Good sandwich, friendly help. A good staple for Wickenburg! Been back numerous times.

Didn't give me my correct order even tho I spoke loud and clear! Both the actual type of sandwich and length was incorrect!!

Shout out to Linda, Leslie, April, Liz, Renee and another sweet lady (I hope I got most of the names right)! I Came up on Friday on my way to Lake Havasu. I placed an online pick up order. The place was a little busy but they still welcomed me as I entered. I had to use the restroom right away. It was clean. My sandwich's were ready and still warm. One of the ladies made sure to ask if everything looked alright as I pick up my order. Sunday(Easter), I placed another online pick up order. Again, welcomed when I came in and someone even complemented my dress! It is very very rare to get this kind of service with just a pick up order. Very impressive. I had to call the store to personally give my appreciation. It's a Sunday, a holiday and EVERYONE there was smiling. Traveling can be stressful and this was a highlight of my trip. I love ordering on the app. when it works. Although this time they didn't follow the order. The bread was switched. I ordered the BMT on Artisan bread with just tomato and lettuce. They put that on my husband's Italian herb and cheese bread that should have been with all the fixings. The sandwich artists need to read the order better. Bad customer service here today today at 4:49pm young girl looks like she's under the influence, was yelling at customers was very rude. Corporate needs to let go of this employee she's very rude. the food is ridiculous hard bread the sodas have no fizz they're overcharging you,. The service was OK sort of lost and what they were doing constant change in staff It's just a place that people stop off the road and they don't care,They don't even care how the bread is old and hard, there cinnabon stick was hard had hard time breaking its un edible , the pretzels also was as hard as a brick an un edible they need to have a manager that cares for the public. Wickenburg Subway is the worst Subway ever! We ordered Philly Steak sandwiches and they served the sandwich with cold meat! The manager said unless you toast it, or write it as a special instruction on the app, they don't heat up the meat. No other subway does it like that! Nobody orders a cold Philly steak. I downloaded this app just so I can give my appreciation to a worker. I went in for something quick and easy to get something for my little sister and friend. This younger gentleman showed passion and respect for my friend and I. I didn't get his name but he was on the closing shift and did an amazing job. Best sandwiches I have had in a long time. Staff was more concerned with closing than making our order. The sign clearly states closes at 9pm. When we tried to sit down to eat they informed us they were closing at 8pm (basically get out) it was 7:45. Once we walked out they locked the door and turned off the lights. read more

If you are looking for disappointment and dissatisfaction then this is the perfect subway for you. The experience begun with a very long line despite the multiple workers on duty. The line was so long that we were sent to the back of the restaurant to wait for them to make meatballs. This wait completely defeated the purpose of going to subway in the first place. This wait was not even a result from overwhelmed workers as the cashier was on her phone while dealing with customers. Still we waited. And we waited. After some more waiting the "fresh" meatballs were ready. I picked out my cheese and requested for it to be toasted. After paying for my experience with the phone addicted cashier I was in a rush to eat. However when I took the first bite I was horrified. The meatballs that were supposed to have been made fresh and were even toasted were freezing cold. I have drunk milk that was warmer than these meatballs. This is the worst subway I have ever been to without a doubt I'm insulted that this location is even able to share the name with reputable sub company. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Dakota does a good job every time I come in, prepares the food with diligence but also with care. He is also very polite and seems to be a hard worker. As far as the other staff goes, they do great jobs as well in terms of the older lady there and 2 gentleman that work nights. Food is good too. I had to go to another city for my doctor and found a sandwich place. Everything was sooo fresh. I learned that Subway cuts their vegetables and meats elsewhere and ships it to their stores. So the food is already 1 day old except the bread. They cook the bread at each location. However, if not enough people come in to order a subway, the bread gets dry. I am guessing, to reduce the prep time at the franchises or headquarters get their cut this way. If I want a subway type sandwich I'm not going to the one that is a real FRESH sandwich shop! You can taste the difference. I feel sorry for those who chose 2nd best. I'm all for number 1! read more

Stopped by this Subway on the drive back home to Vegas from Phoenix. It is conveniently located on the right side of the road heading to Vegas. I ordered a 6" BMT w/Jalapeno Cheddar Bread & had it toasted. I added Tomatoes, Lettuce, Green Peppers, Pepperoncinis, Mustard, Mayo, Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper. They made it quickly and I was eating in no time. The ingredients were very fresh and the Sandwich tasted great. A nice snack for the ride home. A bonus is the clean restrooms....a quick tip is to stop here to use the restroom instead of a nasty gas station....every gas station in Wickenberg was busy with travelers using the restrooms. Will I return? Next time I drive to/from Phoenix, I will. read more

What the heck?! Am I living in some alternate universe than the other reviewers?! This is THE BEST Subway I've ever been to and I frequent it often. Here is why I know this business is SO worthwhile and continues to improve. 1. They were the Arizona Store of the Year in 2010. Nuff said. 2. The veggies are ALWAYS fresh. The one time it was not, I commented on it and the sandwich artist threw out the batch and brought out new stuff. 3. The tomatoes here are always ripe and red-- none of that mealy, underripe texture. 4. The store is clean and well kept. They always greet you when you walk in the door. 5. No matter how busy they get, I'm never frustrated by the wait, nor am I told that they are out of anything. Anytime you have a problem or a concern, ask to speak to the manager, Tommy. He has turned this place around (both aesthetically and in it's service). As a manager, he goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy. read more

Seriously the friendliest Subway staff I have ever encountered! They were engaging and genuine. Store and restrooms were clean.

This subway has a drive-thru window! How cool is that?! While the bathrooms could use quite a bit of scrubbin' this location is typically clean and the food handlers always use gloves. What makes this location a little bit frustrating are two things: 1) Construction on Hwy 60 makes business accessibility challenging and 2) their availability to accept debit cards is a little unpredictable due to their server crashing more often than they care to admit. I really like our (Wickenburg) Subway. Fresh food, wonderful soft bread, great service and staff are always friendly. The place is kept clean & I see many folks eating in the store. It is busy most of the time but the staff seamlessly move along. Never had any complaints with them. read more

honestly I went in there last night and it was some of the worst service I've ever received one of the girls who was staff there was totally incompetent the other one that was on the register that took my money but completely displeased and look edlike she didn't even want to be there; unfortunately living in town is the only Subway I can go to I just wish at night they had a better proper Staffing!!!! read more
