For all your future tesla car needs, come here and ask for Matt! I accidentally damaged a small part of my tesla model S bumper, but it was superficial so I decided not to go through insurance. Matt was the only one who took extra care to examine my car, explained that it'd be an easy fix for less than $2k and that he could do it in 3 days. I went to 4 different tesla certified body shops to get quotes and two of the four shops wanted me to replace my bumper entirely and charge me $4k+ with no flexibility to just fix the small damage. Throughout the process, I also had additional questions and Matt was always available via email or call. The car came out looking like new and his team even took time to give me a mini detail. Outstanding service by Sargon! I dropped off my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance to have a tire rim fixed from two scratches made by the botchers at America's Tire when I had a tire swap done by them. Car dropped off yesterday, picked up today. The tire rim looks pitch perfect after Arseen Auto Body worked on it. They outsource the wheel work to a local shop, but they took great care of the whole process. I am very OCD and I treat my car "with gloves". I had a lot of questions and requests for Sargon around being careful when working on my car. I really could not recommend this auto body shop enough!! Their rep Sargon was so attentive, nice and professional and above all they are incredibly honest as a company. I went in because the car wash ripped off a piece of trim from my Tesla Model X. They had quick availability vs other shops, but while Arseen Auto Body was repairing my car, my bumper accidentally got scratched and dented. Sargon immediately let me know of the mistake and said they would cover the cost to repair it AND pay for my Uber or rental car! I really appreciate the honesty and the willingness to fix the issue!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!! I will be coming here from now on! Also their German Shepard named Chief was so cute! On the positive side, the quality of work here is great. They definitely know their way around a car and I was satisfied with the results. Additionally, the timing was on point; they finished the work pretty fast without any unnecessary delays. They got my car on Wednesday and I got it back on Friday! However, there's room for improvement when it comes to communication. I found myself having to initiate contact for updates and to set appointments before dropping off my car, more often than they reached out to me. This required me to invest more time in follow-ups than I would have liked. While this wasn't a deal-breaker for me--since the timing and quality of the work were good--it might be an area for the shop to improve on. Overall, if you value the end result and are okay with taking a more proactive approach to communication, I'd recommend Arseen. Matthew was my customer service rep and very professionally kept me informed on schedule and progress of repairs. The work was completed excellently and on time including matching paint for replacement of a door and surrounding quater panels. I am writing this review because this business is truly outstanding. While another "at fault" party paid for my repairs, I noticed that Arseen was able to complete all repairs for less than the original quote. So there is integrity in both their estimates and scheduling! I judge the character of a business by how they react when something goes wrong or you need their help. My Tesla had an issue that may or may not have been related to work performed at Arseen almost a year ago. I gave them a call, and they told me to come by so they could check it out. They gave me the benefit of the doubt, took the car to the back, and an hour later, my issue fixed. As a customer, it's refreshing to see the old-school way of doing business, where they give the customer, the benefit of the doubt and take care of things w little to no hassle. I already gave them five stars for the actual Repair of the car. These five stars are for customer experience post-service. I feel it's also noteworthy that the same person I worked with a year ago was the same person I dealt with today. During the last rainstorm, I lost control of my Tesla and had some front end damage. Tesla owners know the frustration of getting their vehicle repaired and even finding a reputable Tesla approved shop is not easy. I called around to a few different shops and most of them seemed like they didn't even want to help. When I called Auto Arseen auto body, I was greeted with Chantel, and she was very pleasant and helpful. She assisted with getting me in touch with Sargon, who ended up being our service rep. Sargon was awesome, he got our Tesla back in a decent time frame considering the challenges. He kept us in the loop whenever we needed and went beyond normal service to get our vehicle back Even sooner than we expected. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! The communication from the shop is horrendous! I received a nasty call from the shop letting me know my car has been sitting in their yard for over a week. How was I supposed to know when it was ready if they never called me? Matthew Solimanpor tried to blame ME for his lack of communication never taking ownership for his failure to communicate. As a result I was charged for over a week of car rental fees, which I am disputing and will file a claim against this shop if they do not resolve. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Sarge and his team are courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. Sarge specifically is amazing to work with. Our Rivian had suffered some damage in a rear-end collision and Sarge and his crew fixed it up perfectly. They're one of the few Rivian certified shops in our area and Sarge is a Rivian nut himself and incredibly knowledgeable about the cars. I had always been parking my Mustang GT in 1st gear for the past 7 years. 10 months ago, after a tired work day, I walked to my car, started it, and released the clutch while not pressing the brake firmly. DING, the car hit the wall :( and the spoiler on the front bumper was falling off... I went to Arseen Auto Body, where I had my wife's car repaired just a month ago, to see what they can do with my Mustang. Matt inspected it quickly, and just zip-tied the front spoiler for free and advised me to not repair it because it is going to be really expensive. After 8 months of highway winds, the zip-tie broke and the front spoiler is dragging the ground again. I put a new zip-tie on, but this time I really want to repair it: I want to restore my car back to normal. I went to Arseen Auto Body again for help. Matt was super considerate, he sat down with me, compared the aftermarket parts and tried his best to find the most cost effective way to get all the parts and have it repaired at the lowest cost. Some of the parts I ordered did not fit, so he worked with me patiently on having those parts returned and getting new fitting parts. Finally, the car is fully fixed and shiny as it used to be. A 19 year old kid ran red light and t-boned my Model 3. When the towing company offered to tow it to Arseen Auto Body, I was a bit hesitant, wary for untold relationship. Turns out Arseen Auto Body is Tesla Certified. Tesla mandate all Tesla repairs must use OEM parts, so there is no cut corners with Tesla repair. Sarge is the one responsible for all Tesla repairs. If I can get shop 0 star, I would do so. I have an AMG Mercedes and it was broken in. The driver side window glass was broken by theft. I called the insurance and it refered me to this shop. I did not know if I was able to bring my car outside of my insurance network. So, i brought my car here for glass replacement. I intended to fix the glass only. However, Arseen performed the painting, claiming that they have chip from glass falling down. There was no such damange, but they made excuses. I have all images proving that there was no damage to the paint. However, they still fixed it and made excuses. I told them that I did not give my permission to do the painting, they blamed that they could not contact me, so they went ahead and fixed it. What a nightmare! The funny thing was that Anthony offered me to not charge me for the painting, and he will not put that on the invoice. And off course, I denied because it did not matter since my insurance already covered the loss. I would have to py the deductible anyway. So at the end, They charge me everything. The replacement of window glass and painting was almost $2,200. I came and denied to pick up the car because I did not ask them to fix it. Nina and Anthony who handled my cay said that the car has been fixed, and if I did not pick up my car, they will go charge me $100 for parking fee. They never offered an apology or tried to solve the problem. At the end, I could not obtain the solution and had to pick up my car. The broken pieces of glass was still on the seat, in the corner of door, in the controller and they did not even clean the cup holder which was full of broken glass. See picture for proofs. My 2019 Mercedes AMG has soft closing door, and I did not pay attention when I picked up the car. When I got it home, my fiance noticed that the soft closing door does not work. SO FRUSTRATING! Overall, I left unsatisfied and extremely disappointing for what they did to my car. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO MESS UP YOUR CAR! read more
