Ordered a delivery order for a large group. The delivery driver forgot one of the pizzas and when we called, they asked if we could just come get it. When we got there, the driver was just standing there with it. The pizza is unique but I enjoyed it, while some didn't. The garlic bite things weren't that great and I didn't see anyone really enjoy them. They were so dense and didn't have much garlic flavor. Used to be a convenient place to get good food, service and delivery. Delivery times now over 1.5 hours and food is burnt (pizza) or old (brown, wilted lettuce). Wow.. the blue cheese came out of the packet brown. Thought maybe it was just the first packet but nope! Brown town on the second as well. Upgraded the garlic bread to garlic cheese bread, ended up with west side broiler style garlic toast.. tasted like salty nutsacks. Although the pizza is good the service is horrible. Whatever you do, don't believe the prices on the website. Each item is listed much lower then actual price. When you ask why bill is so high, they just tell you they have the right to change prices at any time. I ordered one pizza and bead sticks, was charged an extra $3. This is possibly the most ugly and blighted building in Rockford with an active business, but the pizza is pretty good. If there was a new movie coming out called "Deliverance II," this place would be the pizza joint. The only thing missing is the banjo music. When I have out of town guests in, I like to send them here to pick up the pizza because it looks frightening to someone north of the Mason-Dixon Line. I've given this place 3 chances. The first time I ordered a sub without tomatoes, it had them on it. Whatever. The second time, I ordered the 7 layer dip. When I got home, I realized they forgot to give me the chips to eat it with. Today I ordered chips deluxe without jalapeños. Guess what? Jalapeños were on them. All three times was over an hour wait. Weekends are understandable, but today is Tuesday. I placed my order at 5:15 pm. By 6:30, when my order was finally done, yet WRONG, he assured me he'd make a new order and refund my money. It's been another 2 hours since then. It is now 8 pm and I'd like to know why it takes so long to put meat and cheese on chips??? I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup about a month ago. One of the pizza's was great, but the other pizza was so burnt that it was black on one side. (We threw it out.) First of all the pizza was mediocre and disappointment. I was expecting better after seeing other reviews. To add to that I am a young teen, and payed for my pizza with a 20 dollar bill expecting change afterword (the pizza was $14). After giving the pizza deliver the money, he asked "Are you good?" A bit confused I responded "Yes?" And he (the pizza deliver) preceded to walk away with the $20. Quickly after I realized he had just scammed a young teen. Tonight, Thursday night we ordered pizza and bread sticks from arenas, tool an hour and 15 minutes for them to deliver our pizza, we get it and the pizza has little to no sauce on it, it is burnt. Are bread sticks were so burnt and dried out we could bang it on the counter and pick it up in one piece. We called to get new ones made or get our money back and the hung up on us. so we took it in and told them we won't ever buy pizza from them again and the cashier working said ok good... we have been long term customers but we will never be back... read more
