Other than a confusing pickup process (you have to call and then wait in your car... which can be time intensive depending on the wait), Arni's has great pizza! Super crispy crust and the pepperoni and sausage had so much flavor

I am currently staying in New Albany for a while and was looking to try some new places, have heard people rave about this place for a while as I have some family that live over here. I have to say I was very disappointed, it's really hard for me to dislike pizza because even bad pizza is usually good. This place achieved the impossible. This pizza tastes like the Tostino's frozen pizza you would get at the grocery. They even use the little cubed pepperoni's. What got me though was how little cheese was even on my pizza, I would have thought they forgot it all together except there was a little on two small corner pieces. One of the worst pizza's I've ever had.

The pizza is great. Let me start by saying that. Thin crust, a nice crisp, not burnt. I genuinely love their pizza. However, I've also had other menu items that were sub-par. The "nachos" for $7 are movie theatre nachos. What a disappointment. I could go to Kroger and get my own chips and toppings for less than $7. If you're touting "nachos" as a menu item, at least include some jalapeño or other toppings. What a scam!!! I've also had sandwiches from here that were skimpily dressed. Basically, go for the pizza, but they don't get many points for anything else on the menu.

At least they left a note on the box I suppose SMH. I love the pizza but this is a little suspect if you ask me

Arni's takes me back to my childhood and important moments in my life. I grew up going to this small little pizza shop where the crust is thin and cut into small squares. Toppings are piled on and cooked in the oven to perfection. For years I've been getting a large pepperoni and mushroom with extra cheese and extra paste. This tasty pizza was there during many life moments including the passing of my mom, wedding rehearsal dinner, and the birth of 2 of my children. If your from Indiana than you probably know Arnis. If you're from my hood that's all there was and it's all you need. Atmosphere includes a few booths, trash can and a jukebox. Simple place for an extraordinary pizza.

The pizza was alright but the place didn't seem very clean. The staff was super nice. The only issue is the cleanliness of the restaurant.

And I tried getting out of New Orleans before the Hurricane but when your car gets jacked while your loading up made me stuck in a city that would soon be underwater. The salad was horrible. So much crammed into the container made it impossible to mix or blend in the tiny amount of dressing. And the company has no shame. What am I tipping for stand up service?. At $15 a salad I find it impossible, believe that the company can't pay its employees enough money that the customers aren't automatically set up to give a tip through the app. And then I'm asked to do a review and the company is so shameless. They actually pre-fill the box of glowing review so if you want, you can just send that in. Wishful thinking compared to the material I received in that bowl.

I am not usually impressed by cream based pasta, but this time I was. The pasta was bursting with flavor as were the grilled shrimp. There was a generous amount of crunchy shrimp in the entree. I also had tried the Drink With No Name. I have nothing negative to say about it. You won't either. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive, so service was, in other words, perfect. Great ambiance and decor, feels rustic and chic at the same time! Comfortable chairs which is rare to find anymore. We were seated at a low table in the room at the front which was nice as it was quieter than the big open restaurant in the main part. My mom and I had a great lunch! The attentive waitress shared that the chef was new and it was a new menu. There were so many fabulous choices on the menu it was hard to choose. Goat cheese burger, fish and chips, Brie and jam grilled cheese, Nashville hot chicken, just so many things sounded good. I opted for the Nashville hot chicken, it was moist chicken breaded and nice and crisp, with a creamy slaw and a chili oil drizzled on it for more spice, then it also had habagardil pickles on it, the best pickles I have ever had! Only a couple places use these local pops habagardil pickles and they are spicy and delicious. The sandwich was delicious on a brioche bun. Messy, and magical this sandwich was. The fries were so good it was hard to stop eating them! My mom had the blueberry jam and bacon Brie grilled cheese with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and she eats very little but she devoured this sandwich and also loved the fries! The tomato basil soup also looked good! I will have to become a repeat customer because I need to try that goat cheese burger and the salmon bowl, well, and every single entree on the menu!! Bringing friends back soon!! The chef here is creating some amazing food!! The only issue we had was finding parking. She uses a walker and the only place we could find to park was handicapped over at a neighboring restaurant and it was a bit of a walk for someone with mobility issues. Front doors are heavy, and you have to open both doors for it to be wide enough for the walker to go through, so getting in wasn't easy. Food amazing, accessibility challenging.

I wanted something a bit lighter since we were going to be out most of the evening. It was perfect too! I opted for rice as my side and that's probably the only thing I messed up on. There's generally not a thing as too much rice but it was nearly a plate full. Once I ran out of steak, there's no way I could've scarfed the rest of that rice down. I was stuffed in the best way. Once we finished, I went up to pay. The guy(I assume the owner) asked how things were and of course I replied amazing! Every single thing we had here was fresh!
