I received a Vitamin C facial here. Got to say this is the worst facial I have had. How does the before and after picture look the same? I came here to reduce my pores and blackheads, but this was not the case... - - I got there 5 minutes before my scheduled facial. Filled out the form and sitting in the lobby for about 10 minutes. They called me, told me to wear the wrap around my top off. I lay down for the next 15 minutes and no one to be found. When the lady comes in, she does not knock and she opens the door immediately apologizes profusely stating that "she started her period and that she need to ask her friend for a pad"...WOW! I am stunned! Not only is that unprofessional, but I do not need to hear that. I came here to relax. The facial was not satisfactory whatsoever. She pinched my noses so hard that I had to get up because I was in pain. She wrapped my face in hot towels and while each treatment was doing its work, she was on her phone. I know this because I can hear the clicking. Word of advice, massage the clients on the neck or the head while the face is occupied. DO SOMETHING! There was no music playing throughout the entire session and there was no pillow to elevate your knees so there is less stress on your back! Worst part is for the time that she was late for the facial, she did not make up for the time whatsoever. For an hour facial I only got 38 minutes. Ridiculous! I am very disappointed in this overall experience. Save your money and pay a little extra for your facials elsewhere. Overall the eyebrow threading is okay here. read more

Ugh! The last two packages I bought ($100) have apparently disappeared miraculously from their system. I have never had any issues with the actual service (threading), but GETTING the service is a pain. Little to no customer service. Especially when the owner/manager is there. He is super rude to the customers and his staff and apparently completely incompetent at processing packages into the system. Both times that I've purchased packages have been through him. NEVEr EVER again. Plenty of other threading salons with better customer service. read more

I'm a newbie to threading. I've heard about it but never dared try it until groupon advertised a super sweet deal for this place. And I'm so glad I gave it a go. I'll admit I was nervous because I didn't want to walk out with brows worse than I came with (haha) but the aesthetician was a pro! Takes great skill to maneuver those brows with a piece of thread, and the results are far superior than waxing (you get a more defined brow). Does it hurt? Not really, no more than tweezing does. My only reservation is the girl was not as thorough as I like in a bikini wax, but in her defense, I was not able to endure as much as I usually can that day. I get my eyebrows threaded from here but you never know who you are going to get unless you book an appointment with someone. I just walk-in. Tried this place with a Groupon. I was pleased. They have you sit down, then someone comes out to get you. There are private/semi-private rooms; this is not a threading place where everyone sits out in the open and can be viewed by all! The prices are good with the Groupon and they have specials, which sound pretty reasonable. It's a little far for me to go, since I live in Euless, but worth it with a Groupon or a special. I did ask about eyelash dying...a little pricey for the service, but I might try it! Did a pretty good job on my brows...not excellent, but not bad! I wish they would have kept the henna art but they do offer various services. I've learned over the years (have been having my face threaded for over 8 years) that everything depends on the technician that does your face and brows. I hit it very lucky on my first visit and plan to continue with the same technician either at this location or the one in Colleyville, the two locations where my tech works. I was extremely happy with the job she did. She was very thorough and conscientious. I've been going to a different salon but have now changed. I was sorry to read where some clients had a bad experience. Definitely do not use that technician again. Try a different one. When you find one who does a threading the way you like it stay with them. read more

I come here all the time to get my eyebrows done and my mom buys the packages so I pretty much get my eyebrows done for free. This past time I got my lip waxed, I usually close my eyes but this time I decided to leave them open and the lady double dipped the stick straight from my lip back into the wax. I know I should have stopped her then but wax was already on one side of my lip. After she finished my lip began to bump up like it normally does. But it usually goes away after a couple of hours. Well the next day I woke up to bumps not around my lip but on it. It looks like they are turning into cold sores and I have never had a cold sore in my life. I'm going to go to the doctor to get it checked out. I'm terrified. Like what if I had herpes and didn't inform anyone? That's so dangerous, you are never supposed to double dip read more

