We placed our orders at the cash register, and took a table for a relatively short wait to get our food. NADC has a limited menu, an approach that makes sense in a burger joint IMO, and I got the namesake (double) burger, an order of fries and a beer. It was $30 for that, and honestly I don't have much of a quibble with that these days, though using disposable plastic cups doesn't help the ambiance or the environment. The smash burger had great seared lacey edges, and while it was melting and hot, my top bun was still cold to the touch. The fries were really crispy, and appeared to be coated/battered to achieve further effect. There was what seemed to be more burger sauce for dipping and something akin to ketchup + that was extra tangy and reminded me of Worcestershire sauce. All in all it was good, but exceptionally one note, which I blame on an aggressive amount of salt and pepper. The pickled jalapeños, cheese and sauce didn't even register their flavor when I was eating it. And because the fries were likewise salty and there was not a typical sweet ketchup pairing, they did not help the situation. A couple of my friends enjoyed their burgers more, but they also got singles which may have changed the balance some. Beyond that, we were told they didn't have a restroom that we could use, because it's apparently downstairs and the elevator was out of service. So it wasn't a particularly great place to hang out and we needed to go elsewhere to find facilities afterwards. I would put it at 3.5 stars overall; some room for improvement.

I haven't had a chance to try their food yet since the last time I got horrible altitude poisoning and the second time, the Uber driver just drove off with it (terrible, I know). This time I stomached a 30 minute walk through downtown to grab lunch here. It's a small restaurant meant to be a drive thru. However, there's some outdoor umbrella covered tables and seating. I've seen some people order and just eat in their car in the lot. There's a window for you to walk up to order if you're not driving through. I ordered: 1) The Combo #1: -You can get large or medium for combo orders and I got the smaller one so that I can have some space for dessert. The fountain drink cup is still quite plentiful for the smaller size. -This combo comes with a serving of their wild fries and the deluxe cheeseburger. -The fries are golden fried to crispiness and nicely seasoned with their blend of spices. Think campfire fries seasoning, if you know what I'm talking about. Solid fries. -The deluxe cheese burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, pickles, mayo, and mustard, with American cheese (melted!). -Very mustard-y burger in a good way, a bit bigger than my fist, and, again, is a solid fast food classic. It is a bit messy though so keep some napkins on hand. -If anything, I want to say that this burger is a better version of what Burger King has since their burgers are a bit mustard-y too. 2) A single scoop of their frozen custard: -A must if you get anything form here. It's in their name! - I got the pumpkin pie flavor which is November's monthly special. -Comes with a dollop of whipped cream on top. -The custard is delicious. Very smooth and creamy, dense, but not impossible to scoop through with how soft it is. But it's not melty or watery either! It's sweet but not disgustingly so. Very yummy and I would come back to order more of their custard. Pretty good regional fast food chain!

This is a boring casual place in Denver. Well, this is a mixed review as some of my visit was good, some not so good…read more I saw this on my Yelp app shortly after I arrived in Denver, and while lobster is my favorite food, I am always a bit dubious to eating lobster in a beef eeating place like Colorado! Still, it sounded great and I made my way there with a coworker on my last day in Denver. We walked in and there was no one there, but it was past lunch. It was bright and looked like other lobster roll restaurants I have been to in Boston. We looked at the menu and both ordered the same thing- a hot Connecticut Roll with a side cup of Clam Chowder. We sat down and waited as the 2 staff prepared our food, and while we the only ones in there, every table was dirty, so we hesitatingly sat down at the cleanest one and waited. A few minutes later, they brought our food out to us, but we had to ask her to clean the table, which she quickly got a bottle of spray and a towel and wiped our table down. I dove into the Clam Chowder and was immediately disappointed- it was barely even warm, thin, watery and without flavor. I tried to spice it up with salt, pepper and hot sauce to no avail. Now, the lobster roll was a different story- bun toasted perfectly, the lobster meat layered inside with hot butter, I took a bite and was in heaven. The roll was good, so that saved the day- I would not order the chowder again, though. I sent to the bathroom to wash my hands and was immediately hit with the stench of sewer, so that was a real turnoff. This could be a 5 star place if they fixed the simple things. I would only come back here to get a lobster roll to go.

The seasoning on the chicken is so good, and you never get any chicken surprise, if you know what I mean. They trim it really well. Huge appreciation for that! So good. Legit one of those sandwiches you start thinking about later. The fries are extra good too. Crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle, and the seasoning on them is flavorful and salty in the best way. If they served Coke products, this place would be a 6 out of 5 :)

Very tasty and filling. The fries were lightly salted, which was perfect. The veggies were fresh and crunchy. Spanakopita was not good. I did not finish it. It was nice and flaky, but the taste was off and the aftertaste was gross. Wouldn't recommend. Total was $23.49 after tip. Would definitely come back for just a gyro. The meal is just a little too much for me. Worth stopping by.
