I recently had visited your Service bay to have a front grill inspection on my new/used 2023 BMW X5 40i XDrive MSport BSM. I was humbly greeted by a service advisor who in turn introduced me to my personal service advisor for my X5, Shane Harrington. First thought up to this point, I felt like I was on the latest high tech service intake garage something out of a George Lucus film being taken care of people who seemed to really care about my vehicle and had the ultimate conviction of having the passion as I do for my car. Shane Harrington was no exception. He presented himself as very welcoming, approachable, very friendly we had some good conversation about unicorn X5's regarding finding one with a trailer hitch, which was really nice considering I hadn't slept for nearly 24 hours due to work issues in the healthcare industry I am in. He was very informative and provided the service on my X5 in a way that could not be summed up in any other way but World Class. My vehicle was treated with care and was offered a multi-point inspection in addition to the issue of my concern (i.e., sensor halo plate issue) with a data sheet that I was given to take with me. I was taken back because the issue I was there for was an oversight on my part, regarding a front sensor halo that I thought was something that it wasn't but was not treated as if I was anything but a valued customer, thats what got my attention and was really appreciated with having that experience. In short, I was very impressed by the team there at the Service bay (shout out has to go to Francisco Sanchez and sharing to me about detailing while I was waiting, super nice guy), but especially with Shane who I would feel extremely comfortable with when needing my X5 serviced, and going forward in my journey as a new proud owner of the best vehicle engineered on the road today, the BMW X5 B58. My dad's vehicle is garages, well maintained under 30k miles when this happened. Reached to corporate then suddenl bmw arrowhead said they didn't need to be replaced. So, hmm were they going to take his 3500 hundred if not for us reaching out? Or are they now putting him in harms way saying it's not needed when it actually is? this client advisor, joseph patti, is extremely unprofessional. he was repping bmw arrowhead by wearing his work attire to a bar where he caused chaos. he made continuous threats and derogatory comments towards customers within the bar and myself. as a female, he made me feel threatened and unsafe with threats he made towards my safety. after being forced to leave, he called more than 3 times to harass the establishment and continued making threats. this behavior is just unacceptable for someone who decides to represent his company in work attire. ladies who are seeing this review, and men who have wives that are buying cars from this guy, please be aware of his behavior as it seems that this isn't the first time joseph has acted like this. read more

They lie and manipulate I don't have the best credit but I do not deserve to be taken advantage of. They tried to sale me a car with a broken windshield and the front axel needed to be replaced. They told me they had relationship with banks that would give me a good deal. The car was $15000. They wanted $10000 down for it. A car with a broken windshield and broken front axel who knows what's wrong with it. He said it hadn't been in the shop so they don't know what's wrong with it but we want $10000 down for a broken vehicle. Worst service ever and full of liars. About as unprofessional and disgraceful as a car dealership comes. This review has been about six years in the making. Never have I felt so insulted and embarrassed in an establishment as I have at Arrowhead BMW. When the M8 was first rolling out at dealerships. I saw that Arrowhead was one of the first stores near my area to get one and was eager to see it. As my friend and I walk in, the arrogant slob working the desk asked why we came in and I said we wanted to see the M8, she proceeded to say out loud "You're trying to go from a Honda Civic to a M8?" Which caused every employee and customer in the store to start staring at us. Immediately walked out. Come six years later, went to go look at a car at Arrowhead again. This time to shop for X3 30i models. They have the audacity to ask to have a credit application filled out in order to test drive. Could not provide a sufficient reason for this process which again was an insult in itself. Ended up purchasing at a different store and even after telling them we bought elsewhere. It has been nonstop harassment and continuous calls from different numbers within the dealership begging me to buy from them. Bottomline, DONT EVER LET A SINGLE TIRE TREAD OF YOUR CAR ON THEIR LOT. Buyer beware. I purchased a used truck sight unseen from this dealership in November. Based on the pictures and videos I received, the truck appeared to be in excellent condition. When the truck was delivered, most of it did look great, but I immediately noticed a dent that was not present in any of the photos or videos provided prior to purchase. I contacted the dealership right away and was asked to obtain repair estimates from local body shops. I submitted three quotes from reputable shops in my area. The dealership stated they were unwilling to cover anywhere near the cost of any of the estimates. After multiple conversations with both management and the salesperson, they agreed to pay only one-quarter of the lowest quote. As a result, I had to pay a significant amount out of pocket to repair damage that was not disclosed and was no fault of my own. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would recommend being very cautious when buying a vehicle sight unseen from this dealership. read more

