Honestly I loved this place, the people inside that do my cleaning are always so nice and welcoming. But on my last visit one of the receptionist wasn't being welcoming or nice. I had set a payment plan which they don't really do but they were able to accommodate me. As I was leaving I was letting her know that I was gonna give the last of my payment Friday and she's was very harsh saying well why not today? We've accommodated you for a good time. Like I'm not trying to steal or not pay. They way she said it left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only that but she asked me to leave my card then corrected herself to leave my card info. Artistic Smile is an awesome and amazing professional dental practice. I gave a 5 star rating for several reasons.Their entire staff and office deserves a 5 star rating. Especially through this Covid-19 pandemic. Their screening process and safety steps prior to patients entering their facility and appointments are very safe. I became a new patient in late May of this year and had another appointment today. Both of my recent appointments were excellent! My hygienist Robin is very good and is gentle. He takes his time and is very professional. Besides the excellent cleaning from Robin, the dentists and office staff treat their patients professionally and are quiet friendly. I called at 8:45am and I had an appointment to come in at 9:30am I was so happy that they were able to get me in so quickly. Everyone was friendly and the Dr and staff were great! Terrible terrible customer service. I received partials for my upper mouth back in 2019. Thankfully they worked with me and my budget and were able to give me a price that I could do. I stopped by today to make an appointment to get a replacement partial because mine had broken after a year and a half. The woman at the front was very short and not helpful at all. She told me that they couldn't give me the same price they did before because fees have gone up. I felt like she was just trying to get rid of me. She was more worried that my mask wasn't up all the way over my nose then trying to help me find a solution. They don't offer any payment plans anymore. They do not offer any guarantee on any lab work or impressions for partials. So if yours breaks you have to purchase a whole new one. They also go through a lab called Shoreline Dental that is right down the street from them. Their prices are better and they have great customer service. read more

Great facility with friendly staff! Their safety measures against COVID made me feel comfortable- upon my visit, they took my temperature, oxygen levels, and had me complete a questionnaire. The facility is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and they are very thorough. My favorite part is that each dental chair has a TV mounted for patient viewing! So I watched TV as they worked on me. Dr. Kim's has been my dentist for almost 10 years. She's done quite major work for my teeth. Dr. Kim is super caring. If she has a suggestion or advice for me, she always has her staff keep calling to follow up with me until I get back to her. She's willing to work out every thing with me, from scheduling to pricing. All the dentists here are friendly. Dr. C and Dr. Kim are the owners, and I have to say, they train their staff well. From the front end to the back, everyone is super friendly, cheerful, yet professional. This office is where "everybody knows your name". Dr. Kim's office offer nothing but excellent customer service and best accommodation. They set a perfect example of what customer service should be like, and I drive 18 miles each way over almost 10 years to get that kind of service. Check them out! read more

The staff at Artistic Smiles was excellent from the first call I made for an appointment. They were so flexible. Upon arrival, they were very personable and the facility was so nice and new. The dental assistant walked me through everything she was doing and did a very thorough job. Dr. Lee was so welcoming and nice and also explained everything to me and was able to answer all of my questions. Lastly, the woman from the front desk (I forgot to ask her name!) was helpful with explaining the work needed to be done and she went the extra mile to help me figure out the best treatment plan keeping my insurance and finances in mind. At first I was so impressed. Lower fees after paying a membership fee, I thought. Nice facility. I had 7 new crowns put in and the color is on the grey side. I had brought it to their attention but to no avail. Won't even return my calls. I am tired of friends making comments on how grey they are - even my new dentist!! I would not recommend them because they do not stand behind their work. The staff and Dr. Kim seem to be nice at first but ultimately they did unnecessary work on my teeth that ended up making more damage then before and costing me thousands of dollars. Where to begin... Well, let me start from the beginning. I had a crooked tooth I wanted to fix and my friend had done his Invisalign here with Dr. John Czochanski (Dr. C). So I went and got it done with Dr. C as well. Now the good part of my review is that Dr. C is very pleasant and attentive when he's there to see you... which leads me to the negative. Some background, I had my Invisalign started about 2 years ago, and every 6 weeks I have to come back to see Dr. C for a checkup and to get new sets of Invisalign trays. So every single time I finish a checkup I make an appointment to see him after 6 weeks. I hate being late for appointments, so without fail, I arrive 5-10 minutes early. After waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes or so, I get ushered into the dental work room and wait for Dr. C to arrive. And wait. And wait. 20-30 minutes AFTER my appointment time does Dr. C show up. I would say this happens a good 80% (I'm being generous here, it's probably closer to 90%) of all my appointments. Now again, I have to see him every 6 weeks for the past 2 years, so that's roughly 17 appointments I've had. And it's not just on certain days or times either, I've had appointments with him on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday anywhere from 10 in the morning to 5:30 at night. Can you imagine how aggravating it is to set an appointment 6 weeks in advance, come in BEFORE your scheduled time (not to mention having to fit it in your lunch period) and wait 20-30 minutes in a chair for the dentist to arrive? I would have left this dentist and never come back after the second tardyness if I wasn't stuck with him because he has all my Invisalign trays. Suffice it to say, I can't recommend this place at all if you're looking for a place that will keep to your schedule. Some advice to the Dental office if you're reading this - Maybe you should stop overcrowding Dr. C's schedule and make sure he has at least 30 minutes between appointments. read more

Artistic Smiles is wonderful and welcoming. I had a pretty bad experience with my previous dentist and was looking for a local trustworthy office. They have a fairly large staff that checked on me often while I waited. During my first visit, they gave me tour of the facility and answered all questions. They said that they can work on crowns in-house meaning there's not waiting period for fittings and temp. crowns! They spent a lot of time with me explaining everything that needed work and what the treatment plan was. Very reliable, informative and friendly. I feel like I'm in really good hands when I'm at their office! read more
