For some reason Jersey mikes got rid of curbside which was so convenient with two babies in car seats, but the guys there told me I can call anytime and they'll bring it out to me. Wow, the friendly attitudes and service will have you coming back to this location! I have been craving jersey Mike's for the past week and my husband decided to grab lunch there and this was the closest location to us at the time. We had been in this shopping plaza, but never on the side with Jersey Mike's, but we were glad that we stopped in. Joe and Tony were the gentlemen working there, and they were fast, friendly, made the sandwich just how we asked, and were genuinely nice people who connected with every customer who walked in the door. They made sure to tell us to come back and visit them at this location and even though it's a few minutes further away from our usual Jersey Mike's location we decided that the next time we want Jersey Mike's we will be back to that location. The location was clean and well stocked. My husband and I got the super sub with extra mayonnaise, herbs and vinegar. We made it a combo with chips and a drink. Yelp needs to let us rate places 0, if it applies. That's what they would be getting here. Over $15 for a sub, and they can't get it right. Easiest to do. Just steak and bread. No cheese, no nothing else. I ordered on line, and triple checked order, due to food allergies. I pick it up, it is smothered in cheese. To be fair, the employees offered to re make it. Apparently, the web site made the mistake. Unacceptable. They offered me a suggestion for next time, I told them there would be no next time. First Subway, now here. Bad customer service. The young dude is obnoxious and the girl looks like she hates her life. The environment sucks. I walk in and was yelled at about if I was picking up an order or placing one. First off to say this place serves close to what Subway sells is straight crazy talk. I like that they keep it nice and simple with the toppings and they cut the turkey on the slicer right in front of you. You get nice fresh cut meats, not no out of the bag wrapped in plastic type meats. They have good customer service and the place is very clean. I like the way this Jersey Mike's is laid out. They have a good amount of seating inside and out. I like their inside decor. The prices are very reasonable for what you get on the sub. Ok on to the subs, I got the number 26 Bacon Ranch chicken Cheese steak and im hooked. I got it in a regular size which left me taking half of it to go. Stuffed full with delicious thin sliced chicken in a ranch sauce with bacon, lettuce and tomato on a soft sub roll. I loved it, the flavors were great and for how much you get the price is right. Made fresh to order right in front of you. They also informed me you can order through Uber Eats if you would like it delivered to you. The location was very clean and comfy. I really love Jersey Mike"s subs. I was so excited when they opened one right down the street from me. The employees at this location are pretty awesome. I stopped in around 11 this morning to pick up a couple of subs. There was quite a line when I walked in due to only one person working the shop. It was a little bit of a wait but she was doing awesome for being alone. My favorite sub is the big kahuna Steak & cheese. My son usually gets the Italian which is really good too but I come here for the steak subs. The big kahuna was exceptional today even though there was only 1 employee running the place & it was busy. Really cheesy & delicious with the grilled onions, peppers & mushrooms. I'm not a green pepper fan so I always replace them with banana peppers. Looking forward to my next sub already! read more

This location has the friendliest staff. Their customer service is top notch. My spouse and I split the 'Big Kahuna', steak, cheese, peppers, onions and mushrooms on a giant wheat sub roll and it was so delicious! It was filled with seasoned and well-cooked items. We used the bathroom and it was very clean as was the dining area. I wish it were closer to my house, once a week visits would be a lot more frequent. Ham, provolone, hair and bacon sub. Upon calling to notify them of the 3" hair, I can hear them in the back ground trying to pass blame for whose hair it was instead of rectifying the issue. I asked for a refund and the young man said ok and just hung up. I called back and the spoke to a different employee who the passed me on the manager. She went on to ask if the hair was long just so she could tell me it wasn't hers because her hair is long chuckling the whole time. I was offered a free sub if I wanted to come pick it up. Considering I tossed all 3 subs and they were ordered from Uber Eats, NO i'm not getting in my car to come get a replacement. I was also told it would take them about 2 hrs to credit my card. Ordered to-go the other day. Arrived after my pickup time, however, the two subs were not ready. Which was fine, I get things are pretty weird right now. Ended up waiting 30 minutes before I asked how it's going and she told me should couldn't find my hot sub so they'll start that. Still fine, I get it. Shortly after, another customer walks in and hands back a sub saying it wasn't what he ordered. She opens and examines the sub, seeing that it was the sub that was actually meant for my order. She put this sub in my bag and handed it to me, a sub that had been outside of the store for over 30 minutes in someone else's possession. Under normal circumstances, that's a food safety no-no. I've never been to a Jersey Mike's and have been wanting to try them for some time because of recommendations from others. Now I know why. I ordered their #66 Portabella Cheese Steak and I kid you not it has to be one of the best cheese steaks I've ever had. It's meaty, cheesy, juicy, melt in your mouth deliciousness is to die for. I wish I had tried them sooner and they will be a regular stop going forward. They are a bit more pricey than I would like, but they are definitely worth it when you're craving some meaty deliciousness. I'll be back for more real soon! read more

This location is in desperate need of a manager and a few capable employees. The girl at the register said it was her second day, I get it. The manager needed to get involved though. Now I have eaten subs from Texas to New York City. The sub that I like the best and hold dear to my heart is a shop called The Parrot. It's in Highlands New Jersey and they have the best subs. I just ate at the one on Hendricks ave and it is a good sub. A good amount of meat and the right amount of fixins. First let me say that the service was exceptional! Very friendly and the gentleman explained everything to me since it was my first time there. I was looking for a good Italian Hoagie (Sub) like in Phily so I ordered the Original Italian. I was surprised to see that they actually slice the meat, like in a deli so you know it is fresh and they pile on all this meat which is how an Italian is made. And I must say that it was a good sub But for some reason it fell short of the Italian Hoagies I have had in Philly. I wonder if it was the oils? My favorite lunch stop by far is Jersey Mikes. I frequent Winter Garden Village location and Winter Park Orange Ave. They have always given great service. On the other hand the Apopka Hunt club location is not welcoming and seems to be only concerned with wether or not you want a hot or cold sub. That is consistenly their first interaction with me. The two locations aforementioned have never asked this question. I was charged for extra meat at Hunt Club location when I clearly did not order double meat. I will continue going to Jersey Mikes, it's great, just not Hunt Club location. read more

This Jersey Mike's staff is so friendly and helpful! Every time we go in there, they always great us with a friendly smile! Sam and Mecca go above and beyond to help my family with our family's gluten free dietary needs. We have looked so forward to this store opening and was so sad when we had to stop eating there because of our diets changing, but am so happy now because of the gluten free bread option! I know it's frustrating to have to clean everything and do certain procedures, but these girls always do it with a smile and it always seems like it doesn't ever bother them.
