The Peach Mango Pie is packed with flavor and leans very sweet, but the crispy shell makes it stand out. The Chickenjoy lives up to the hype, super moist with solid flavor and even better dipped in gravy. The Deluxe Chicken Sandwich tastes fresh, though it does not quite compete with the top-tier chicken sandwich spots. The Pineapple Quencher is refreshing but definitely on the sweeter side. The mashed potatoes were the only miss for me, a bit artificial and lacking that fluffy texture you want. Service was impressively quick considering how long the line was for the collab. The team kept things moving and orders came out efficiently. Big plus there. Ambiance is where this place really shines. The FFXIV theming is done incredibly well both inside and outside. Easily a 10 out of 10 for presentation and immersion. Only downside was they were out of the blue aether drink, which felt like a bit of a miss for the full experience. read more

This isn't a review. It is a eulogy for flavor. I went to Jollibee in Anaheim expecting a chicken sandwich. What I received was a cry for help between two exhausted buns. First off... over 20 minutes for THIS? I've seen DMV lines move with more urgency. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich with no mayo because I have a food intolerance. Apparently removing mayo also removes hope, seasoning, structural integrity, and human dignity. This sandwich had a depressed look so bad, it looked like it had just lost custody of the kids. The buns were limp and sweaty like they'd been pulled out of a gym bag. The chicken somehow managed to be 80% crust, 20% regret. No lettuce. No tomato. No pickles. No onions. Just a sad beige landscape of flavorless disappointment. I took one bite and genuinely wondered if I had Covid because there was absolutely no flavor. Drywall has more moisture than this poor thing. I opened the sandwich slowly and looked over at my Filipina wife with the same expression people have when identifying a body at the morgue. I couldn't even get mad. I was too stunned. We both just started laughing because there was no other sane response. Somewhere, a chicken died for this. In vain. And it should be reported as murder. And the worst part? I PAID for it. Actual United States currency. Pennies have been canceled, and even those this thing wasn't worth. I've been scammed by carnival games with more honesty and craftsmanship. I still ate it too...bitterly...bite by bite...like...out of spite, with a forced, painful smile of despair in a bad meme. I think I just needed closure to give that poor chicken peace. I've tried almost everything on the menu - the chicken sandwiches, the tenders and, of course, the fried chicken itself. I just now enjoyed an order of Jolly Spaghetti. Some folks compare it to Italian spaghetti that they're accustomed to. Big mistake, as Jollibee's version is supposed to have a completely different flavor profile. I happen to like it a lot! I visit both the Anaheim and the Artesia locations. For me, this one holds a very slight edge. It's clean and bright, and the employees are friendly. TIP: Refuse to park your car to wait for your drive thru food. My order came in 5 minutes when I refused to park my car. It took over 20 minutes when I parked my car. They try to bring out multiple orders at a time so their employees don't have to multiple trips. That means the first couple orders will wait longer and food is cold because employees are trying to consolidate multiple orders to take out to the cars. Their drive thru system is problematic especially when parking is already packed with customers eating in. Now you see employees walking back and forth trying to find your car. So next time you do drive thru, refuse to park your car to wait for your food. They will try to insist but I wouldn't budge if I were you. They won't stall the line because you don't move. Coming here when I've got a craving for fried chicken has never steered me wrong. Staff is always very nice and welcoming. Service is quick, and the food is always served hot. There is plenty of indoor seating. The interior, including two single stall restrooms, is kept clean. The immediate parking lot is small, but there is a larger lot surrounding the building they're in. They also have a drive thru. Even when busy, the noise level remains moderate. They have plenty of food options, including fried chicken and rice, Filipino spaghetti, and burgers. Tip: dip the skin of the fried chicken in the gravy and eat it with rice (with your hands of course!), and you'll never go back. Everything is flavorful and not too oily. I don't recommend the palabok, as it is a little more watery than what I am accustomed to at home. They offer fountain drinks and some specialty drinks as well. Prices are fair for meals, but slightly expensive for singular sides. If you want something sweet, definitely try their peach mango pie. Or, you can visit the Red Ribbon Bakery that's inside the restaurant. read more

I usually always have to get the adobo rice even though it's a premium side it's worth it. Fries and spaghetti are usually the other 2. This location has a large seating area and a drive thru as well which is a plus if you're in a rush to just grab and go. My rating is solely on their delicious food. I went through the drive-thru around 12 pm yesterday with just one car ahead of me. When it was my turn, the employee politely asked me to hold for a moment. It wasn't long before he greeted me warmly and thanked me for waiting, which I really appreciated. I ordered two spaghetti plates, a side of fries, and a pineapple quencher. Was craving for fried chicken and thought of Jollibee since I haven't it since Asia couple yrs back. The place is easy to find since they have big signs and plenty of parking. Very clean and welcoming upon entering, but it's abit cold since the inside temp is 64 and outside is 65. Friendly cashier and staff. I ordered via app so easy and convenient. Well decor with different arts throughout the spacious place. Majority of staff are Asian (Phllippinian) and I understand why some folks have issue of understanding them due to thick accent but you got to understand that Jollibee is from Philippines so they do want their people to run the store and prepresent them, just saying. I see some customers are very understanding and some are just simply rude and abit demanding but the staff and the manager(s) are very helpful and go out of their way to accommodate them. Kudos to them all. As for the foods, it goods, the gravy or dipping is great..just a okey with the fried chicken, nothing special and not spicy at all (I am Asian so I love spicy). Fries are great, even with dip with the gravy sauce. The cheeseburger is packed of all goodies but for me, it just aok. The buns are soft but abit sweet for me but well combine. 4/19/26 went to this store to order 2 buckets of 12pcs chicken each original flavor. It was pretty busy inside the store, but after a few minutes they called my number and handed the bag to me. I left and went straight to the party about 6miles away. When I got to my cousin's place, I found out that the 2 buckets only had 6pcs of chicken in each! I called right away and asked for someone to deliver the chicken because all our kids were already in the pool and none of the parents wanted to leave to pick up the chicken. Manager (Claire) said they dont have that service and the only thing they could do is refund or if someone can pick up, she'll add and extra 12pc. I insisted that they needed to find a way to deliver the chicken (I could care less about the freebies) because we were at a party and kids are already in the pool Plus no one was willing to drive another 30 mins just to get them. Refund and extra stuff are just a quick fix to their negligence. But, again, Claire (the manager) said there's no other option. So, then I said I'll try to get someone to pick up. We ended up ordering doordash for our kids. Few hours later, I called again and this time I talked to Donna and I told her I will just go for the refund. She said that she will process the refund and it should take about 3-5 days before it reflects on my account. It's been over a week and no refund. Frustrating and probably the worst customer service. I experienced the same thing with Costco few years back when they accidentally gave us the wrong pizza order at pick up. Costco obviously does not have any delivery services either, BUT the manager went out of his way to deliver the correct pizzas and some freebies to our school. Now that's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. However I'm not sure what manager / shift leader they changed to at least for day I went, but I arrived 20 minutes earlier than pick up time and talked with an employee showing her my receipt(logged onto the jolibee rewards.) But later this shift leader I'm assuming- came out saying no because I cancelled an online order I placed prior to this (5 minutes before second one was placed), which was because I accidentally added a wrong item. Her attitude was just not it for front of store employee. She even took my phone to the manager in the back(who never even came out to front) and said no. Order receipt for online was printed on their POS 6 minutes before the actual pick up time. Why allow drive thru if your orders print so close to pick up time? Do you expect us to take a circle around to get into drive thru until it prints? Not sure what to say. Definitely same food but not as great customer service from online orders.
