This is why you cannot trust just anybody with your personal items. I trusted them and I had to pay the price. I took my truck in for a new paint job when there were all done. I went to pick up my vehicle. I noticed the sensor started showing up on my display. I notified the owner and the Son. It was just a headache. They were telling me it will go away in time. I was not satisfied so I took it into the dealership. They did a diagnostic test and I find 2 my sensors went out, they were broken when they removed the bumper they messed up the sensors the top one and also the bottom one my vehicle. I try to bring it to their attention and right away they denied it it was pretty costly which I had to pay this is what happens when you trust people, and then a couple months ago I reach out to them. I even took my truck in for them to take pictures of the decal was peeling off. They said they couldn't do anything because the warranty run out but I don't understand why they waited. Three months to send me a letter that was unprofessional. I rather not ever trust again certain people I don't recommend them anymore. read more

This Is the 3rd time my husband has taken a vehicle into this company the 1st time was to have his Harley painted unfortunately they painted the wrong color the next time he took his headlights in to be cleaned they charged him for a very shotty job.the only reason he went back A again was because our insurance company accepts bids from this mechanics after my husband was hit and the shop is in walking distance neither his walker. M6 husband dropped the car off and asked for them to install the new headlights he purchased at the same time.The car was there all week. when we went to pick it up, the headlights were installed and they look great, we left then,then my husband removed the paper from tje floor he noticed there was silver paint all over the floor mats and all over the passenger seat and on the doors he turned around and went back and spoke to one of the guys and they insisted it came in that way. This is freaking ridiculous we don't just happen to have silver or Chrome colored paint hanging around our house and we certainly wouldn't splash it all over our floor boards and seats floor mats. Our vehicle body work looks good from the outside but it's not the body work from Chavez that one should worry for it's the electrical items, screws / bolts and attention to detail someone should be aware of! Jr. and Sr pride themselves on outside workmanship and how the car looks but they over look everything else. We took our vehicle in and got unfinished work. Missing bolts and screws, fasteners not in place to hold bumper, and the electrical wiring total Fck'd... we had to pay dealership a lot of money to get things right because these jack offs did not put nothing back in correct order we kept getting error lights regarding electrical. They also broken tubes leading to the windshield wipers. There answer / reply is ," our teams is trained and we don't do messed up likes this. I wasn't all too sure about all of the body shops in the area, but we decided to do a couple of yelp searches​ and found this to be good all around. My husband and I were leaving on vacation and we had just put our paddle board up on our new kayak rack on top of my brand new 2020 Hyundai Kona . We were driving down the freeway and the faulty rack snapped causing the paddle board to fall on the side of my car denting it. Best Body shop that I have ever been too. Had a rear end bumper collision, and the insurance didn't want to pay for a new bumper. Chavez Auto body reconstructed and painted the bumper. My car has special paint and they got the paint job spot on. You can't even tell the difference between their paint and the factory paint. 100% good work. The bumper looks brand new.
