I've only gotten my nails done by Lili but she is super nice and helpful. My gel nails (regular $40) always look really good after she is done with them. She is an expert at filing and shaping nails and she does beautiful designs as well (more $). Other things I really love: I can schedule appointments online (hooray!) and there is a small parking lot too. read more

Anything less than 5-stars for this place is a lie. I've been to every nail tech that works here and they all do a great job. People can't believe that I drive an hour from the Westside to go to this place, but I trust them. It's always super clean, they're super nice, and people stop me to comment on how nice my nails are. I've been to other nail salons and the only thing I didn't like about this one is that my cuticles weren't soften before they removed them.... other than that I wouldn't mind going back. I paid $30 for a gel manicure but there's only 3 stations so call ahead. Since they weren't busy (they only had 2 customers... I was 1 of 2) I felt like my manicurist took her time while she did my nails and so far.... 3 weeks later, it doesn't seem to be lifting like other places but I'll keep you guys updated on the condition of my nails when I remove the gel. Cute little place. Attentive ladies (if the place is empty), shared free parking lot with other nearby stores. read more

I know this is a bold proclamation, but I seriously just got the best manicure I've ever had. Lili's attention to detail is amazing. She is a true artist. My hands have never looked so nice. Lili double checked her work throughout - and really took her time in the in the best of ways. She is also so kind and personable. I really enjoyed my time there and will be back every time I'm in town. If you're reading this looking for a place to get your nails done - just go here. Get NAKED! Jk, don't really do that. But you SHOULD check out Naked Nail! My nails have seriously never looked better! Olivia knows exactly what she's doing and can literally do any design you throw at her! I've been coming to Olivia for about a year now and my nails are the healthiest (and best looking) that they've ever been. She's a pro at gel-x and dip powder and a master designer! Appointments are super easy, I just click through to their website and click the service I'd like done and the dates/times available pop up for me to choose! A confirmation text is sent to you right away too and then another one the morning of the appointment. My memory sucks, so the extra reminder is awesome! I also love that all my designs have shown up on their IG page!! I'm insta nail famous LOL read more

This place is amazing!! I've had my nails done by both Lili and Olivia, they had great customer service and were extremely kind! I showed them reference pictures of what I wanted and they delivered it but even better. The room is very nice and clean, they have one bathroom inside as well. Only con I would say is the small parking lot since they share it with other shops but they do have street parking on the side! This has to be by far the best nail salon i've been to!! read more

Been coming here for 3yrs now and still my absolute fav nail salon! I even moved 30-40 mins away and still drive over here for Olivia, Lili, and Lisa. Very patient, great customer service, kind, and skilled in their jobs! They always make my nails look great and can do basically any design. I had a great experience here. Lili did an awesome job on my gel manicure & regular pedicure. She was gentle on my hands & feet and made me feel relaxed. They have plexiglass barriers to protect from COVID while you are doing your nails & they only take very few customers during the same time as a precaution. I was the only customer there when I went during the week. I really like their online reservation system. It's simple and easy to book your appointment online. Been going there since the last owner. After the girls took over the store, I'm still going. They are super nice and talented! Plus the interior is insanely aesthetically pleasing and cozy! They are constantly adding new colors and designs so unlike some stores which only have certain colors since the beginning of time all the way to the end of the world, they introduce me to new stuff they got every time I'm going there. Even if you want to get Cardi B's claws, go to them, they are experienced enough to do pretty much anything you could think of! read more

Sad that I now have to find a new nail salon. Even with the new owner I didn't think things would change. At first, the same techs were still working here so it was fine! I went in last week and was surprised to see not one familiar face (sad). No one is very friendly (even tho they are wearing a happy face pin on their smocks). The towels smell like mildew, as if they were sitting in the wash too long. My gel manicure was theeeeee fastest manicure I've ever had. The gel wasn't cleaned off of my skin. For my pedicure, she cut the crap out of my cuticles and I was bleeding. It was just all bad. Not to mention that it's only been a week and the gel is lifting on every nail. Good bye. read more

