholeheartedly believe that the Philadelphia cheese steak was pretty darn epic and possibly 3 steps above from what Philadelphia can dish out. Way more cheese and just the fact that they really make a good cheese steak sandwich only a foodie would love. You can compare the two by flying to Philadelphia and check things out. Even if it was just for the curly fries, which is my favorite, compared to regular standard fries, Arby's is a good choice compared to Jack In the Box for curly fries. I would recommend coming here if you are in the area. The prices here for the combos are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I enjoyed my time here and hope you will too. 4.5 stars for the overall experience. 4.75 for the Philadelphia cheese steak and curly fries. Let me start off by saying that the food itself was actually not bad and the workers are actually really friendly and cool BUT the service could be A LOT better. This past weekend I ordered 3 sandwiches and some fries. I go home and find that 1 sandwich is missing and another was wrapped as a different order. I called them to let them know and the girl was real cool and apologized and was hospitable in offering me an order of curly fries when I come to pick up the missing order next time. I was still a happy customer after that since she more than made up for the error. However I return 2 days later, different people are working and I try to claim my missing sandwich. They give it to me along with another order I made but then they forgot the curly fries which I thought I was getting for free. No big deal, I'm not that entitled to free stuff, doesn't bother me. They then almost forget the extra order of curly fries I actually paid for and had to remind them. Again no big deal, I caught the error in time and I got it. No harm, no foul. I go home and realize they forgot the dip for my french dip. Thats the straw that broke the camel's back. So I can understand when workers especially food service workers make mistakes since its such a fast-paced environment...but twice in a row? Then when I get home I find that the 2 salads I purchased was old and should have been pulled the day before. I had to go back there to replace them and all I get is an apology from Carol the manager. I had called them before I went back. The response I got was just unsatisfactory. I have mixed feelings when I come to this particular Arby's. Located at uptown pearlridge, across from victoria's secret, this is a hit or miss place, but mostly misses. When you walk in to order, there is either one or two lines, and there is no organized order of who is next in line. Clueless people will walk right in and cut in front of you and order, and the staff don't really care. I usually order the roast beef with cheddar. When I was in high school, I remember it being so delicious. Now the beef has hardly any taste, like it's watered down during processing. Arby's sauce is tasting kind of bitter too. I only come here if I'm starving and don't want to fight the food court crowd. The Arby's in hawaii don't accept email coupons which is another pet peeve. I get email deals all the time but the staff refuses to take them. I emailed the corporation regarding this and pretty much got an answer of too bad. Whatever. My other favorite here is the cherry turnover. Again when I was in high school it was super delicious. Now it's slightly soggy and cold when I buy it, despite it being under the warmer. Occasionally has a fish taste. Wtf is up with that Arby's? When it does taste fishy, I exchange it for another one, and usually get a stink eye from the manager when I tell them it tastes fishy. Was shopping at Macy's in Pearlridge and for some strange reason felt like eating salad for lunch that day. Didn't care to go to the uptown food court because it's always loud/busy and I'm always unlucky in finding a seat over there so I wandered around a bit and came across Arby's on the second floor, across Victoria's Secret. Wow, lots of open seats in here. Can't be good for business but I loved it....peace & quiet from the bustle of the mall...can at least relax & eat in here even though they got the elevator music going on. Maybe it was empty because it was a little late? 1:40-ish on a Sunday. I seriously hope they don't close because they just shut down the Ala Moana location. Normally when I eat at an Arby's I get some kind of sandwich combo with the curly fries but since I wanted to eat a salad I got the Small Combo Farmhouse Roasted Chicken Salad including a drink for $6.00+ tax. Cheap. Only three choices for dressing though: Honey Dijon, Ranch or Italian. It was a very basic salad that anybody could make at home for sure: iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, shredded cheese, thinly sliced chicken (the same one they use for their sandwiches no doubt), and bacon. It definitely satisfied my salad fix, though it was nothing special. The bacon was thick cut and in big pieces. It was kind of like eating beef jerky which can be a good or bad thing depending on who you ask. Definitely a good value considering lunch can cost upwards of $8 these days. I also wanted to get a chocolate turnover but they didn't have any so I tried the cherry turnover ($1.59+tax). Blech. Was more like a cherry jelly filling. Wow. Always passed by this place in the mall and have always wanted to try but never did and now that I have...oh man. This place is always packed and now I know why. Okay, the prices are a little on the steeper side for fast food, however, the size of my sandwich was a lot. The Roast beef is thinly sliced so you are not struggling with the meal eat, load with lots of cheddar cheese (so it does get messy) and topped off with Arby's sauce. They remodled the Pearlridge store and it looks nice and more modern. I always get my favorite, French Dip and swiss and my husband likes that they have healthier choices like turkey sandwiches. So since small kid time I have always loved to get me some Filet-o-Fish from McDonald's. Over the years I occasionally get the craving for one. Unfortunately the Filet-o-Fish is only large enough to fill 10 year old me as it looks like it is from the kids menu. Went to Arby's yesterday and tried their fish sandwich and I have to say this was pretty dang good! It weighed twice as much as a Filet-o-Fish and came with curly fries in the combo.
