I called the shop the day after, and they were able to schedule my repair right the way, Omar was the guy who helped me went through all the process, including inspection, paperwork and communication with the insurance. I purchased my dream ride from Putnum Lexus Redwood city in the fall of 2012 and couldn't be any more happier. No more than a month goes by my car was involved in a hit and run incident and of all places, parked right in front of my job! After collecting my thoughts I proceeded to do all the necessary steps to get the ball rolling so I can get my car back to 100%. After speaking with the Lexus dealership and getting no help from my insurance company (AAA) I was referred to Arianas Body shop. I gotta say Belal, His father Zabi and family are genuinely the most kind hearted, professional, and the absolute best at what they do. They did more in one day than my insurance company did in a week! Upon speaking with Belal over the phone he asked if the car was drivable or if they needed a tow truck to come out. I was able to drive, his directions were clear and spot on and when I arrived I was greeted by Zabi who had already arranged a loaner car from Budget ready to be picked up and even arranged a ride to there. Mind you I'm still waiting to hear from my insurance company to get back to me! Belal and Zabi went over step by step what work would be done and the time frame I should expect my car to be returned! Any issues they encountered they didnt hesistate to call and update. Needless to say my car came back to me in the condition like the day I bought it off the showroom floor....maybe even better lol. I smashed my driver mirror pulling out of an apt parking space on a metal pole. I had just moved in. Great luck, right. My regular mechanic (who is out of Castro Valley where I just moved from) was basically too busy to quote me and help me on the Monday morning that it happened so I looked for a local place in Fremont and found Ariana Auto Body. The reviews were great so I called them up, asked for a quote, they said it would be better to come in so they could see the damage in person. I was only 3.5 miles from my new apt so I went right over. Zabi helped me shortly after finishing with a client and checked out the damage with me. The first quote he gave me for a brand new mirror was $353, I thought that was steep and was going to get another quote from another shop near by, but then he checked another place that had used parts (which was ideal since my car is used, it's a 2002 Honda Accord) he was able to drop the quote to $250 assuming the part would need painting. If it didn't the quote would drop more. Considering the urgency and inconvenience of the entire ordeal I decided to go with them and asked them to order the part as it was expected to arrive the next day. My only complaint was that I didn't get a call the next day to tell me that the part has arrived. I had to call twice to finally found out it had definitely come in. Nevertheless, it did and they told me I could come in the morning and it would only take about 20 minuets. I got there around 9:15am and they were done just after 9:40am. The replacement mirror was luckily the same color as my car (silver) and it looked almost brand new (I say almost because you can see little scratches here and there but it looked exactly the same as the other mirror). He even wiped off the door where I scrapped it (I'll be fixing that part another time). Since they didn't have to paint it I was only charged $200! I was SO happy. So overall my mirror was fixed as fast as I think it could've been fixed (doubt my CV mechanic would've gone it done in that time that's for sure), I ended up getting the lowest price, the customer service was great (minus the phone call), they were close and very professional. Being a first time customer I had a GREAT experience with them after having unexpected bad luck with my mirror. I highly recommend them!!! I'll definitely be back for any future issues I may have now that I live in the area!! read more

Sounds like great service to me! I called on a Saturday for an estimate and Bill told me to come in before 3pm. When I came in Bill was helping another customer, so I waited a few minutes. I then showed him the scratch on the car and Bill spent 10 minutes trying to buff it off. Very nice and friendly guy. I appreciate the fact that he actually went out of his way to help. That could have saved me alot of time and money. Unfortunately, the scratch was still there so Bill went ahead and set up the quote. Within 5 minutes I got my quote and Bill wasn't being pushy at all. They also have complimentary water and soda in the office. Went there to get my bumper refinished after seeing amazing reviews on Yelp. Communication was terrible (never followed up as promised or returned phone calls) and should have been a red flag, but I assumed they were busy. There was a delay of 2 weeks and I had to be the one calling multiple times to ask about the state of things. The worst part though is that I got a quote to remove the bumper, refinish it and put it back in place. Instead they painted over the old paint with the bumper in place and when looking closely you can see the line between old and new paint. Paint also got in the gap between the bumper and the parking sensors. I was expecting high quality finishing, matching factory standards. Instead I got a $200 job for $2000. read more

