She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome during a difficult time. To be honest, I had previously visited a Shaggy's location closer to my home and did not have a great experience, which left me with a negative impression of the franchise. However, this visit completely changed my perspective. The food, atmosphere, and especially the service at the Pass Christian location were outstanding. Jamie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you to Jamie for providing such a positive experience when it was needed most. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
