The food was great, the space was beautiful, and after speaking with the owner, I can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, her business, and her employees. My review was mainly about the customer service experience that day, and I posted it hoping the employees could take it as feedback and understand how much hospitality matters. A simple greeting, kindness, and good energy can make such a big difference in how customers feel. As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to train and build a strong team. I also understand that employees are still learning and growing too. After talking with the owner, I respect her even more because she handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and care.
