Absolutely terrible. Received a pizza that was so undercooked, the dough was still soft like cheese. Cold meat. When I called in, the "team lead" asked if I wanted a replacement. I responded, "yes, I need to eat SOMETHING" and her response was "you don't need to get mad at me, I didn't make your pizza". When I asked for a supervisor, I was told there was "no manager in sight" and given an email. When I asked who was the team lead on duty, she said it was her and there was no one else above her that I could call back and speak to. I will never return to this place ever again. Disgusting pizza and attitude. Sending pizza out that could harm people is low, then giving them attitude when they call in to complain is even worse. First time visit. We went for the lunch buffet and it was really good! It's $13.99 for pizza, wings and salad. It was pretty busy so it was taking awhile to turn out pizza and wings. Thought I placed on-line order with same AZ Pizza location as previously but was unfortunately wrong. First, the report was my order would be delivered well over 1-1/2 hours followed by a message that it would arrive early - before 5:00 pm. I watched the progress on-line of making the order and when the driver picked it up. That was when it all went wrong. I didn't realize this location used Uber for delivery - had I known I would not have placed my order here. It took approximately an hour for the delivery to be made - even after store employee told me they sent it out "a long time ago". Even when it was recorded that delivery was made, it was not correct and about 15-20 minutes before actual delivery. Uber driver said she had another delivery therefore the delay. Pizza came COLD (not kept in a warming case), sticking to the bottom of the box, chicken wings cold, etc. Totally unacceptable and I will never order from this location again. Back to the Surprise location where delivery was prompt and done by one of their drivers. I've had bad experiences previously with Uber delivery, this just added another nail to that proverbial coffin! read more

Unfortunately, the customer service here is horrible. We ordered pizza from them a couple times and everything was fine but we ordered again and they made our pizza one hour earlier than what we asked for. Of course the pizza was cold and we were serving some friends of ours from out of town. We did not want to serve them cold pizza of course so we asked them to remake it and they refused. They made us purchase the entire order again and remade it for us so we would have hot pizza. When we spoke to the manager about it, she said it was not their problem. They made the pizza already and they would not refund us or give us a discount even. We showed them the screenshot from the order showing the pizza was to be ready between 710 and 7:20 PM and they told us that we ordered the pizza to be done at 6:21 PM exactly. We told him there was not even an option for 6:21 PM exactly that is when they made the pizza not when we asked for it to be made. Clearly it was a system problem on their side, but they did not want to accept any responsibility for it. Update on this. The business owner did say she would give us a gift card for 75% off but then emailed and said she wanted the gift card back so I went and dropped the gift card back off at the location as per her request. read more

Pizza had plenty of fresh toppings with a thicker crust ( my kind of crust) and a sweet tangy sauce. Foot long sandwiches were loaded with ingredients and tasty.
