Instead of explaining the charges, she told me to "come inside and see for myself" in a very condescending tone. The unprofessionalism continued when I asked if there would be an extra charge for onions and jalapeños. Rather than answering a simple yes or no, she responded with further attitude, demanding to know if I "wanted it or not" before finally stating it was included. Despite the terrible service, I proceeded with the order and requested a 9:30 p.m. pickup time to ensure the food would be ready for a strict 10:00 p.m. deadline for my brother. Despite placing this order seven hours in advance, the food was not ready when my mom arrived at 9:30 p.m., and she was forced to wait. Between the rude, dismissive attitude of the staff and the failure to have a pre-ordered meal ready on time, I am extremely disappointed. I will not be returning to this location
