I live for your fish sandwich. Thank you "Lent". I offered 2 fish, one for later and two CHERRY TURNOVERS. Why did I get home to find two APPLE TURNOVERS. I'd rather be given the option to NOT order than pay for something I won't eat. I can spend my money anywhere but it won't be at THIS Arby's. After being disappointed by Wendy's lack of attention next door, we saw people in the drive thru here. We came over and the dining from was still open. Remind you it was only 10p. We were still able to place an order to go inside. The manager was nice and understating. 5/5 We donated up to a dollar. We did not know we could get a free fry and a cheese dip. We order the chicken wraps (ranch, bbq & honey mustard). 3/5 for all the wraps. The cheese was not melted and the fries were cold. The ambiance appeared to be clean because it was closing time in the dining room. 5/5 People sleep on Arby's. I like their food and they even have a happy hour menu 2p-5p. read more

I might just have to come here a little more often , people are really sleep on arbys but i think i might have to try them out more. Jada, the cashier, greeted us as soon as we entered the restaurant. She was immediately ready to take our order when we approached the register. She was friendly and welcoming. The food was hot and fresh. We both ordered the beef and cheddar sandwiches. They don't put a lot of the cheddar cheese sauce on the sandwich, but there was a decent amount of roast beef. I tried the new white cheddar mac & cheese. It was great. It was rich and creamy. The restaurant was clean. The dining room, drink station and restrooms were all clean. If I'm every back in this area, I'll definitely consider visiting this Arby's again. read more

I'm surprised this location has low stars. We just had lunch, and it was great. The cashier (I think his name was Rajeen) was polite, clear, looked us in the eye, and treated me like a real person. That shouldn't be unusual in a fast food place, but it is now. The dining area was really clean. The soda area was really clean. The food was fast, warm, fresh, delicious. I don't think about Arby's often and now I know why. Besides, the curly fries, there is nothing else about Arby's that is memorable. They have a huge menu but nothing stands out or is extraordinary. I've eaten at Arby's enough. Service has always been slow and really unattentive as well. My friend raves about their warm cookies so I came for that and got the buffalo chicken to try, along with jalapeno poppers and the orange cream shake. The jalapeno poppers were just okay, it's a little undercooked. The buffalo chicken is salty to me, just has lots of sauce. The orange cream shake is delicious but I believe it's only temporary. As for the warm cookies, the salted caramel is good. The double chocolate was a bit bitter for me. It just didn't taste that great. The curly fries is the only thing I would come for. I didn't get any this time to try the other food items. If that orange cream shake would be a permanent item on the menu. I'll come back just for it. 205/2019 read more

Haven't been to Arby's since the Maui, Hawaii location closed down in probably the '90s or early 2000s at the latest. I was just a child at the time, but I remember they had good French dip sandwiches and shakes. It was situated in the corner of a mall back home and shared the rental space with Orange Julius - another place I haven't seen in years. So needless to say, coming to this restaurant brought back a little nostalgia for me of somewhat simpler times. The menu looks great, and I know I'll already be back to try most everything. Cheese sticks, mac n cheese, Reubens, and a bunch of other yummies are calling my name for next time. My fiance, on the other hand, is more of a burger guy as opposed to just sandwiches (unless it's Subway). So the Wendy's next door is a better fit for him. We tried the fish sandwiches, French dip, loaded curly fries, pizza slider, and onion rings. I also tried all the sauces they had sitting at the condiment station. Pretty much all the items were great in my opinion, except for the fish sandwiches. They were okay, but no different from a Filet o' fish really. I liked the horseradish mayo and honey mustard as far as sauces go, but I wasn't crazy about the other ones they had. Overall, it was a pretty cozy and convenient location to grab a quick bite. Although, the service could be improved some. I'm not gonna say any names, but our cashier looked like she absolutely hated her job and hated life, period. She looked so bothered when my fiance had a simple question about the menu, like a "hurry up and order, so I can get back to texting" or whatever mentality. It's kind of sad when I see that, because everybody is going through something that they don't talk about. However, there are tons of people who would love to have any kind of job and are just waiting to get hired - people with great customer service skills and friendly demeanors. (This location is hiring by the way, so if that's you, then go for it). The floors were also pretty sticky and tables were dirty, even though it was dead inside. So that being said, I'd probably hit the drive thru next time. Good prices and good food options though. read more

Love Arbys but it's not a place I frequent that often, but today I was craving a turkey sandwich. The sandwich was delicioos totally forgot to get it without onions but that's ok because they weren't that many so they weren't overpowering. I was able to slide them right off and no after taste was left. The curly fries were good as usual and the sweet tea was not that sweet which is how I like it!! No other cars were in front or behind me but yet I had to pull to the door and wait for them to bring my order out which I didn't get/understand. read more

Brenda the cashier was rude, and she held on to my boyfriends credit card a little too long. Besides that, how do you no longer have a #17!? Why is it still on the menu!? It's a salad for god's sake! The Arby's was good and wasn't trying to eat too heavy for dinner. It was good I had a turkey and Swiss sandwich. But if your not a fan of mustard I would suggest you saying no mustard because they put mayonnaise on the top and mustard on the bottom. But other than that it was clean and did the job. read more

Omg let me start by saying i loooove arbys. Have been coming for almost 10 years. My kids lovr the beef n cheddars with the curly fries! But we did NOT have a good experience! My children and i had just came from playing from the park, there was no one as far as customers in the building. We came to the register and it took nearly 7 minites for someone to get to me. The lady saw me and calld out another lady to come to the front. We ordered our usual 3 beef n cheddars curly fires. I was given the wrong change at first, im glad i checked. We walked home 2 miles for me to figure out we didnt have any red ranch on on our beef n cheddars and the fries were so soggy the bag had oil stains in it. I was so upset! We are lovers of the red ranch and couldn't believe they forgot such a big ingredient. Train your employees please.... I am very disappointed. read more