I honestly hate getting my nails done because it's not relaxing, it takes forever and I always have to wait even when I make an appointment. Well I have to say that my mind has completely changed! Naked Nail is by far the BEST nail experience I've ever had. I called to make an appointment and showed up a few minutes before my appointment time and was taken right on time. They play the most relaxing music and spend just the right amount of time on each of their services. You don't feel rushed but you also don't feel like you're spending all day at the salon. Scratch everything below- I came back (twice) thinking it would be the same experience but it was far from it. Senseless, careless cuticle trimming and rapid filing have left my nails janky and ugly. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back. I am writing this review as I sit and get a pedicure. This is probably some of the best service I've had in a while. I don't know the last time I was asked by someone providing me a service if there was anyway to make it better- that's worth mentioning. When I told her about a pervious gel manicure I had (that I wasn't happy with) she asked about it. She was inquisitive- asking what it was I didn't like and how she can make sure she doesn't do that same thing. The young woman who did my gel manicure was gentle and sweet. She asked me sweet questions and took a genuine interest in our conversation. She is a young new business owner and I think she's one of the few who actually gets it. The business is family owned and operated and it is very apparent that they take a good sense of price in what they do. I will continue to come back here. I am very pleased. Come here for great service at a reasonable cost. $48 for gel manicure and pedicure with callous removal! Perfect!!! And they have a stamp card. 10th visit is free!! read more

I love coming to this nail salon! Very clean and safe following all guidelines. Olivia is an amazing nail technician. She is the best! I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she was able to replicate it identically. They definitely have a large color selection. The salon sends you an appointment confirmation message as well as a reminder message the day of your appointment. This is definitely the best salon in the area!! read more

The best nail salon in the area. It is very easy to book an appointment (appointment only). They are very clean even before the COVID regulations. The interior design is cute! Olivia is so detailed with nail designs. They have so many color options and designs. My go-to is a gel mani and regular pedi almost every month. Every time I get my nails done, I get so many compliments from friends and coworkers. I'm so happy my mom recommended me to this nail salon and now I've recommended friends. A little gem spotted nearly on the border of Pasadena and Arcadia! A caveat is that this location is in a super small plaza and next to a car alarm shop. I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was shocked to find it completely empty! There were about three nail technicians in there waiting for customers and promptly started filling water up when I walked in asking for a pedicure. My nail technician, Judy, was great! I love and I mean, LOVE, callus treatments since my feet have seen things. I asked her about it and she immediately showed me the pricing card. I noticed that it wasn't included in the basic pedi treatment like other places and she informed me that they charge an additional $6 if I didn't want to upgrade to the next package. I opted for that instead since I didn't need the rest of the bells and whistles. Judy was very thorough and periodically checked with me to make sure how short I wanted to make my nails. She did an awesome job scraping the gunk that collected for years. It looked 110x better than before! She also got rid of my ingrown nail on one of my toes. I don't think that anyone has really spent time on my heels, balls of my feet and toes during the callus treatment like Judy! The light foot massage was also a plus! She didn't rush like other technicians that have worked on my feet and I'm so grateful that I had a great first experience here. The woman at the front desk, who may be the owner, was very nice and welcoming. She let me use the Yelp check-in discount so my total was $19 sans tip. What an awesome deal and service! read more

What do you want?" in an almost interrogating tone instead of simply greeting us or telling us to have a seat and pick colors like they used to. The whole interaction felt awkward, dismissive, and honestly uncomfortable. Customer service and basic courtesy matter. We ended up leaving because I'm not giving my business to a place that treats customers that way. Really disappointing experience. If only I could give this place a zero, I would.

Eight days after that $180 set, one nail completely fell off with no pain. Anna said she didn't know why it happened, booked me three days later to fix it, and charged me $20. Four days after the repair (about two weeks after the original set), 9 out of 10 nails were lifting from the sides. Again, Anna said she didn't know why and initially told me to come back in three days. I explained I was concerned about moisture and possible fungus, and suddenly she had availability the same day. That was frustrating. When I arrived, Anna didn't examine my nails or apologize. Another tech removed and reapplied a new set, and I was charged $80. Within two weeks, I had spent $280 total. I was only given a $20 gift card. Eleven days later, my thumb nail fell off again. When I reached out, Anna once more said she didn't know why. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. The customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this salon.

