I was recommended to Arcadia Service Center from my neighbor. I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado. I needed my transmission fluid flushed and changed. I couldn't be any happier with the service I got from them. Not only did they service my transmission, but without charging me they cleaned out my throttlebody as well as fixing my MAF sensor wiring pigtail. All I paid for was the transmission service. I won't ever take my truck anywhere else other than Arcadia Service Center. They treated me well, they were very polite and did the job thoroughly and in a timely manner. From the owner to the mechanics, they are honest people. Weather it's changing my tires or fixing any part of my truck, Arcadia Service Center is the only place I will go. I'm glad people found this place awesome but Unfortunately, I didn't.. I searched and found this store in yelp. This is the second option I called. I first called EZ tire shop in Alhambra, they said my rear back tire has been patched already so cannot be repatched and started selling tires.. The next day, I called up this place around 3pm, they said I could come in. They are probably busy so no smile or friendly people that time. They let me wait about 30-40min and was told that they cannot see ANYTHING on the tire and to come back some other day early in the morning so they have the time to check. I called and was not told this. And the guy said, people know us to be a very busy store (He is all about busy).. Old people come here.. The guy told me that it's not that bad and I can still drive it im like yeah, but i want it fixed. They're are all about you reviewing them on Yelp. Charging the phone - your payment is review on Yelp.. Im still glad they accommodated me. Went to Tire Central in Alhambra, a very busy place too, took 15-20min and found a nail, repatched and voila! Until now no problem.. They didn't charge me anything even I insisted and this is not about this free thing but the work is awesome. read more

Not only have I purchased an older vehicle from him that had been serviced by him since its birth and continues to run phenomenally, but I've also had some work performed on my vehicles. If you want to know exactly what ails your sick vehicle, do yourself a favor and give them a shot at diagnosing it. They're incredibly trustworthy. Arcadia Auto Service was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Sammy and his team of mechanics are true professionals. I live in los angeles and had my Toyota 4Runner towed over by triple AAA. I explained over the phone my car was losing power and had an oil leak.. They diagnosed the problem and called me back with an estimate explaining how much the parts were going to be and the labor costs. They got to my vehicle right away and they very next day it was done. I needed a new alternator and valve cover gasket. Who ever worked on my car prior did a patch job and made my situation worse. They even took the time to explain in detail why my car was leaking showing the mess of a seal. I now found my dream team of mechanics. Thank you again guys. If there was more than a five star rating, I would give them unlimited stars. First, I took my car to Pep Boys (my old mechanic retired and while I knew this horrible idea, it's right next to my house, and I figured, why not get a diagnostic). Well, they quoted me 850.00 for a new water pump. That sounded outrageous so I was referred her by someone, told them what Pep Boys told me and left. Well, it turns out all I needed was a new thermostat casing. Which cost me a fraction of what I was quoted. They were super honest, they didn't do any other repairs I didn't need, nor suggest. Next time, I knew this was the only place I wanted to take my car, for even a teeny repair. I took it in, turns out just a small rubber piece had to be replaced on my brake sensor. They called when it was done, and didn't charge me for the job. I was floored. Their customer service, honesty, and communication are unparalleled. I will never take my care elsewhere. read more

we brought our chevy here because i saw they were chevy specialists. left them the car for two days to have everything checked over. we specifically told them to check the suspension and they were pretty clear on that. the next day they called me to tell me only oil change needed, so i had to insist again for them to check the suspension. two hours later, they call my husband to tell him rear suspension is gone and car is unsafe to drive. really?!? so we leave the car with them for another 2 days. on friday they call us in the afternoon to tell us car can be picked up monday. we drive by over weekend and our car is sitting at the ready outside in the parking lot. early Monday morning we get a call that car is ready. seems car was done on friday but since they close at 5:00 we had to go without our car for the entire weekend even though the car was ready friday. however they did do a good job, but just not happy with customer service. read more
