This is easily the best pasta we've ever had. Not just in Austin but ever. And it was delivered. My wife had the Tagliatelle With Ham & Sweet Green Peas and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The ham and peas and sauce was ridiculously tasty. I had the Orecchiette Broccoli and Sausage because I was trying to be adventurous trying something I've never had before. And I was super rewarded. The food is simple and fresh and the flavors are rich and clean. My wife said after the first bite this place gets five stars. And when we had the cannoli we wanted to up it to 10. read more

Wow! The pasta was DELICIOUS! Our young son has the gnocchi which was good, but the Tagliatelle pasta with meat sauce and the Carbonara were to DIE for. Also got tiramisu to go and loved it. Had a chocolate sauce that gave it a modern twist. Will definitely be back! read more

We ate here last night and the pasta was wonderful. It is hand made pasta, so it's truly fresh. The sauces are lovely. Many folks are comparing it to Patrizi's. I agree to the extent that both places utilize hand made pasta, both are absolutely delicious! There is one difference: Patrizi's is on the artsy side with their toppings (coddled egg, house cured bacon, garlic confit, etc). Nothing wrong with either place, some folks may appreciate that this place keeps it simple in comparison. I appreciate both, it would just depend on what I'd want in the moment. The cannoli was good, though I was curious what they used for the chocolate sauce... it tasted a little like Hershy's, though I could certainly be wrong. Yum! I'm such a sucker for fresh made pasta, but also very picky. Artipasta nailed it! Was such a surprise to find his gem as I'm not from the area. The meat sauce is ridonk on ANY of the homemade pastas. Will totally be back next time I'm in town and probably going to try one of their desserts as they all looked so yummy! Yummy! Fresh, homemade pasta. I went with two other people and we each ordered something different. We had the potato gnocchi, sausage mushroom cream, and the tagliatelle w/house sauce. All were delicious. The tagliatelle was delicious, we wished it had more sauce, the sausage had amazingly big mushrooms, the gnocchi sauce was so clean and had great flavor with olive oil. Artipasta is amazing!!! The pasta is Al Dente and fresh. The pesto sauce is by far the best I've had. It's my first time I've been there and not my last. I normally don't give reviews but this one is well deserving! They don't normally give you bread with your meal but I asked for some anyways and it was INCREDIBLE the way he made it. read more

I saw an Instagram post of their pasta carbonara and stopped by for lunch yesterday. The service, presentation, and experience were stellar, but I had terrible food poisoning the rest of the afternoon and haven't been able to eat since. Very disappointed with the service! The guy who helped up was very rude. As a first time guest I had questions regarding the menu ( to be expected). Didn't get the feeling he was willing to answer. I saw online something that interested me enough to go out of my way to eat in 40 degree weather but when I asked about it he just pointed at the menu and told me that's what the offer which did not coincide with the online menu. All in all my pasta was cold and my daughter's was too! The experience was not good and we will not be back! Too many great places to go in Austin, service should always be GREAT! read more

I'm only giving this 4 stars because the guy at the counter who greeted me was kinda rude. The mushroom pasta was really good and you can tell it was authentic however as I was paying with cash the man at the counter asked me "is this what the deal is are you not going to pay for.." and before he could finish I said yes yes because I already knew he was referring to giving him a tip. I think it's rude and distasteful when someone asks for tip. I was already planning on giving him a tip but because of the way he asked I was taken back and offended. Fresh homemade pasta! I got machhroni with mushrooms and sausage in a cream sauce and my boyfriend got The tagliatelle with meat sauce, both were excellent but we preferred mine out of the two. It's a little pricey but we both had leftovers. Unfortunately the trailer park doesn't have much atmosphere so we got it to go. You can byob to the trailer park so that's a bonus. They were sold out of the caprese on a stick, will try it next time. Please support this local business, it's a definite asset to South 1st street! read more

Weird to say it, and it's such an Austin thing, but this food truck truly has the best pasta in the city. Weird venue where you're more than likely taking this to go/delivery, or eating out side in a buggy Austin food trailer park, but well worth the visit. Pretty far south, but the pastas are worth the drive. Solidly big menu that hits all the top points with gnocchi, ravioli, and every other typical pasta. Most dishes can go pesto or red sauce or even meat sauce. Some veggies like peas and meat like ham or sausage available as well if you're looking to customize. My gnocchi had awesome and fresh mozzarella and completely filled me up even without a starter or side of bread. Will run you about $15 at most for an entree course. No beer or wine, unfortunately, but plenty of space, easy parking, and food comes out quick and delicious. This is an eater's spot if you're looking for hand made and fresh above all else. read more

