I told her that this was my first time going to an actual hair salon to get my color, and she really put my mind at ease by checking in with me throughout the appt. I had no idea what to ask for and Lana was really patient with me. She asked all the specific questions to get my desired look (ex. highlights or lowlights, what shades do you want, do you want it to blend in or did you want strips.) I showed her pictures of the general color I wanted and she ate with the color combination. (She told me, but I forgot the numbers and letters sequence) My hair is growing out now, but you can't tell I got it done 3+ months ago. I've been coming to Aria Beauty for 2 years now because my friend recommended them, Aria Beauty is a gem. Lana always works her magic! I'd love to gate-keep Lana but that's selfish and everyone deserves amazing hair and someone that cares. I came to Lana in my balayage era (that was terribly done elsewhere) and she unfortunately and fortunately had to revive it. She's done numerous reshapes to my hair and has helped me discover what cut I feel confident in. Now I have to see Lana within 4-7 months or else my hair shape is just nonexistent and then I want to make irrational decisions. I also love that Aria Beauty isn't pushy about products, they talk about products they stand by, even if it's not something they carry. I think that's amazing customer service! I've had my hair done for over 20 years, and my experience with Vance in early 2025 remains, without a doubt, the most mortifying and disrespectful encounter I have ever had in a salon chair. The experience started on a bad note when Vance arrived 30 minutes late. He walked in completely unapologetically, offering no greeting and zero acknowledgment of the fact that I had been sitting there waiting. It set a cold, unprofessional tone for the rest of the appointment. During the consultation, his attitude was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. I am currently postpartum, and when I asked for a cut, he later refused to even give me a trim, claiming I would have hair loss anyway. It felt patronizing and insensitive during a time when I was already feeling vulnerable about my changing body. To make matters worse, when I showed him a reference photo of the look I was hoping for, he actually mocked me. He told me the image was AI-generated and made a snide remark that I "couldn't even tell the difference." I didn't go there to be insulted or tested; I went there for professional service and a boost in confidence. I walked out of that salon feeling absolutely terrible. It took finding a much more talented (and kind) stylist elsewhere to reinstate the confidence. Vance likely doesn't remember this interaction, but I certainly do. I'm writing this to remind him that treating customers with basic human respect is the bare minimum. If you are looking for a stylist who listens and values your time, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. No one should be made to feel the way I did. read more

Lana is the only person I would trust to do my hair. EVER! (other than Vance, if Lana is not available). Every time I get my hair done I never quite know what I want... Lana does an amazing job at taking my reference photos and turning them into real life masterpieces. I always feel so beautiful when I leave, and my hair somehow always feels healthier than when I came in (which is saying a lot since I bleach it all the time). I can't say enough good things about Lana as a hair stylist! I went to her earlier this year in search of a vibrant, fashion tone red. My hair was not in the best shape going into our initial consultation-- I had bands of different growth and color on my hair. During our consultation, Lana was super patient and worked collaboratively with me to come up with a game plan to achieve that vibrant red color of my dreams. I was so happy with the color we achieved and also the haircut during that first appointment! I've had about 4 services with her since then, and I've been so happy with them. Her skill and attention to detail makes every visit a pleasure. I also love how she styles my hair during blowouts and she's very open to sharing what products she uses to achieve those results. With her help and advice, I've been able to master my at-home hair styling routine, which is such a win for me personally. My hair integrity is also in very good shape, even with lifting my hair. I credit that to good technique from Lana and also effective at-home washing instructions/products recommended by Lana as well. Vance is also wonderful and the two of them make such a fun salon environment. I've gone to Lana I think 3x now. I'm a little OCD with cuts/colors (balayage/blonde) and whenever I need an adjustment made she's been very helpful. She also gives great layered cuts that support my wavy hair but still maintains fullness and length as I have long hair. She doesn't rush the process so your hair can have minimal damage and makes sure you're educated on what you're asking for and aftercare. FINALLY, a beauty bar that has it all in one location.  Teri at Aria Beauty Bar is an amazing esthetician.  I booked with Teri for a facial and eyebrow wax... I am so happy with the results.  Not only is Teri an experienced professional, but she is also kind and patient.  You can tell she takes her job very seriously.  Before my facial, Teri and I talked about my skin so she could tailor the facial to my needs.  Teri also explained to me what she thought would be best for my skin.  Leaving my facial, I felt like my skin was glowing and my skin felt hydrated and so much healthier.  It's been almost a week since my facial, and my skin continues to have a healthy glow. For my eyebrow wax, Teri took her time asking me questions about my brows and shape.  She wanted to make sure that I kept my shape and thickness.  Teri's gentle approach made my wax experience easy and painless.  I appreciate Teri's attention to detail.  I am beyond thrilled with my skin and brows.  I already booked a follow-up appointment.  Aria Beauty Bar also offers lash services, so I booked a full set with Jazzy and my appointment was a few days ago.  Short and sweet, I am obsessed with the results. I love this place! I got the classic lash extensions, lip wax, and brow lamination w/tint. Jasmine provided all of these services and I'm very happy with the quality of her work--she made by lashes look so full and fluttery. They still looked pretty good when I came back 3 weeks later for a fill. Jasmine is very good about educating you on how to care for your lashes to make them last. She also turned me on to brow lamination. My brows now look nice and thick, almost like I drew them in but it's all my own brows. My lip wax was quick and painless. She was even able to get all the tiny hairs. This is now my go-to place for beauty services! The place is comfy and clean with very cute decor. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO VANCE!!!! I have struggled with my hair for as long as I can remember, I am in my 30s and have never really known what to do with my thin, fine and curly hair! Facial with LED and face is glowing! Teri took an individualized approach and made sure to listen to all my concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and such a gentle touch. Ladies, after wearing sweatpants and doing zero self care for nearly two years (except for binge eating - does that count as self care?), I'm ready to get back on the beauty bandwagon. I had heard about this place opening, connected to the well established Nabi Salon next door, and was curious. I decided to try a Signature Facial with an under eye add on and the LED treatment add on. When I entered the facial room I'll admit it was a little on the small side, but the ambiance of lighting and music made it really relaxing and "spa" feeling. I explained to the esthetician, Teri, that I really wanted to focus on extractions. Blackheads are the bane of my existence and facials are really the one thing that help me. Teri did an AMAZING job. Seriously, not only did she make my pores shrink significantly, but my skin is just GLOWING. Teri is also really knowledgeable and she gave me tips on my skin care regimen and explained what the treatments do when I asked. The LED treatment was new to me but I'd heard a lot about it. I feel like it added an extra kick to the facial. I'd say most of all the under eye treatment was worth every penny, as my under eye area is usually sooo tired looking (I have 3 small children!). After the treatment I am finding that lately I don't even need make up, my under eye area looks hydrated and I look soo much more well rested and glowing.
