But, the whole layout, size, and options are kind of like a clean regular gas station and not uppity like most Pilots. It's smaller, and has only 5 or 6 options on the soda fountain as opposed to a Coke Freestyle machine or something. And that's abt the whole vibes. Stopped here to take a 3 year old to the restroom and get some food for him. Restrooms were clean, or at least one of two stalls was clean and it looked like they got checked on the regular. Cashier was great with knowing what hot food cost (corn dogs were on sale that week), and scanning the Pilot app fast for some coupons. With coupons on the app, I left with 2 corn dogs and a pair of sunglasses for 5 dollars plus tax, which is less than it would cost at a WalMart, and with getting a bathroom break for the kids, so of course I'm pleased with the whole experience. As of today, in 2019, this location has a Subway in it for food. Also a decent selection of basics, like cell phone chargers and hot food snacks like you'd expect, so good for getting basics while on the road. Kind of small, but has the basics.

The diesel fuel island was a disaster - I sat in line behind a dually pulling a horse trailer for at least 20 minutes while she fueled her rig and no other tractor trailer fueling moved during my entire time here which I found odd - well it was finally my turn so I followed the protocol by estimating my fuel needs and prepaid prior to returning to my RV to fill her up. That when I discovered the reason for the long wait these pumps which are classified as "high flow" nozzles pumped at a snails pace. Believe me I had plenty of time to look over this dump of a travel center while the fuel slowly flowed into my 110 gallon fuel tank, thankfully I wasn't empty or I may have had to camp here overnight. The slow fuel flow speaks of the lack of maintenance as does the condition of the exterior areas around the fuel islands - I will definitely avoid all TA Travel Centers going forward based on this and other experiencesof this brand in the past. I've seen the process from start to finish at our Burger Barn. They cook your burger fresh once you order it. If it were made already, it'd be ready for pickup at the window when you pull up to order... sounds like someplace you know? I've got the patience for something fresh, something consistently good and priced a lot cheaper than down the street, considering you're getting so much better quality! The amount of ranch was just right, the tortilla was grilled and toasted perfectly, the cheese was melted just right--everything was fresh and tasted amazing. It's hard to put into words how consistently good they've been. What really stands out, though, is the overnight crew.
