Wellll, I remember when Arby's was strictly just Roast Beef sandwiches with globs of cheese sauce, I'm glad that phase is over. Yes, they still have the original menu, now 15-20 years later they have created so much more. It has actually been that long. Had the Chicken, Bacon & Swiss with the regular fries and the Strawberry Lemonade. All edible for a quick lunch. Service was fast, the cashier was pleasant. I will go again and discover another sandwich, besides the roast beef. Will ALWAYS get the Strawberry Lemonade! read more

The staff at this Arby's are absolutely wonderful--friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Went to drive thru and ordered a double roast beef sandwich, and a regular roast beef sandwich. When we got home and started to eat. My husband opened up his double roast beef and the bread was burnt and it did not look like roast beef. It look like Gyro meat, as far as my regular roast beef sandwich, it was a cheddar roast beef sandwich. Tried to call, there was no answer. Both sandwiches went in the trash bin. read more

Stopped at Arby's in Cosner's Corner for lunch. Wow. It was disappointing. I ordered a crispy fish sandwich. It was not crispy. The fish ends did peek outside of the bun but the fish patty was long and narrow so it was smaller than the bun. You ended up with only bun at the end. I also ordered the mac and cheese. Hard to believe but it had too much cheese. It was gloppy and heavy and missed the mark on taste. I was sad. The worst part - the very worst part - was the condition of the cleanliness of the store. Walking in the door, there was something very sticky on the floor. It was all over the front end. When you lifted your foot, it stuck just a little and made a sound of something being pulled off of the floor. It was sticky all in front of the counter and over by the drink machine like someone had spilled a sugary drink and it was not properly cleaned up. It was just wiped around the floor spreading the stickiness all over the front end. I mentioned it to the person behind the counter who sort of just shrugged like it was not a big deal. Made me shudder to think what the part of the store I could not see looked like. Also more than one person was not wearing their mask properly over the nose. Handling food in a pandemic without wearing PPE properly. The drive thru was obviously much more important than people who actually walked into the store. The wait of someone acknowledging you was long, the time it took the get the food was longer. It was not good. Now I understand that there are staffing shortages (Pro Tip: pay your people a decent wage). But I expect a professional team to be able to balance drive thru and dine in customers. The wait was long. The food was not good - not horrible but not good. And my shoes stuck to the sticky floor and no one but me seemed to care. And don't forget the potential extra COVID+ courtesy of food handlers not being told to correctly wear their masks. I remember why I don't go here much. This is probably my last time. read more

Ordered some food through Doordash while I was at work but the order came with missing items. I called the store and the manager Ernesto immediately knew my order and exactly what it was that was missing. It was a very pleasant conversation. I offered to come pick up the missing items and he agreed to have it made fresh and to offer a meal card for the inconvenience. Very pleasant & awesome service especially during the holiday season. So my father ordered carry out from here today and asked for the Fried Turkey Club with NO MAYO. The cashier at the counter insisted there is no Mayo on the sandwich (I'm allergic to it). My father again asked a second time for reassurance of NO MAYO on the sandwich and again the cashier said "I think the sandwich doesn't come with Mayo." Well soon as he gets home and tells me what happened I knew I wouldn't be having a sandwich to eat. Soon as I check, yup there is Mayo on this sandwich and not just a little, they slathered it on the bottom bun and meat and on top as well. I tried calling the location numerous times to no answer so here I am on Yelp. The moral of the story is, train your employees right for f**k's sake. Again I am allergic to Mayo and can't eat it, so luckily I didn't just bite into the sandwich trusting your employee's word and I knew better because your website says the sandwich does indeed come with Mayo. I guess I'll just eat my cold fries and learn to never order anything from this location that has Mayo on it, since it seems they hire people who don't know the food they serve. I purchased via drive thru today a chicken sandwich only to return because the chicken was not cooked completely. The three staff members behind the counter looked as if I returned with the plague. Not one person said a word to me; just among themselves. Robots would have been more responsive. The cook re-made the sandwich from a piece of chicken he just removed from the fryer and tossed in the window for the cashier. A field trip to the Arby's on Salem Church Road would teach you about customer service. read more

Went thru drive thru ordered the fish sandwiches no tomatoes no tarter sauce. Well guess what both sandwiches had tomatoes and tarter sauce on both sides of the bun. Fish was over cooked very greasy. It was well worth my buck! My girlfriend and I got sliders during happy hour I got Jalapeño Swiss and she got hot flaming ones and yummy yummy! We also got their delicious curly fries because how can you not go to Arby's and get their fries? And we go drinks All for $8 and milkshakes! Arby's has always been fast and in a convenient location with easy in and out access. I would recommend this place after a long night out or in a quick grab and go. The people are always so nice and even if they get the food wrong they apologize kindly and do their best to fix it. A clean management overall. If you don't go during happy hour sliders it's a tad pricy! Usually never busy and if it is no more than 5 min wait. I will definitely be returning :-) #GoArbys read more

This Arby's staff lacks management inspections. The lady fry cook's apron has not been cleaned in months. The floors near the fry area and storage area are often littered with food and water. This establishment is dirty. There is a sign outside that reads help needed. The first order of business is to fire upper management and literally clean house. read more

The food was incredibly fast and the tables were okay, not completely clean, but acceptable. My only complaint is that the cashier had an attitude. Of course she said things like "thank you", but her expression was plain rude. The tone she used was as if she was annoyed by me and it completely turned this review into a four stars.
