My go to coffee shop for a pick me up! I am always transported to my last visit to an Italian espresso bar and I certainly don't want to let too many people in on my discovery. Lots of natural light and outside seating if desired. Close your eyes as you sip your creamy latte....Daydreaming encouraged. It's the real deal here. Once you try it you will never go back to the other "guys" they are not even in the same class. Selections are what one would expect for a traditional espresso stop but if tea is your coffee they have a selection. Light and fresh food and gelato menu. This shoppe is adjacent to a hotel and office complex and near rte 59 exit and the 88 toll. My latte has always been served here with a welcoming smile but never with an Italian accent... lol! read more

The coffee took a long time to come out and the variety of drinks seem much more expensive than they need to be and higher than Starbucks. There was now much parking for this place and I believe this business is mainly for people residing in visiting Naperville through the connected motel in addition this offbeat coffee house has little seating as well and is kind of small. This place will make you forget Starbucks ever existed. It's a little hidden which I think is nice. Hipster and laptop jockey free is a big plus in my book. The space is beautiful, easy, and fresh. The staff is uber friendly. The coffee is strong but not bitter which is extremely difficult. I had a medium roast drip. The food is not your typical coffee bar food which is what's great about it. I had the Prosciutto and Stracchino Piadina. Very yummy. Will deff be back. Will deff recommend. read more

Awesome coffee shop. The vibes are great and it's an amazing place to get some work done. I also love coming in when all the regulars are there, as it brings a sense of family and community. Fantastic we have another alternative coffee shop in the area. Decor is modern Italian as you might expect (or maybe not). Good place to enjoy a good quiet cup of coffee and sit awhile without the loud annoying music and crowds. I hesitated writing this review as I don't want to ruin it with popularity but people should know there are alternatives to big chain coffee (milk?) shops (filling stations?). This place is very bad. First off, they are very understaffed, only one person at the register counter, taking orders and making the drinks and food. The Apple Pay never works, and They constantly mess up my orders and then make me wait very long wait times for the corrections to be made. The hot chocolate is always cold for some reason they never warm the milk. The person at the register never asks if I want a croissant or ficocca bread for my sandwich every day it's a surprise. Today she gave me a crouissant and I had her re make it. And she took forever so I canceled my order. Then she gets the manager out who does NOT apologize. Then makes me wait another 3 minutes for a refund because her machine wasn't working. All the while my 30 min lunch break is almost up with 5 min left to spare. And as I leave I don't even get an apology. Just a "have a nice day". Not even a free ice cream cone or anything for the inconvenience no offer!! Very unwelcoming experience. I missed my lunch break because of them!!!!! Super unprofessional and rude staff the manager looked very unhappy and it reflects. The food is mediocre at best. But I do like the tuna sandwich When they make it with ficocca bread :/ I sadly won't be coming here on my lunch breaks anymore. read more

LavAzza is an Italian coffee company as such it has a more coffee chain feel to it at this location. It is located in a very corporate area. Mostly businessmen and women having a meal or refreshments. There is a good selection of coffee and snacks here. They have some gelato too which is not common in all cafes. I ordered the basic black drip coffee medium roast. No complaints there. Tasted fine but nothing exciting about it. I came here to study and it did its job but there was a lack of outlets. It is not a place meant for work but if you catch one of the 3-4 outlets then your fine to stay and work here. There is free WiFi and the music playing is not too loud. I overall enjoyed my time here studying. To get another star from me i would add access to more outlets and emphasize more about the coffee, where it comes from. This place just seems like a typical chain cafe like Starbucks or Dunkin Doughnuts. read more

As soon as we walked in the barrista let us know in a rude manner that she needed to close in 15 minutes and that she would not warm up any food for us. All I wanted was a cappuccino, which she made in a hurry and the taste reflected that. She even gave it to me in a to-go cup. It seemed like we inconvenienced her just by walking in. I am reviewing the place in general. My tea was tasty but it was green tea.... I believe that if your sign says you open at 630 you should be ready to welcome a ton of customers....It was 635 and I was the only customer. None of the food was out in the case, the worker looked as though she had just rolled in from home. I wasn't sure if there were any food options and she stated.. "Oh yeah they are just not out yet." This store is great!!! My husband and I love coffee and are always looking for a great cafe. This location is the first store we have been to where they know how to make a real freddo (iced) espresso like back home in Europe!!! Customer service is great! Friendly and very helpful! We went to Lavazza for coffee and a quick bite to eat, nothing big and something to share as a couple. We ordered 2 iced coffees and a cheese platter which we were informed is not available anymore even though it is listed on their electronic menu. So we then ordered a flatbread. After a few minutes the staff brought out a sandwich and informed us they don't have flatbread. Jenna is the ONLY reason I'm giving this place any stars at all. A friend recommend Lavazza because I'm a coffee junkie. I had no idea this coffee shop even existed and was so close to my work location. Woohoo lucky me! I ordered two coffees, one to drink there and one for back at the office. The Macchiato was perfect from the temperature to the proper amount of foam. Spot on! The Lavazza drip was extremely good. The coffee is smooth with a lasting flavor. I drink my coffee black so I like a smooth yet robust coffee and Lavazza accomplishes that. Well I suppose if you enjoy coffee this might the place for you. Having said that I'd like you to know how terrible the service is every time I go here. They claim the Foccacia is made fresh daily. I gotta tell you every single time I've had it with the one exception it's been stale. Yep you heard it right. Stale bread. Dried out. Tasteless. And here's the kicker. They are connected to Che Figata. And Che Figata has the worst service I've ever experienced which is sad because I found their food to be quite good. But why not go to a restaurant that has both good service and good quality food instead? So if you are thinking of dining at either of these places I must warn you. Enter at your own risk. I find that reviews matter. People do read them and they have quite an impact on a place of business. First and foremost the coffee is amazing, Love the coffee and will buy the beans and make it at home. My low rating is not on the coffee or even the staff working at this site. It goes towards the management of this facility. I have had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to just place an order with a line of up to 6-7 people. The reason is not because the staff is slow or not competent. The fact of the matter is, that there is only one person on duty up until 8:00 AM taking orders and then making the coffee beverages. I came to this store two consecutive days in the morning and had to ask why there was no one else their to help with orders. The young lady apologized for the delays and stated that other staff doesn't start till 8:00 AM. Naturally people are cranky early in the morning when going to work on a weekday, but they get crankier when they have to wait longer to get coffee. Tip for anyone that has to go to work early in the morning, if you need good coffee but are willing to wait an unreasonable amount of time this is the place. Not have a lot of time and need your coffee fast? Come in after 8:00 AM there will be plenty of staff, if you get there before 8:00 AM, expect to wait. One person can only do so much and would expect a coffee shop that is located on the same property as a hotel to be better staffed especially in the morning. Still love the coffee and the staff was always respectful, just think the management should take into consideration the amount of work expected of one individual and the amount of customers that need their coffee before 8:00 AM. read more

I just tried this location for the first time this morning. I live close, but didn't know it was there. Their lattes are fantastic. My husband got a Caramel Macchiato and loved it. I was in the area for a couple of days to look for apartments and check out the location of my new job. I stopped by every morning because it was only 5 minutes away from Fairfield Inn and Suites in Naperville. I don't drink a lot of coffee, but I'm a sucker for tea lattes and their Chai Latte was very much on point. I even tried some of their food such as their ham and cheese croissant.
