Beware of the store Manager here is why ! I visited…read moreMerritt's Ace Hardware on Hacienda Blvd with my e-bike because there is no secure bicycle parking outside. Before bringing it in, I asked the cashier if it was okay since I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to purchase a few items. The cashier said it was fine. A few minutes later, the store manager, who I believe is named Evan, came through the store yelling, "Whose e-bike is that?" in front of other customers. Instead of speaking to me professionally, she immediately became confrontational. I calmly explained that I only needed a few minutes to finish my purchase, but she responded by insulting me and using profanity. I'm an adult, a paying customer, and a regular shopper at this location. There was no reason for the situation to be handled with shouting and disrespect. If there was a store policy, it could have been explained politely instead of creating a scene. I reported the incident to corporate, but because this location is independently franchised, they were unable to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store while this manager is in charge. Customers deserve professionalism and respect, not public embarrassment over a situation that could have been handled with a simple conversation. Ty

Solid Home Depot with lots of parking, at least when I visited on a weekday mid morning. Came here…read moreto get some packaging boxes for work and the best bet for the cost was to get 2 smaller medium sized boxes to Frankenstein to make a bigger box since a bigger box would have easily been around $40. This Home Depot seems newer than the ones closer to me which is neat. The layout is completely different too with more fancier sheds on the outside and the entrance being sort of in a corner than the standard rectangular ones I'm used to. Many more self check outs too which is nice. Workers were helpful and seemed like they were having a good time at work since they were sing song chanting the calls for when they're driving a fork lift and such.
