I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Initially, they quoted me $500 to install a new windshield. However, when they came to install it, they claimed the brackets wouldn't fit and said they needed to find another windshield. They advised me not to drive my vehicle and promised to return the following day. Throughout the day and even until 10 PM at night, an employee repeatedly texted me, saying the new windshield would cost more. I told her we couldn't afford the extra cost. She even suggested I put it on a credit card or use Afterpay, which I refused. I asked them to reinstall my old windshield and issue a refund, but she refused. The next day, I was still without a car. They then informed me that the new windshield would require calibration, costing an additional $200, or we could reset it ourselves. When I checked with our dealership, they confirmed that our 2024 model vehicle would indeed need calibration. I relayed this information, but she still refused to issue a refund. Save your energy and money. Do not give these people your business. They appear nice and sweet, calling me "sweetheart," but their behavior was unprofessional and ultimately felt like a scam. Scam artist requesting Zelle!!!!! Found information about this auto glass company in a BMW thread regarding cracked windshields gave them a call on the number listed from Google. They called me back from a completely different number. I spoke to a woman named Christie who was polite however a used car salesman who over divulged information that was completely unnecessary. Sent screenshot it photos of my glass being in stock but requested a $125 Zelle deposit to order the glass. Thus basically admitting that the glass is $125 and charging me 359 to install it instead of 250 or 275 At most. The request for a hotel comes without me ever visiting their shop and the location that they're requesting me pull up to is not their shop's location on Google. Beware. read more

I originially posted this review 4 months ago. I am posting it again because it somehow got removed: The most unorganized business I have ever interacted with. I first scheduled service and they show up on that day with the incorrect windshield. Then, I work with them to figure out the correct windshield and a day that works for me to have them do the replacement and lane departure camera alignment. That day arrives and no one shows up. I call and they tell me they forgot to put me on the schedule. So now I am driving to their shop for them to do this work and they call me and tell me they ahve the wrong windshield again. At this point I asked for my money back that they had me pre-pay for that windshield that was incorrect. They are now withholding that money to wait for their own refund from the glass dealer they bought it from. I highly recommend everyone to not do business here because if something goes wrong that are going to withhold any money that you already gave them. Had a rock chip that spread beyond 6 inches on windshield. This was the only company willing to try to stop the spread. Many other companies said they will only replace $$$ Windshield if beyond 6 inches. Been 4 mos after service and as of now , not spreading anymore. Just a week ago, my little corolla was the victim of an unfortunately, successful breaking and entering. I walked out to get in my car to go to work for the day and was speechless. I called multiple places. Safelite, who quoted me at 449$ and gerber glass repair who quoted me at $531. I am a mcdonalds worker and i make just barley over min. wage right now. They were friendly, and got me scheduled for the next day - today. Also, they quoted me almost $200 less than the company that my insurance company initially planned on using befoe they decided back windows werent covered on my policy.
