Mike and everyone at Arrow Collision are awesome. I got rear-ended and looked up the most convenient, well-rated body shop in my area and found this Diamond in the desert!! I felt taken care of every step of the way, from estimating to dropping off/picking up my car and everything in between. Mike made sure to check my entire car and get the money they needed to fully fix my car from the insurance agency! One of the parts they needed to fix my car was severely on back order, and it ended up taking a while to get my car back, but Mike called me almost every week to update me on when they expected the part to come in. When I did get my car back, it was clean and almost like new!!! They went above and beyond to restore my lil Toyota Corolla to it's glory and I'm glad I found them. Honest, fair & affordable. Arrow Collision repaired my misaligned car hood after the initial repair by a different body shop was done incorrectly. The first body shop told me I needed additional, extensive body work to realign the hood to the car body. They would have taken me for hundreds. 1st of all, let me start with situation. So guy hit my car door while parked, and when I saw damage I was devistated but he did leave his comtact info. Well it was Christmas time so I opted to just wait until after holidays to fix. So I got a hold of Arrow Collision and they set me up for scheduled appointment and I was soon to be rock and rolling. I brought my car in and dealt with Joe, the owner. He told me "about a week ", which mattered because I had to get a rental. Well, what do you know, 2 days later Joe calls me up and says " come pick up your car, it's ready ". I said WHAT?!! That was way unexpected, as I paid for my rental for a week. Well guess what?, my car looked amazing and I ended up saving almost $400 in prorate rental fees. Not only that but Joe actually gave me a $130 discount for paying cash!! Any savings in this high inflation economy is a super plus in my financial book, so I was ok and taken back from the service over there at Arrow Collision's. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Jan 5th I was in an accident and the whole left side of my truck from the fender, both doors, rear bedside and axle had to be replaced. Everything was custom fiberglass so it wasn't just an easy fix. What I appreciate most about Joe Kent and his shop, was that they DO NOT HALF ASS THE JOB. This was my first time working with Joe and the shops and I highly recommend ANYONE to go there. No shortcuts were taken and they even came out of pocket with some extras to make me happy since the truck was taking longer than expected.