Dropped my car off for basic service, needed a loaner and every single interaction from setting up the appt. over the phone to picking up my car after the service and, everything in between was professional, nice, courteous and pleasant. The text video of the under carriage inspection was a nice touch too. Everyone really goes out of their way to treat you well and in this day & age I really appreciate that. This dealership operates under unethical principles. I spent my whole Saturday working on an online deal with a salesperson named Erez Royal. He sent me the car facts and a video walk around. We closed a deal and he said someone from finance would call me at 5PM. I changed my plans for the day waiting for the call, but no call. It's Monday morning getting ready to go to work. I give the dealership a call. Took a few attempts to get to finance. Finally I get through only to find out that they are unaware of my case. I am placed on hold for a while and they get back to me to let me know that the car had been sold to another customer. So, I am upset and ask to speak to the sales manager named Kurt who extends a disingenuous apology and offers to search for a similar vehicle in their service loaner fleet and get back to me. I am yet to hear back from them. After the deal was made I had contacted a highly recommended shop to provide me a PPI on this car. This is what they wrote to me in response:" I could but not this week. I am already booked up. But as a note my personal experiencefrom arrowhead has not been great. Met Troy Carlson today after scheduling the first annual service on our '25 Z4M4.0. He was as friendly and engaging as he was on the telephone. He made note of my one "noise" concern when I checked in. We reviewed the service to be completed and he invited me to relax in the comfortable waiting area and that he would come find me when the car was ready. While the service technician was buttoning up the car, Troy came and told me what the technician had found making the noise and the it was resolved. Absolutely the Worst Car Buying Experience - Avoid Arrowhead BMW I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences with Arrowhead BMW, particularly with their sales rep Mike and the internet sales manager. I completed my credit and finance application ahead of time for a 2025 BMW X7, and for three weeks, I was strung along with back-and-forth communication. Even the night before my scheduled pickup, I received a call confirming that everything was set and ready for the next day. When I arrived--with my kids in tow--I was left waiting for 30 minutes until I finally had to ask again to speak with Mike. That's when the manager casually informed me that they had just sold the car I was promised and attempted to sell me a completely different vehicle. I understand that sales can be competitive, but running my credit and putting a hard inquiry on my report, only to pull a bait-and-switch, is absolutely unacceptable. This level of dishonesty is a stain on what's supposed to be a luxury brand experience. BMW should be ashamed to have representatives like this under their name. It's no wonder so many people are turning to brands like Tesla--at least you don't have to deal with garbage sales tactics and time-wasting games. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I had a disappointing experience that felt like a bait-and-switch. I had a written agreement from Arrowhead for a local dealer transfer at a specific price and monthly payment. Unfortunately, the other dealer declined the transfer, and I lost that vehicle. While frustrating, I understood and accepted that outcome. About two weeks later, I found another vehicle with the same build and a slightly lower MSRP (about $600 less), the only difference being the interior color. Arrowhead was able to acquire this vehicle from another local dealership. When the vehicle arrived and I came in to complete the purchase, the price and monthly payment had increased significantly from what was previously discussed. The explanation given was that the other dealership charged them more and that they were "fleeced" to acquire the vehicle. I was told this resulted in nearly a $9,000 increase for a vehicle coming from a dealership roughly 22 miles away. I found this difficult to understand and ultimately decided to walk away from the deal. Based on this experience, I'm uncertain whether I would return to Arrowhead in the future. Be aware. read more

Made several service visits for ac not blowing cold on my 7 series. Replaced condenser and was told my battery and coolant system reservoir needed to be replaced. Bill was about 3k. Had to return because a fill valve needed to be replaced. I had issues again after a few hundred miles. I told the service advisor I still had some cooling but not when the temp was 100 degrees. He told me to bring car in. Now they say it's the evaporator at a cost of 4-5k. I feel the problem was not diagnosed correctly to begin with. Retired on fixed income I don't have a never ending cash reserve. Upon picking up the car I had no cooling at all and hood was left ajar. read more

