Everything was ordered and paid for via the kiosk, the only time I interacted with a person was when they called my ticket number. Which it seemed like they didnt know it, nor my name... odd, as it was required to put in on the kiosk, and generated a ticket number. So, i cant speak directly to the service. Food took about about 20 minutes which wasnt too bad. She ordered a bacon cheeseburger and some backyard fries. I got a Mac 'n' jack burger with some southside fries. She said her burger needed some seasoning on it, as it was pretty bland. Had hoped for some real bacon pieces, but it was chopped or bits. Her fries were pretty good. My burger, i ordered with an egg and some grilled onions. I am pretty certain after tearing apart the burger, they forgot the onions. But its all good. The mac and cheese balls, were alright at best. The sauce was the best part of the burger. It wasnt anything special. My south side fries were also the better part of my meal. Would probably go back to try something outside of a burger, but would definitely need fries, as they were a highlight. Wouldve been 2 stars if not for the fries.