I had a groupon for a leg waxing at this location and don't believe I'll be returning. They were on time and the technician was kind, which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. The waxing was not well done and a good bit of hair was left behind, not at all what I expected. The tech was also constantly trying to sell me on other packages throughout the session that I had to keep declining. I also wanted to get my eyebrows waxed, but she convinced me to try threading (big mistake). I was told this method is better for sensitive skin, however this irritated my skin significantly more than waxing ever has. I enjoyed the professionalism of the receptionist but when you ask for a Brazilian and pay for a Brazilian wax that does mean no hair. My tech was too much in a rush to get off to care to do a good job and left me with waaay more than a landing strip. I have been waxing for years I know when I've been duped. I took my thirteen year old here to get her eyebrows threaded and when she came out she was in tears. She said the experience was awful and it hurt terribly. She was also very upset about how much was taken off, she only wanted a little clean up and got whatever the tech wanted. With this being said it was her first experience and I've never gotten mine threaded but I'm sure it's not supposed to be that excruciating that your bawling afterwards. I purchased a Groupon deal for a Brazilian Wax a few weeks ago as a Fathers Day gift to my husband. (Yeah...we kept things interesting this year). Due to my busy schedule it took me nearly 6 weeks to finally make it in. I was definitely a bit anxious, since I've never waxed anything besides my brows before. Making an appointment was quick and easy; I actually had to cancel my first appointment due to work, and they were very flexible. I forget my tech's name, but she was wonderful. She took me to a room, and after I explained to her it was my first time and I knew that I'd be in for a world of pain, she was great in setting clear expectations for me on what to expect. She worked quickly, constantly checked to make sure I was fine, and was pretty gentle considering. The entire process took maybe 20 mins tops. I had been meaning to have my brows done too, and the tech recommended threading over waxing--lasts longer, better long term results, she said. I had been curious about threading anyways, so I did it. And it was great! Whenever I get a wax my skin is usually read and puffy for the entire day afterwards, and with threading you could barely tell! She did an excellent job, and I like the shape she gave me better than I have ever liked a wax. It wasn't as painful as she told me it would be, but maybe I was still in shock from the Brazilian. Regardless, I ended up purchasing a package from them as I was so thrilled with my visit. I did end up going in on a Sunday afternoon, and I tell you, these guys were so busy! Tons of people walking in to have their brows done. It looked to me as if they were handling the flow fairly quickly. Arch Brows is nestled in right next to the Tom Thumb supermarket, and close to a Starbucks and the Movie Eatery. Great location for a ladies day out! I will absolutely be back. read more

Sadly I have to rate them 1 star. I used to LOVE this place! They do a fabulous job on my brows and though higher than other places, a much better job. I just went here two days ago and I was treated like dirt. No hello, just a "what do you want" I said the triple deal. The lady that did them was ok but then asked if I had a package? I said no just the triple deal, she pushed for me to buy one but I said no thank you. Then I went to the front counter to pay and I had to wait for the girl to get off her cell phone. She was having a conversation about "hanging out tonight". After about 2 minutes, she hung up and said "do you have a package" to which I said no. She looked at me and said phone number? So I gave it to her and she couldn't find me in the computer. So then one of the others girls who was standing there siping her sonic cup said "this one" and took over, then looked at me and said "do you have a package". I said for the third time "no I do not have a package I want the triple deal please". The other two girls standing there looked at me like I was trash and then looked at each other and laughed. They commenced their conversation about "what club they were going to go out to that night". I then went to pay with my American Express card, to which one of the laughers said "do you have another card?" I said I do why? She said, we don't use this one. So I found another card. From that point on they didn't say another word to me. The girl slapped the receipt on the counter and so I signed it and handed it back to her. Not a thank you for coming in, have a nice day, nothing. She slapped my copy of the receipt up on the counter and turned back to the two other girls and began the "going out" conversation. I left. I asked the lady to just clean up around my already existing eyebrows and she barley left any .I've never had to buy an eyebrow pencil because I've always have had thick eyebrows. Went for a Brazilian. I was put in a tiny back room with the fire exit door right next to my table. The lady kept on pushing me to buy a package even tho I told her no. During my procedure I was looking at the wall next to me and there where splatters of old wax all over the walls. That's when I noticed how disgusting the place was. Horrible customer service. They emailed me a coupon for 50% off and once I had my service I was told I couldn't use it. They called the owner and she told them I couldn't use the emailed coupon. When I showed it to the girl at the desk again she called the owner back and put me on the phone. She told me that I was there in March and so I couldn't use it. The coupon that had been emailed said come back in for 50% off. Also, the prices online are different than in the salon so beware. My other other issue is I went in there for waxing and the lady said she needed to do threading on my eyebrows. I didn't want threading I wanted them to be waxed.
