Came here after reading the great reviews. Great hemming and cleaning service; extremely friendly. Got out yellow stains that had been there for months; very impressed. FYI: don't take your clothes in on hangers you want to keep. This may be typical of dry cleaners, but I didn't know at the time - they take your hangers and give your clothes back to you on "dry cleaner hangers" (thin wire hanger with paper cover). I took my clothes in thinking they would use my hangers and give them back to me on those hangers, but I was wrong. Not sure why they couldn't use my hangers or what they did with them, but it is what it is. Just be willing to part with any hangers you take in there. (Now I will just be taking in the hangers I got from the last time I was there) read more

Arlette is so sweet and understanding. Yesterday (Saturday) I had called her five minutes before her doors closing because I had an emergency and I couldn't go sooner to pick up my clothes. I've had such a difficult finding a good cleaners. I wear coats/jackets all the time & the past cleaners I'vd gone to don't leave my coats smelling good & i'll still find little stains like they "half assed" it. Arlette is the sweetest and not only that, but all four of my coats were left clean and with a fresh scent. I'm beyond satisfied. Because I know you're dying to know. (I love Yelp). Vera & Arlette are just the cutest duo ever. I actually work in Ontario, and for my 9/24th destination wedding in Maui, I knew I needed alterations for my Maggie Sotero dress not only quickly but inexpensively. With only two weeks until the wedding date, Arlette and Vera not only squeezed me in right away, they gave me an amazing deal on the bustle of my dress and fixed the back panel for FREE. What I loved most about them was the immediate air of trust, they treated me like family. I never got the sense that they would ever take advantage of my ignorance and they were happy to brain storm and spend extra time going over different ideas, options and price points for the bustle (the way the dress was made in one long piece of lace with no seams made it impossible to hem). Plus, I had gained five pounds or so :| and they huffed and puffed to lace me into the dress since I came alone initially (in accented English : 'PULL Ve-dah, PULL'). My dress turned out perfectly. I took 6 levi pants to get altered shorted from the cuff, and only 2 pair to altered & pressed. This was Wednesday morning she said you can pick up the 4 pair Saturday but the other 2 pair on Monday. I told her I'll just pick all 6 pair Monday to save me a trip. Monday my wife went to pick up the pants only 4 pair were ready. She said tomorrow which would be Tuesday she said she would call me. I called her Tuesday around noon she said not yet I'll call you. There is definitely not enough nice things I can say about these ladies that helped create my vision of my wedding dress. I took my dress on a Wednesday to get fitted and explain to them what I wanted. I bought my dress because I was told I was able to remove some pieces and replace with different fabric. Once I removed the dress after it being fitted, they took a closer look and told me that what I was asking for could not happen because it would cause a tear in the lace of my dress. I was very disappointed (with the sales people , not them) because I was told it could happen which is why I purchased the dress in the first place. I said it was fine just to cut it off and leave it with some of the ugly fabric. Fast forward to a week later and I get a call that my dress is ready for a second fitting. I told them I would be in the next day. I called the next day explaining how I was sick and would have to reschedule to Tuesday. After hanging up I get a call back saying that I was going to be very happy because they were able to make some changes. Fast forward again to Tuesday , they pull my dress out and I am amazed !!!!!! My dress looks exactly how I had pictured it. They worked effortlessly to make me completely happy because they knew what I ultimately wanted. Words can't express how happy I am that they really did what they could to give me the look I wanted. It was also very sweet that they expressed concerned over my sickness. :) Thank you very much ladies , very much appreciated. This was my first and last time ever coming to this dry cleaners again. I dropped my clothes off a few weeks ago and when I came back to pick up my jacket I noticed that there was some uplifting in the embroidery. The woman that works there told me that she had to pay somebody to fix my emblems that were coming off. My jacket and that I should be thankful that she paid for somebody to do such a thing. 1st of all I left my clothing in your store. Of course you should have fixed it not to mention. She said why would I buy something that would Not stitched on I told her it doesn't matter if It was stitched on or not the fact is I left my property in your possession And when I came back it's ruined she simply said she is not responsible . I started to look at my jacket and realize that all The emblems were pilling off . She grabbed my jacket And took it to the back and tried to iron it It made it even worse. I am so utterly happy I chose this place! I brought in a few pieces to be dry cleaned and fixed. They were completed to perfection. BUT the real joy came from the fact that Mona, the lady that does alterations, saved my wool coat. Rats got into my garage during the last storm. Bastards ate only the bottom of my wool coat. I was devastated. This coat is silk lined and has a fur collar- big time 70s vibe. I brought it in hoping they could salvage it. Maaaan, Mona shortened the coat and took in a couple of inches. This disaster turned into a fitted dream. I only regret not taking a before and after photo. I am so grateful. The service is wonderful the pricing is very reasonable. I did not spend an arm and a leg to look like a million bucks with my new coat. The ladies there work magic. read more
