But all those fees are a way for dealership to make money, so lets take a wuick look at tge bottom of the page. keep in mind that mike checked with his manager and said that I'm looking at 26% interest because of my credit history, yes my score is pretty low, but without any serious issues. 42 payments $316 each. Even though I spent good amount of time crunching the numbers I still couldn't understand how total amount of those payments relaits to numbers on the spread sheet. Take a look yourself. I didn't have a bad time dealing with these guys but it could have been better. Let me tell you. I bought the first car sold at this establishment, I honestly did. This place hasn't been open very long. I bought a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder 1 owner who took care of the car. I didn't even go in for the Nissan I wanted a 01' Cherokee, but it didn't look like i wanted it to look. I so happened to see the Nissan there and inquired about it. I checked the carfax and 1 owner always gets my attention, the owner took care of the car. I was sold after a little negotiating with the price of-course. My only problem was with the radio,CD player did not work. Was a hassle to get the car looked at but I finally did. Result was CD player still didn't work (which i should have looked at, I got side tracked, could have knocked a couple hundred off) and I wasn't going to wait for another car to come in so they could yank one out and put it in my car. I then went to Crutchfield. I would give the Dealer a 3.5 if I could I think 4 is a bit to high. You have to understand the nature of the beast. "USED" cars there will be problems no matter what. As for customer service it wasn't great but they had just opened things were a little crazy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. DO YOU HOMEWORK. Test the car, look under the hood, under the car, check the levels. Edmonds.com, research the car, what kinds of problems come up after so many miles, what price is fair? I was fortunate took the car to my mechanic Nal who is a wiz with foreign cars, he said I got a great car for the age and miles. Had the car a year now, only put about $500 bucks in it - changed belts, pulleys, oil, bulbs, breaks, and alternator. Not bad at all, my guy is good and charges low prices. So, a used car dealer is a used car dealer, with these guys alot of it is on you and negotiation skills. If you want a car to run NEW then BUY NEW. Gotta be careful because this place if full of scammers taking advantage of their clients by promising a price for a car and later telling them to sign papers without actually telling them that they will end up paying twice as much. My fiance and I called this dealership to inquire about a car we saw online. They still had it on the lot and made us a time to come and test drive it. After driving an hour and a half to get there the man whom we had spoke to gave us to another guy. This salesman was very demanding to getting to me credit even though I had informed him that I wasn't planning on purchasing the car that day, I just wanted to test drive it. Then all the sudden he told me the listed price wasn't right, the 14,995 that Cars. com listed the car for was cash only, then later it was a Valentines day sale. Found a 2017 Honda Ridgeline well priced online. Flew from California to Chicago to purchase it. Very pleased with vehicle and people were very nice. Paid cash and finance manager assured us title would be released in 5 days and sent overnight to us. Got home and spend from 7/8 to 8/28 making repeated phone calls about receiving title as we couldn't complete registration in California. I was told story after story, all lies, about why it was taking so long mostly blaming Honda Financing for the delay. Our temp registration expired in California on 8/25 so wasn't even legal to drive. It wasn't until I contacted Honda Financing directly that title was sent and the documentation showed the car wasn't paid off with Honda until 8/22. Purchase one car back in July of last year was very satisfied. Called them to purchase another vehicle last week they got me approved and called me to come in I brought 1300.00 with me for a down payment. When we arrive my husband and i were shown a ford expedition green in color that looked like it was in a war zone also had black mold under the rear seats. We went back in and told them we didn't want that vehicle,then walked the lot found a different vehicle that was priced 1000.00 lower salesman said that we test drive it as we waited for him to bring up the vehicle we were told they would contact the finance company and switch the vehicle on the deal. Vehicle was brought up we started to walk out and another couple.jumped into it and took off on a test drive when we got upset the employees and manager got extremely rude to us then tried to put us in a 2000 jeep which was worse then the truck with the mold. We said we weren't interested in that and they claimed the finance company pulled out of the deal? We personally called the finance company found out they never even called them to do a vehicle change lady gave me the approval number and the name and address of another car dealer we left and went to the other dealer and purchased a 2010 ford expedition Eddie Bauer with only 63,000 miles and only put 900.00 down. These people treat customers like crap I actually put a post on their Fb page and Ron the manager replied and attacked us saying we don't pay our bills?? I bought a SUV and from the start they lied and never call back. First after only 5 days of having this car the engine light came on. I took the car back so they could check it out and told me it might be the battery(i still don't understand why the engine light would turn on if it's the battery)so I took the car to autozone so they could check it for me and they said it was the time belt. Here I go again to the dealer and they told me to bring it the next day in the morning so I did the car was there all day at 4pm when I decided to call to see if it was ready to pick up the mechanic didn't even know that my car was there to get work done, then he said that the manager told him just to take car to the back. I finally got it fixed after taking it back for a 2nd time and leaving it anout 4 days. Know it's been about a month and I still don't have the plates.