I actually drove from South Bay to San Gabriel (LOL) because I was really enamored and respected her artistry. I loved the little salon and how professional Lannie is. She's been in the industry for well over two decades and it clearly shows. I appreciated her patience with me as I'm new to getting nails done. The single one star review is actually from a temp employee that is no longer with Lannie! Her prices are on par with most salons. If I remember correctly, it's $40 for single color gel, and then $2-3 per nail for art, $2 per nail for gold flaking. Obviously it really depends on the designs you want but expect about $75 on average, and don't forget to tip either. If you're not sure, she responds pretty quickly to estimated costs. The gel manicure lasted me about 2 weeks, and I ended up taking mine off at home but didn't do it correctly so my nails are pretty bad and will probably take a few more weeks or months to get back to what they were like before. I'd just get it taken off for $10 or so at a reputable salon next time I get gel. I'd love to come as a regular but the salon itself is too far away for me to be comfortable to make that time commitment (2 hour roundtrip + 2 hour appointment) every two weeks. So for now, I think I'll probably try to stop by when I have a day off or for special occasions. Lannie's really busy, expect to need to book an appointment 2-3 weeks out.

I almost don't want to share bc she's already as booked as it is, but's she's so awesome it'd be a shame if not more people know about her & her work. If you're looking for a Saturday, call 3-4 weeks in advance. There may be cancellations but I wouldn't count on it. Weekdays are a little better, esp. during fall/winter, however, still call as early as you can just to be sure. Looking forward to many more fun nails appointments.

For my first time, I will say that the ladies at this place were all super nice and flexible. Helen welcomed me in and was explaining to me how it works and what gel nails are. Mind you, I've been a nail bitter since I was 5 so if my cuticles are fucked, they didn't say a word and went right to work. That said, the nails turned out nice. No pain except a bit on the left pinky but again, habitual nail biter so not their fault. I paid 65 total for the set and manicure. + 9 tip (1 dollar extra for credit card) so 75 total. I had to get this for a conference but hey if I needed to get this done, this place seems solid! Again I know nothing bout nails so.... Place was pretty clean, she pulled out a whole bunch of new supplies which was nice. would come again if needed! I'll figure out how this works somehow haha

The place is super clean and they even have the massage chairs for pedicures. They also have a cute lil coffee/tea bar for guests. Prices are super fair as well and I absolutely love how my toes came out! I also love how you can easily book an appointment through their website. I opted for the $38 pedicure package, with an addition of gel $10 and chrome for $15 more, totaling $64. The feet scrubbers did not hurt or tickle at all, and they did such an amazing job i love the way my toes came out. Request Anna! She is the sweetest and so good at her job. They don't try to rush your service and you can absolutely tell they are amazing at their craft. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

I was just randomly googling different nails places near me, and this had to be about the second or third time searching google and really getting the feel of the place just from its photography and appearance. Mind you I was browsing first to find air brush, but then I came across some nail inspiration and boom. I found the "one" look I wanted. So just from the nail inspiration I wanted to find a nail place that gave me what I was feeling from the photograph, a meditation zone, a mini vacation, some earthy vibes, a peace of mind. So out of all the places I came across I chose this one, mainly because my baby nephew name is Mason, but then I looked into the website and it felt amazing just from its art , the style of nails. The appearance everything. And randomly walking in and getting paired with "yuki" she was amazing. A friendly host, we chatted a bit, but honestly her vibe was so peaceful you didn't even want to ruin the moment, her silence was peaceful enough. I sat in the middle row so I had views of outside just taking in the city and the scenery, amazing vibes. I would highly recommend trying this place out. Book with "yuki" if you can , to be quite frank everyone in there salon looks they do amazing work. Like any nail technician you get paired with with get the job done. Give it a 5 star .
