After waiting 10 minutes for my food to be brought out, I have to go back to the counter and sure enough it's just sitting there, getting cold, with multiple employees standing around as my food sits on a tray with no one bothering to bring it out. Unfortunately, the soup wasn't very good and we didn't finish it. It had are old cheesy flavor. We had to use salt and pepper to give it a little flavor to tolerate it until we just gave up. The location appeared cleanish but the floor could have used a mop through. If you're in the area and hungry, it's not a terrible place for a quick bite but there are much better options.

The guy I catch is quite abrasive and doesn't like when you add too much to the sandwich, even when I opt in to double protein. I play it off b/c it's not worth getting into an issue about at the moment, but it's weird. They ring up in a manner that seems off from the menu and app. It's like they make sure it's the max price possible. They now turn off national discounts from the app quite often at this store. You know how the app says *participating providers only* on promos and through commercials? That's what I mean, this location no longer takes many, if any, nationally available promos and in app promos. This didn't happen the last few years (including beginning of year before change over). Because of the abrasive staff; questionable item ring-up of in-store orders; increase or even complete embargo of available promos, and - in some instances - turning off app orders altogether, I would not recommend this location. This location always had horrible wait times if even two or three people were ahead of you; but I tolerated it. Now, it's not worth it given the above new issues.
