The good news is that the food is still BK standard, which I like. But the customer experience has really gone downhill here. Order clerk always asks "here or to go," but your order is handed to you in a go-bag regardless. Asked for the (widely promoted on their windows) cheese nuggets, got told "none today, come tomorrow." I could find only one table clean enough to sit and eat at, the rest were full of crumbs. Trash littered the unswept floor. Trash bins all full to the top. Drink counter a mess of puddles and straw wrappers, partly because its trash hole was also stuffed tight. And this was not during a meal rush, but at 2:45 with only one other customer in the facility. Surely not up to BK standards. Looks like the staff (except for cook) needs a CTJ meeting. read more

It was about noon when I arrived. The whole parking lot was full. But the customers were efficiently in and out allowing a steady flow. It was definitely busy but with a short wait, my order was ready. The homestyle chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets were on my tray. I have to say is that I wish I had not gone here. The chicken nuggets were so dry they had shriveled. It was like they were sitting in the heat lamp for the past 3 hours. I have never had CHICKEN RAISINS until now. The chicken sandwich was pretty much the same- NASTY, DRY AND CHEWY. Are they presenting a new food item? CHICKEN JERKY?? I didn't know if Burger King was going into the pet food market. The food could have been confused with DOG TREATS. Fido,Fetch! Or not. I think I found out what material S.W.A.T. uses for the rubber bullets for crowd control! It was just food to fill my stomach at that point. You would think that the food would be more fresh being so busy that they would constantly have food rotating out. read more

We just stopped by this location and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a Bacon cheese burger meal via drive thru. They gave us chicken nuggets by error, also no receipt. I returned to the restaurant and asked for a receipt, also to return the nugget and get a spicy chicken sandwich, she said this is what the rep heard from the machine, ( their machine had issue earlier that the machine could not communicate and the screen was blacked out, just fixed) and I said that's not my mistake though. At first she refused to return my chicken nugget and said if I return it that will go trash. With her yelling tones and attitude everything, I am afraid that she would offer a bad spicy chicken sandwich for me later. I told her "never mind, I don't want to deal with it" and walked out the restaurant. This restaurant offers bad customer service with angry employees. No employee in the restaurant wear mask while making food to their customers. They talked in yelling tones and provide seems to be uneducated manner to their customers. I would never go back to this Burger King ever again! And am surely will share this unpleasant experience to others. read more

I wasn't going to review Burger King but after telling my Yelp Waifu, Sheryl M., that we should show small towns, where yelp isn't as prevalent, more love, I guess I'll type one up. I'm only ever in Wickenburg on the way to-and-from Vegas. I usually stop off at the McDonald's down the street to empty out the bladder but I'm thinking this Burger King will be my new spot in Wickenburg. It's a lot less crowded and it's more clean. The food isn't bad either. I got a breakfast muffin last time I was at this BK and was surprised by how hot, buttery, and tasty it was. The people here are so nice from the staff to the customers. If I could give a zero star review I would. They closed their lobby almost an hr early and closed their drive thru 20 mins early. I'm writing this and they aren't even supposed to be closed. Would not recommend this place at all. People had a judge look on their face too. read more

