They just completely ignored my request. I was like "fine maybe they forgot", so I go and ask them nicely if I could get them. tell me why the manager questions what did I want the toppings for in an interrogatory form. I am already a little introverted so I felt really awkward getting questioned what was I going to do with something I ALREADY paid for. those toppings are included in the price,so you are allowed to ask for a side of toppings. IT IS ON THE PRICE! I ended up not getting them because I didn't want to argue and the manager seems like she was already in a bad mood. My experience was okay at first, but between ordering my food and paying for it I didn't feel like the lady making my sandwich made me feel welcome. I don't know if it was anything I said or my body language, but it felt as though I was inconveniencing this individual by my mere presence. I was considering eating my combo meal in the store, but opted to enjoy it in my car because I just couldn't shake off the rudeness. I went with the Old Bay lobster club without bacon because it's not something I typically see at other sub shops. I enjoyed the sandwich and even finished it in one sitting, but with the chips and my diet coke the total came out to almost $15 (not including the undeserved tip I left). The whole experience could have been a 3/5, but the poor service brought it down. Despite this I probably would not come back to any Quiznos regardless. In any case I can see why this company is struggling.