Was up in Northern California to pick up a car that I'd been drooling over for quite some time. It was a 1998 e36 M3 - one of my all time favorites. Bone stock, with only 14,XXX miles on her... beautiful blue exterior and dove grey interior - everything was perfect... including the price... except -- it had a monster dent (crushed is probably the correct term) on the back left panel before I bought her; also, the passenger window and beautiful OEM seat with M3 piping/flag was torn fom top to bottom - definitely vandalism... again, I am grateful though, because this deterred others from buying the car, and at the same time, allowed me to work a great price on her. Engine-wise and mechanically - 100% sound and maintained by an ex BMW tech. So I began my search for reputable mechanics and body shops that could work on the car, but not only "work" on it, but also had experience with European sportscars, tuning them and also making them drive/run just like they did when they came off the production line. After several failed attempts and discussions with other shops, I was lucky to happen upon Ariana Auto Body. Not only was Omar and Zabi here extremely helpful with giving me an exact quote/estimate, but also they were the only body shop that didn't let my precious car sit and rot while they worked on others, and giving me the runaround (cough cough Body Pros in the early 2000's lol)... Not only did my car come home looking AND DRIVING brand new, but all the parts they used were OEM BMW parts, they knew what it should feel like cornering and at high speed(s) and they went so far as to track down another Dove Grey M3 seat for my passenger side and got it installed for me and charged me for the labor only (plus seat trade). That was the cherry on top for me. Reputable guys, great teamwork in the shop (lots of synergy) and also a very kind and supportive staff that KNOW their cars - when I was there I saw lots of Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Subaru, but also Hondas and base model Toyotas and Hyundais. Background: My Porsche was rear-ended. Drivable, but in a bad condition. Went to 4 body shops before I settled in at Ariana Auto Body. Here is why Absolutely amazing service. Bellal is your man!!! He patiently went through all the steps that would be done on my car along with an estimate of how long it will take through each step. Bellal also pointed me to some of the other work that my car needed, gave me a great quote and also took care of them. Also told me where I can get good parts at a good price - for any future needs. Followed up with the insurance company on everything. My involvement was minimal. Finally the car was looking absolutely NEW when I picked it up - almost like when I bought it. They had cleaned the interior and also gave it an excellent wash and buffed it.. Seems like they take pride in their work! That is wonderful! Exceeded expectations. You're going to see many good reviews probably from regular situations here but let me tell you about a story of things gone crazy, and no, it wasn't because of Ariana. I had gotten into an accident at the fault of another party running a red light. I took my car to a shop that could handle what should have been a relatively minor repair on a common vehicle, a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla. After quite literally 4 months of delays at the first shop, that shop decided to go scorched earth and say they're not going to complete my car. What a disaster. Another shop offers to take up the completion of my vehicle but after looking at the car, they said the first shop was so incompetent, they were drilling random holes, not even welding parts together, they wouldn't take on the liability of finishing the job. In comes Ariana, I ask if they can take a look at my car, I knew it was in bad shape, but I needed help. I'm no car expert but they outlined what it would take every step of the way. They laid out every option for me in terms of where we can save money, which parts to buy, what was salvageable. They recently got a brand new paint booth that's up to the latest standards and even completely sanded down one of my parts to the metal to remove the awful paint job of the first job, and redo it entirely. Obviously I wasn't put in an ideal situation but Ariana (specifically Omar and Zabi) were able to save me thousands of dollars and put in countless hours of labor to help me out when I was in need. They even were able to lend me a car to use for a few weeks so I could stop paying the outrageous rental car fees I was under. You guys aren't going to find better guys out there than at Ariana. My 2013 328 BMW was recently involved in hit and run accident where my car was damaged on the drivers side from the front to back including my tire and rim. From start to finish Ariana auto body completely took care of me. They were extremely professional and explained what repairs needed to be done and exactly how long it would take. It was not easy when someone rear-ended my car and caused a dent in the rear bumper. After some research on yelp, I got quotes from 2 body shops. I was impressed by before and after pictures from Ariana Auto Body. Initially, their quote was a bit higher but they were super nice and decided to match the other quote. Not only that, they detailed the car for free! After the detailing was done, I was checking with them about the expense for fixing a couple of other scratches. One of the guys was so nice, and offered to make the scratches less visible by applying something on the scratches for free. I would totally recommend these guys. read more

This shop is full of high end vehicle however they treated my Honda Accord no less. I wrecked my 2019 Honda and I was adamant of looking for a shop who will promise all OEM parts replacements. Although my insurance company wrote up my estimate for recycled parts they went the extra mile to make sure I had factory replacement parts.