What a mistake coming to this location was. Headed back home to Las Vegas from a weekend trip to Phoenix. Stopped here to grab food for the drive. Should've seen the warning signs when I pulled in to the drive through and got the response "welcome to Burger King, hold on. " There was only 1 person in the line and they were at the window when I pulled in. The parking lot was empty. Finally after about 3 minutes, I got a response that said "ok, what do you want?" I gave my order, 2 sandwiches and a drink, she said "you have to repeat that, I didn't get it. Repeated my order, she gave me the total and I pulled around to the empty window where I proceeded to sit for over 5 minutes without her even opening the window. Customer service was fine. Not overly friendly or helpful. But not rude. I really wanted this whopper. It's been so long since I've had one. I got the whopper and fries combo. My husband had a chicken sandwich and bacon cheese burger and onion rings. Everything was stale. The buns were all stale. All the meat tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. The French fries and onion rings were unbelievably stale, lifeless, and you couldn't find an onion in the ring. So nasty. The servers are now taking a lot of food out to the customers. We got to see safe hygiene at its best. They wore gloves that they were wearing in the kitchen, out to the car. (Opened the door with those gloves to exit and return in the facility). First off I have been a customer of this Burger King since they opened over 20 years ago. I ordered a standard breakfast sandwich and a drink. No one in front of me in line. Pulled to the window, she took my money and gave me my drink. I then waited, and waited, and waited... Cars filled in behind me. I was at the window nearly 15 minutes before I knocked on the window. The server opened the window and yelled "Your egg is being cooked!" and slammed the window shut before I could say a single word. I knocked on the window again with no response. Knocked for a third time and again she started talking before she ever gave me a chance to say anything. I finally interrupted her and told her I wanted my money back because I could not wait any longer. She gave me my money back and I left. I called the store and asked for the manager. She started by asking what the problem was and I told her what I wrote above. Then she said "I don't know what you want me to do. If you don't like it, don't come here." I then said "You are not the manager, you are the same person who served me". She then said "Well you don't have to come back here". I will continue to go back. As I said, I have been a customer since the location opened. I was among the first in line to come back after the location was torn down and rebuilt just a year or so ago. Stopped in on May 2, 2021 around 2:00 p.m. It took over 15 minutes from arriving in the drive thru lane to receiving order. Our two Whopper Jr's w cheese were COOL TO THE TOUCH! Onion rings were hot and fresh. Two shakes were obviously poured 'early' since they were not 'thick'. Two firsts in my 65+ years...COLD burger and the extended wait! We went to get a quick breakfast and noticed the garbage can was so full the flap wasn't even closed and there were bee's buzzing around it and this is right next to an entrance door. My feet stuck to the floor walking up to the front. When I pointed it out to the girl taking the order all she did was shrug and took our order. I almost left but I was hungry. It makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is if the dining room isn't cleaned. We were the only two people in there and the parking lot was practically empty. We drove through the drive-thru and picked up two Whoppers for $6. Told them to add cheese we pulled over in the parking lot 2 eat our sandwiches. And we'd also ordered two large drinks. Well yesterday on 1/30/2020 I went through the drive thru, and I ordered 2 impossible burgers it was the 2 for $6.00 mix & match. I received my order rather quickly, as I drove off, having only a :30min lunch break and it's takes 9 mins to get from my work to Burger King, I reached inside the bag to grab one of the impossible burgers, I unwrapped the burger and what I thought I was going to sink my teeth into was going to be a hot juicy impossible whopper burger turned out to be a warm regular whopper !! I thought to myself "what's this?" That doesn't taste like an impossible whopper, and it's warm not hot! So I look down to see the wrapper and yup it was a regular whopper! I put the whopper burger down and reach for the other one, and what do you think I pulled out, yup you guess it, it was another regular whopper! Unbelievable! This place... I've tried to stop here several times since Covid and usually the dining room is closed. This trip it was opened but would it know it because they had the lights off on the street sign and parking lot. Upon ordering the kid tells us if you are eating in, can you do me a favor and only use the 1 trash can next to the exit? Apparently he had emptied all the other trash cans and didn't want to be inconvenienced by our trash. This place is run like a sinking ship. I've stopped here a few times on my way to Vegas. The alternative is to fight for a parking space at MCDonalds up the street and somehow fighting to park at McDonalds just feels wrong. The building is different than most Burger kings and has what looks to be a nice shady patio for outdoor summer dining. Just before 9AM they were out of biscuits. And the restroom could use some attention. I ended up taking a breakfast Ciabatta sandwich, which was pretty good, and a small decaf on the road with me. The Seattle's Best version of decaf is no better than what it replaced and in the small version uses a cup that doesn't work well in my cup holders. I'll probably stop here again in the future because it is convenient but I am still not very impressed. read more
