Super cute hole in the wall out in Little Compton. They have an art studio next door where you can look at all the different paintings and beautiful homey outdoor space. Their coffee and lattes were straight up and pretty good. Don't expect anything fancy.

    Gorgeous summer garden in bloom.

What a charming and kooky little place we stumbled upon on a recent trip to Little Compton! This place may be tiny but it is packed full of character. We had a delicious hibiscus iced tea and a very good espresso. Unfortunately there were no vegan options on the menu so we settled for a pre-packaged snack they had on display near the cash register. We look forward to stopping by for a hot beverage next time we are in Little Compton.

A quiet corner of the world to enjoy an iced coffee.

Amy H. wrote a lovely review - I can only add that this is a perfect location to escape the summer heat, buy an iced coffee and cookie, and spend some time doing blissfully nothing.

To the right of the shed is a refurbished corner of an old house that has been converted to an art studio, it's pretty cool.

I recently called about an order that was extremely disappointing. The "grilled chicken" was dry and literally about the size of a half dollar, the noodles were stale, and the cabbage slaw appeared to be nothing more than plain, undressed sliced cabbage straight from the package. It was not appetizing, especially for the price. What disappointed me most was the response from management. When I called to express my concerns, the manager made no effort to resolve the issue or offer any form of compensation. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and this experience fell short on both counts. Unfortunately, this was the final straw, and I won't be returning. If you're looking for a fresher, healthier meal, I'd recommend driving a little farther south to Eat Gnarly Market. The food is consistently better, and the quality speaks for itself.

Not a thank you for spending $6 on a small coffee. I told her my order. She turned around and made the worst cup of pistachio flavored latte anyone could have made She continued to just talk to her friend while the machine did the work- usually people hold the cup and make sure the froth is just right. She didn't even hold the cup. Nor look at it nor care. She didn't even put pistachio I think. We went on a Thursday about 10:30 & I was surprised how busy they were at that off time. I was thinking everyone should have been at work, but maybe some were making ghost appearances that day! We both ordered the yogurt parfait & I ordered an iced vanilla latte. So many yummy sounding things on the menu to choose from. It was very busy for noon on a weekday, though it is summer and the weather was gorgeous. The restaurant itself is clean and well kept. The outdoor area is lovely. There's plenty of seating and a fun tiki bar that opens in the summertime. For lunch, I got the wild berry iced tea and the breakfast bowl. My sister got the tea and avocado toast. Portion sizes are small, and at cafe prices. The avocado toast was super disappointing... it was one slice of bread, a smear of avocado, and about a quarter cup of chopped up tomatoes. I put more butter on my toast than the amount of avocado this one had. It's a great local spot, but be warned about the food/prices.

My friend and I went on a weekday night, about 2 hours before closing so it was pretty quiet. I initially thought the bookstore was only on the first floor of the building but turns out it's a multi-story experience. There is a parking lot at the back where I parked and I was able to enter through the back door (not sure if this is the main entrance). On the first floor, they have some books, bathrooms, a check out desk, nick nacks (hats, stationery, puzzles, etc.), and most importantly, a coffee shop. The coffee shop was closing up around the time we got there so plan accordingly and do some research on their hours. as they are not the same as the bookstore. The books are clearly labeled by genre. After taking a stroll, we decided to check out the second floor which was supposed to have a little market, a stage where they host events, and some very comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. I mostly came to see if a book spoke to me, but also to get some reading in from the book I brought along with me. The lighting is good, although I sometimes prefer to have a dimmer setting for a cozier feel. We spent about 1.25 hours here, but we could have easily spent a longer time if it weren't so close to closing.
