    Cookie Butter Latte

We stopped in while driving through. The location lacks good due to being attached to condos and a hotel. The coffee shop was very cutely decorated. Alot of people were working virtually. Great atmosphere. My coffee was good. I got their seasonal cookie butter latte. The cold foam on too was delicious and the coffee was carefully crafted. The food hit the mark. I got the egg, spinach, mozzerella and tomato english muffin. It was lacking flavor and soggy.

I wish we had more coffee shops like Lavazza around Naperville! This cute espresso bar is tucked behind some buildings and apartments so I hadn't noticed it the first few times I drove around the area but I am so happy I found it! They have a wide variety of espresso and cold brew drinks, as well as gelato and pastries. The coffee was on the expensive side, but very rich and high quality espresso. I ordered the iced orange mocha mio, which blends Italian chocolate, milk and espresso, and the cup is lined with thick fresh orange syrup. Never had a drink like this before and I really enjoyed it! The cafe is quiet and perfect to either work or meet a friend and chat.

Nice place, ordered a latte and it was one of the best! Friendly staff. They sell Lavazza beans.

The lavazza coffee shop is a nice little place to grab a coffee and something light and quick for breakfast. Unfortunately they don't brew decaffeinated coffee, so I had to settle for a decaf Americano. Their egg white frittata was tasty but a little greasy - I had to scrape off some of the top layer. The dining area is bright with alot of windows but not that inviting atmosphere that welcomes you to relax and stay a while. Definitely a grab and go place.

I popped in to try a pastry and cafe latte to see if this could be added to the morning routine rotation for my in office days. The service was bare minimum. While it was "open", they clearly weren't ready for customers. The surfaces needed a good wiping down and the pastry display needed freshening up. The coffee product was good and the pastry was okay but greasy. The manager came out and said "hello" with a kind smile. That made up for the cashier who seemed like she'd rather be elsewhere. Mediocre at best. Especially considering the price.

Good coffee. But the muffins were very pricey. $7.62 for a blueberry muffin. There are better options.

Came in 2 mornings while we were staying at Hotel Arista. Got our coffee fix and had breakfast one morning as well. Friendly service. No complaints.

Stopped by to grab a coffee and work for a couple of hours. Located next door to Hotel Arista, but free parking along the front and free parking garage behind building. A lot of sweet options, but I stuck with a grande latte and added some hazelnut flavoring. Served in a mug, since I was staying. My drink was very good; not too sweet. Found a seat with a plug and worked away. Quiet spot on my visit and a good coffee.

Now this cafe was a really nice find on the Calamos campus in Naperville, Illinois, and it quite frankly felt like I was transported back to Italy inside this cafe. Every visit was a pleasant experience in this cafe on multiple occasions during a recent business conference on the Calamos campus. The coffee espresso of course had to be very good given the Lavazza name. The interior was nicely lit, modern, and typical of Italian cafes where gelato and sandwiches are served alongside a wide variety of coffees and refreshing drinks. Very creative menu. Nice pluses: gelato scoops were only $2.50 each, and they offered great flavors like sweet coconut, nutella along with the traditional gelato flavors. Affogattos were only $5-a great price for quality gelato and espresso. Thank you Calamos for putting the effort in to getting a great cafe brand like Lavazza and ensuring they maintain their high standards.

Great to have a genuine European cafe in the area. Gelato and coffee tastes like what you would fine in Europe.

The matcha flavor was excellent rich, smooth, and consistent from start to finish. It's the kind of drink you can enjoy at your own pace without the flavor fading The staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the employees appeared to be in training, but the service was still great overall. In addition to their drinks, they also offer a selection of food items on the menu, which is a nice option if you're looking for a snack or light bite. The location has convenient parking and a drive-thru as well.

SERVICE (drive-thru): My second time visiting Fusion Social in as many months, I was once again…read moreleft stranded in a drive thru lane that claimed to be open but failed to initiate contact with me or respond to my attempts to initiate contact. Ten minutes later, as I'm driving past the drive thru windows to park and go in, I notice both windows were covered entirely on the inside with paper. When I greeted the barista inside and inquired about the drive thru, I was assured the drive thru was open. No explanation was offered as to why there was no response to my presence in the drive thru lane. SERVICE (inside): I ordered a Bloom & Buzz (hot) latte. There was a four top of guests already seated and waiting for their order when I paid for mine. 20 minutes later, with the four top now served, the barista picked up a plastic cup and proceeded to make an iced coffee drink. Upon completing the process, she took the cup and walked out of my direct line of sight, standing behind a pole with only her hair visible to me. After standing there for a minute or so, she returned to the counter and started to address me. I approached the counter to better hear what she was saying. She explained that she was unable to make my hot latte because the hot coffee machine was down. When I pointed out that she had just served three of the four customers ahead of me a hot coffee, she said, "yeah, but those took hot water.". She went on to ask if it was okay if she made me an iced latte instead. Having already waited more than 20 minutes inside at this point, I said that was fine. She then reached to her side (where she'd previously hid), grabbed the iced coffee I'd watched her make before the claims of the broken machine and handed it to me. Instead of owning the fact that she'd mistakenly made an iced latte instead of the hot one I'd ordered, she'd chosen to cover what was an innocent mistake with a lie. I told her as much and left. AMBIANCE: This is a darling little cafe. If the service hadn't been so atr, I'd have enjoyed drinking my coffee there. COFFEE: Way too sweet for my liking. If I were to go back, which I won't, I'd order my next one half-sweet.
