I come here about twice a month and get the Premium Beef chili cheese dog. I've been to other places where the hot dog looks shriveled up, barely any chili and they use cheese sauce instead of grated cheese. So yes, this hot dog was perfectly what I expected. Today, it looked like there were only two people working there but I still got my order fast and the person at drive-through was handling business, taking the next car's order while getting my drink and taking my payment. I come thru drive thru and a lady comes outside. She says they're closed and then I ask her what time do you close? Her answer was we're closed and we already started closing. Still didn't answer my question and then I say so what time do you close? Then she says 9:45pm so I go on Yelp they close at 10pm so they basically closed early on their own decision. When they're suppose to close at 10pm and then start cleaning. I own my own business and I would make my employees start cleaning after 10pm. They have to serve customers until they're closed which is 10pm. If the owner reads this I hope you know she turned down 2 customers all bc she wanted to go home early and you just lost 2 more sales. But your employee doesn't care bc she doesn't own the store and wants to go home instead. If you do the math that's 60 more transactions a month your losing. And let's just say that's $15/transactions which means you're losing $900/month and $10,800/year bc your employee is closing your store early. FYI if that's your manager working tonight 9/24 an older islander lady in her late 30's - mid 40's I'd make sure she keeps your store open or fire her. She lied about the store hours and got caught in a lie. She has an attitude problem that's needs to get fixed asap bc her customer service sucks. read more

I am sad to say that I frequent this establishment some what often because it is close to work and never has a long line unlike McDonalds and Wendy's ( also near by) I now know why they never have a long line. The last three times I have gone, they always mess up the order. Today however was just ridiculous. I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and what I got was far from that. $3 worth of ice cream with a little chocolate syrup on top. No fudge, no cherry and i sat at the window after paying for over 5 minutes while I stared at my Sunday. It seems the young lady doesn't know how to read as she assumed there was more food to come. A crew member was going to open the door but the manager Catalina told him no. Apparently the close the dining room at 10:00pm, the time I was there? 10:01pm. Since I could see the front door from the light I was waiting at to turn into the place and the parking lot the doors were probably locked around 9:50 pm. Before I could see them. It's something to see that management isn't interested in serving customers but doing the least amount of work with the least amount of aggravation, but the crew is about service. It's sad that a person named "Mike S" ...a few reviews down for me felt offended that my family and I were in the dining room having dinner when he showed up at "10:01 p.m." if he was observant enough to notice there is a sign that clearly states with the dining room hours are. Like most all fast food establishments, if you're inside the dining room before their closing time, they will allow you to stay to finish your dinner, but if you show up after the closing time you would be directed to the drive-thru. My family and I have been going to this exact location for almost four years now. Sometimes we get there before 10 p.m. sometimes we have to go through the drive-thru after 10 p.m. I have seen far too many times where people have suffered from a bruised rectum because they feel they are entitled just because they don't get what they want. 9 out of 10 times people will understand that is closed and go through the drive-thru, especially if chairs are already up and they have started cleaning the dining area. Most of the staff is friendly and very welcoming whether you're a first-time customer or a long standing loyal customer. The manager that "Mike S" names is actually one of their senior managers it has been recognized numerous times by the corporation for her outstanding work... In other words, she does things the way they're supposed to be, including keeping to the schedules and procedures that they need to follow. Mike S, you and about a half-dozen other people were directed to the drive-thru after 10 p.m. that night. You are the only one that went through the drive-thru just to ask for the manager's name so you can write a bad review on Yelp... and I bet you felt very proud of yourself afterwards ! For those that made it this far into the review, I will be the first to admit that some days everything tastes great and some days not as much. My only complaint is that they put a brand new ice cream machine in and it hasn't been up to par as the old one, thus it tends to be offline more often then the Old Reliable one... oh!
