The staff has always been friendly here. They get SUPER busy on Thursday through Saturday nights because it's a cheap place to buy your family or dates food... so be prepared to wait 20 min for your food if you go inside or wait 20 min line in the drive through. Their shakes ALWAYS amazing. The manager who was working was very nice. He realized his staff missed my order somehow and he made up for it by giving me a little extra. read more

Horrible experience. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside to order my food for to go. There were 2 people in front of me in line and it took over 5 minutes before they even got to me. They only had 1 cashier for inside and 1 for drive thru. I was still still thinking that it would be faster. After they took my order, and I had waited for 12 minutes with not receiving my food, 2 other people had already complained about their orders about not making it correctly and not getting everything they ordered. And I had to ask them where my order was, and was told it was almost ready. They acted like they didn't care and were moving in slow motion. Even the employee that said "sorry its taking a long time" like she didn't even care that it was. During the 20+ minutes I was inside, there were never fresh fries put in the area for them to place them in the individual packages. My fries were from the bottom of that and absolutely disgusting. Soggy with cold grease and so much salt that I couldn't eat them, I didn't feel bad throwing away a so called large fry that was nothing close to a large. The patty on my hamburger was maybe half the bun and bacon not cooked. I also watched an employee eating on break and on her phone during this and when her break ended, she went back to work without washing her hands before handling food and I could see employees just sitting around in the back and then just throwing food around and not communicating with the employees in the front. And weren't even making all the correct food. It felt like a bunch of teenagers just left to take care of themselves and can't running the place. I will not go to this or any Article Circle ever again after this experience. read more

My wife and I love this restaurant! We have been here so many times. We usually get fish and chips or prawns and chips. Sometimes a shake or an ice cream cone. The manager is the sweetest thing and always treats us like royalty. read more

The drive thru girl (short red hair) tried to have me pay $19.90 for 1 order of halibut and fries. I actually ordered two halibut and fries combo meals with 2 lime rickys...easy correction, right? No, she tried to argue with me that I was wrong and a single halibut and fries cost almost $20 at a fast food restaurant. I don't think so. I witnessed the manager bring in a dog off the street and preceded to let it dedicate and throw up in the office the whole restaurant smells of the poop. Then she begins to talk about how much blood was in it's stool??? The whole place heard all of it. The she starts taking orders in the gloves she used to clean the mess up. I used to work at Arctic circle in college. This location is way out of line. I have never had the order served correctly. And today the vanilla ice cream had really turned bad. I just got a root canal and that was my dinner. They didn't replace nor refund me. I dont ever recomend going to this Arctic Circle. read more

Went through the drive through today and had a pretty simple order and these employees could not get my order right! first it was the drink and then when I looked in my bag (thank god I looked) I was missing two fries and all my sauces! The food isn't amazing, but it's bearable. Before I went vegetarian, my favorite thing to order was the barbecue bacon cheese burger. Now that I'm a vegetarian, I stick with the cheese filled bread sticks. They are on the value menu, and they are amazing. They give you the option of a side of marinara sauce or ranch sauce. I usually don't get a sauce, but the marinara is good. My current Arctic Circle obsession is their pumpkin shakes. It is like the holidays in your mouth! read more

It's Arctic Circle. Every time I've come to this location, the staff has been friendly Even though they've forgotten part of my order on multiple occasions, they're always quick to make it right. Honestly, I'm not sure anybody actually comes here for the food, which is low-tier fast-food, but it's hard to beat the ice cream and shakes. I come to this particular Arctic Circle many times a months, mostly for a Chocolate Banana Shake craving. But, I have sat down a couple times for an actual meal on a few different occasions. My favorite is the Ranch Burger, their fries and the fry sauce. My wife really likes the salad that has the fried chicken breast on it. My children seem to love to the chicken rings, as compared to the McNuggets sold at the other chain. I am always happy with their service, their food and their speed. read more

We took them home and I found mine to have zero berries, and a faint freezer burned flavor. I threw it out. I honestly expect more for a small shake costing $3.89.