I don't know why it took me so long to check out this food truck park, but it's amazing and ARTIPASTA is absolutely the highlight. Handmade pasta, pan fried focaccia, beautiful traditional sauces, and top-tier ingredients (the ricotta is amazing), everything here tastes wonderful. My favorite so far has been the ravioli--I got the combo. The gentleman usually working there is exceptionally kind and extremely hardworking--when we went, he was working the window and cooking by himself, and he suddenly got inundated with to-go orders on top of a line 10 deep. He handled it no problem and even gave us a complimentary order of focaccia before our meals were ready because of the extra wait (it was still under 30min). This truck further stands out for being the cleanest kitchen I've ever seen (and I've worked in the industry for almost 8 years). The park itself is a great spot to chill--mismatched lawn furniture spread throughout a grove of trees, string lights, and a cute playground. And byob! read more

Have been wanting to try this place for weeks and finally had the chance this evening. We ordered the Tagliatelle and tiramisu to-go and they were delicious. Austin has some great Italian food trucks and I was hoping this was comparable and it absolutely was! Hands down he deserves 5 STARS! Food was home made and delicious. Where else can you get a little taste of Italy and it's actually the real deal? He made my husband and I date night perfect! We tried his food truck for the first time and everything was so eye catching! His customer service was excellent! And he was soooo nice and friendly, which by the way it was around 8:30pm at night! I mean who wants to be nice and friendly that late at work? I'd much rather be at home in my PJs drinking hot tea then be bothered by customers. Hence why I don't have a food truck lol. Anyhoo, I plan to go back and try his lasagna as it was sold out that night. Everything was practically sold out but the dish we got was VERY YUMMY and FLAVORFUL . I really, really wanted to like this place. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara over the phone for takeout. I did appreciate that they waited until I arrived to add the egg to avoid it from cooking and turning into scrambled eggs. For starters, the portions are a bit small when considering price and comparing the portion to the other super popular Italian food truck on Manor. But my real problem was that when the bacon was added to the dish, the gal behind the register touched the bacon with her bare hands after pulling it out of the microwave. This was after she handled my payment. Now I can't say for sure whether she washed her hands In between taking my payment and handling my food but it was definitely a bit unsettling. I still took my chances eating it and I was a bit disappointed at how salty it was. I totally get that bacon will do that to the dish and I'm cool with salt but dannng....that was a bit much. The actual pasta was pretty legit, made me miss Italy. I'm always willing to give a place another shot but the hygiene thing was pretty off-putting. read more

I ordered delivery last night and ordered the Cream Tagliatelle. I love pasta, Italian food, and as someone who has spent time in Italy, had authentic Italian cooking/pasta, and living in nyc where you can get some of the worlds best food in the US, this was disappointing. I can be critical of my pasta and when I ordered most other places didn't offer delivery or were too far. After reading raving reviews, I thought "okay, I'll give it a try". The pasta itself was great. But it was SMOTHERED in heavy cream sauce. It really made me think they used as much of the sauce as they had left since it was the end of the night, as to not waste. I woke up at 3am with my stomach in knots due to how rich it was, and I don't usually get stomach upset from dairy. Anyway, flavor was fine. Basically just suuuuper dense Alfredo smothering the beauty of the pasta. I don't have a desire to try it again for 15 bucks. read more

Meat sauce tasted like rosemary with a hint of tomato, gnocci inedible because too gummy, aglio olio was off (tasted fishy), and pasta with cream sauce had no flavor except milk. I had one simple question about their menu and he snapped at me like I had done something personally offensive to him. In response to the Owners reply: Dear Annamaria, First of all, I have traveled the world including Italy (several times Milano, Rome, Florence), which gives me credibility to judge the authenticity of Italian cuisine, and always no matter which part of the world I am, I always visit Italian restaurants. The reason I said mediocre due to the fact that your product did not satisfy my high expectations. In fact it was mediocre to my taste. I did not question the quality of the produces you use or the way it was prepared. In such a high competitive food market such Austin you have to stand out from the competitors in order to make your business successful. I didn't mean to offend you or your product. It was my honest review. No offense and good luck to you. I hope my honest opinion is just my opinion and it will not affect your satisfied repeat customers.