I had my car serviced by Arrowhead BMW back in December 2025. I have been reaching out via phone to them for months about the issue I had with service with no response. I brought my car in for service back in December 2025 because I had an oil leak that was causing the car to smoke. I was told it would be done in 2 days. 11 days later I got my car back and the reason I was given for the extended amount of time my car was there was, "We were short staffed due to Christmas". I was charged over $2000 and the car still leaks oil and now antifreeze. I took it back and I was told the oil leak WAS fixed and there is now a hose leaking from the radiator (that wasn't there BEFORE) so I was charged another $800+ and had it replaced. Brought the car home, still leaks oil and still leaks antifreeze! I reached out to my Service Advisor with no response. I reached out to my bank about the charges and not receiving the services i paid for. MasterCard did a one month investigation with no response from Arrowhead BMW. They issued a full refund. Less than pleasant experience at arrowhead BMW when dealing with Heidi. Flirtatious at first, but as soon as you negotiate and don't accept the first two offers, she can become a real.... Well you know. Super close to a deal on a 2019 vehicle, but they refused to take off window tint and lo jack add ons that allegedly cost $1200..... on a 2019 car. Yikes. Since leaving the dealership on 3/30, my phone has been blown up with nonstop calls (4/3/26). Yet, Heidi still remains firm. I told her I no longer wish to receive phone calls if they won't be negotiable any further and as a result she proceeded to hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional. There's plenty of other dealerships out there that will respect you and your time. Please choose anyone else and steer clear of BMW arrowhead. read more

They are crooks who use disappearing links & alter contracts signed thru cell phone links by leaving off info so the contract is incomplete after signing. In my case 4 add ons totaling over $10,000 were added with no cost upon my signing, but now the contract shows one of them costing over $6000. My 32,000 loan is now at $43000 plus finance charges bringing it to over $50,000. Their hope was I would turn it before noticing as it was my 2nd BMW lease, but this was a lease buyout that I planned on keeping. The emails from the time look like I am talking to myself. They also have a way of having emails they send go to trash where they can be altered again & eventually disappear. The attached document, at first showed Ryan Slaughter locked it proving he was the last to access it but now shows Arrowhead BMW coincidentally at the same time of my so called approval. I know what I proofed before signing & it is not what they claim I did. I did notice for 3 years as I would just log on & pay. The number always showed a $28,000 plus number as it was the lease buyout figure. It recently started going down a few months ago which had me request copies. Anything they sent me before had disappeared. Basically I was paying off the 4 fraud add one plus finance charges & am finally starting to pay off the car & have 3 1/2 more years at $599 until is paid off. read more

Worst BMW buying experience in the Valley due to high pressure tactics. I have bought from both Chapman and N Scottsdale twice each and never experienced such problems. Oh, and prices were over 3k more. I should have listened to multiple people who said avoid them. To top it off, after we informed of purchasing elsewhere they have called at least 4 times the past month asking if we were still in the market. Each time we politely say we bought elsewhere but the calls continue. The only thing that is worst is they tried to oversell repairs on the trade in to my elderly in-laws. 8k for an AC repair the magically dropped it to 3k when they knew we were not going to buy a new vehicle from them or do the repair. I would give them ZERO stars if it was possible. read more

The advisors are nice... but I am not coming to the dealership to exchange niceties. I did however bring my car for an issue I identified but not able to fix. I told them the errors I was getting and in order to get it to pass emissions they needed to be fixed. They started throwing pasta at the wall trying to "fix" the error and after a hefty amount of money they said the issue was "fixed"... I took the car in to the emission facility and it failed!! So I took the car back and they said we'll maybe we should run the diagnostic test that I originally brought the frigging car in for the first time and this test will cost an additional $500 to do a test I was told they already did... I sat back and thought about why they wouldn't have done these steps from jump... and them it hit me like a ton of bricks... these advisors are on commission so it benefits them to circle the wagon several times instead of one and done... I can't and won't tell anyone what to do but I will personally never let my shadow darken a dealerships doorstep. I have found that local certified repair shops are just as capable of repairs and the prices are astonishingly lower! I guess BMW owners are known for throwing money away but not this one... Buyer Beware -- They Try to Add Fees Even After You Leave With the Vehicle I spent weeks looking for a specific car, and this dealership was the only place that had it. It took four hours for them to get the paperwork ready after I had already spent an hour looking at the car. We negotiated a price, but once we got to the signing table, they tried to add more fees. It took two separate attempts before the paperwork reflected our agreed-upon price. I had to request the initialed price agreement page just to stop them from slipping in extra charges. I took the car home thinking the nightmare was over -- I was wrong. For days afterward, I was texted daily to sign a "new" document to "finalize the purchase," each time with $2,000 in additional fees. Four days later, they finally sent a document with no extra fees, confirming I owned the car. Then this morning, I got yet another text with a new document -- again with the $2,000 in extra fees added back in. Stay away. Buy your car anywhere else. read more

I called the Service Department for a friend of mine to get an service light was on, I spoke to Julian Doiron, he was very cordial, patient and very thorough. He got me an appointment the following day, I checked in the Service Department Area, asked for Julian, he was with me within minutes, reviewed what was needed done and checked to see how many cars were ahead of me and reassured the car should be done in about two hours.
